International Anti-Terror Alliance
The idea for this alliance was created by the deceased General of the Rhodeve Army, Richard Weivar in 2009. At this time, the Bannerless Brothers, a large terrorist organization emerged and wreaked havoc on the nation. What Richard Weivar hoped for was a world-wide organziation to combat terrorists and terror in general
