Edward White and Charles Bronse, originally as a way to allow Wheat Isles Soldiers to be able for use by the citizens of our Isles. But after lobbying done by Gen. White before his death in 2008, the government has severely lessened restricted regulations on our clientele, and as such our company has been given the right to allow the purchase of limited time mercenary, spy, and reconnaissance services. We now even offer the purchase of Elite Mercenary Teams; small groups of specialized soldiers that are suitable for all kinds of missions. While our company was orginally considered part of the Wheat Isles Military, as it uses its soldiers, this company is controlled by private groups of select persons who make up the Board of Trustees. With that in mind, our company does control its own internal affairs and will not make any bias on who it sells too. We hope you take this into mind while making your purchase today.


CEO (Chief Executive Officer): Charlie Bronse
Our Co-Founder and now active-CEO Charles "Charlie" Bronse (Age:67) started the Wheat Elite PMC with the late Gen. Edward White. Gen. White and Bronse were able to convince the Wheat Isles government about the profitability with White eventually being able to put the company in private hands before his death by leukemia in 2008, leaving Charles Bronse the sole controller of and CEO of The Wheat Elite. Today Bronse handles the various tasks of maintaining communication between the executives, controlling the business strategy and making sure it is completed, and serving as the face of our company.

CFO (Chief Financial Officer): Wendell Franks
Wendell Franks (Age: 52) became CFO at the founding of our company and controls the various financing of missions. Franks also controls the selling and purchasing of our stock, the amount of spending the company does throughout the year, and controls the managing of the company's income.

COO (Chief Operating Officer): Brenda Smith
Brenda Smith (Age: 48) took over as COO in 2009 when previous COO Alexander Drake left the company to pursue othe ventures. Brenda controls the areas of managing of our personal, marketing, and the servicing of our company to various clients. Brenda makes sure our clients service is top notch and makes sure each order is processed correctly.

CMO (Chief Military Officer): General Damien Salvatore
Gen. Damien Salvatore (Age: 65) is a former high ranking general in the Wheat Isles army, yet accepted an early retirement and came to work for us as our CMO in 2012. Gen. Salvatore controls the training of our mercenaries as well as the strategies used during their tours for your service.

CTO (Chief Technical Officer): Gunma Sato
Gunma Sato (Age: 38) was a former IT man on one of our Elite teams, yet was hired as our CTO after the virus scare of 2004. He controls the management of the various technical operations we conduct everyday ranging from EMP usage on the battlefield to just keeping our website up and running.

PRO (Public Relations Officer): Randall Peterson
Randall Peterson (Age: 35) started in the company as a small time manager. He rose through the ranks at great speed due to his business ideas enhancing the company experience as well as his great relations with long time customers. Today he runs our Public Relations Office, a position held since 2011, and handles the possible problems to arise when handling a private military in foreign lands as well as handling the overall customer experience.

The Wheat Elite PMC uses a large variety of weapons and ammunition in its missions, and quantity does not overall quality here. Here we only use FMJ bullets for all ventures, using only guns that accept the FMJ’s mm size ratio. Here is a list of the weapons we use and the assorted ammunition for tanks and artillery;

Weapons

This machete designed by Rhodevan Arms has a 10-inch blade and is made with stainless steel/Titanium alloys. The handle is made from leather and holds a compartment that contains 2 viles containing 30 mgs of cyanide.

This design of pistol created by Rhodevan Arms features a gold-colored titanium plate covering the weapon itself to seem golden to the naked eye. The only troops allowed to carry such pistols are our Elite Teams and Higher-ranked Generals.

The FAMAS G2 is a specialized weapon created as an improvement upon the FAMAS-1 in sight and power. It uses 5.56x45mm FMJ ammunition and is the base weapon of our infantry division.

The M16 Rifle is another standard rifle used by both our infantry and heavy forces. It fires 5.56x45mm FMJ ammunition and is the main rifle used by many nations militaries.

A small revolver used only as small sidearm by our mercenaries, the .410 Derringer Revolver uses specialized .45 Colt ammunition instead of our regular .410 FMJ ammo.

The L115A3 AWM is the standard issue sniper rifle used by our reconnaissance teams during their stealth missions. It uses .338 FMJ ammunition and is considered one of the best sniper rifles in current usage.

Ammunition/Explosives

The M18A1 Claymore Mine is the standard issue claymore mine given to our Elite Teams, Reconnaissance teams, and Basic infantry. It is triggered once the target walks in front of the claymore on its front side, which then causes the claymore to explode and release small 1/8 inch steel balls to pound against the targets lower body.

A FMJ, or "Full Metal Jacket", bullet refers to a type of ammo that has a soft core, usually made of lead, and is surrounded by a harder metal, such as cupronickel. Our FMJ bullets are manufactured within our factory on Rendil Island and, as such, we have a strong supply of varying sizes. The varying mm ammo sizes are used in all of our weaponry, excluding the .410 Derringer Revolver

Armor

These varying colored Interceptor Body Armors are bullet-resistant vests that are worn as our company's main armor and given to all of our mercenaries including the Elite Teams.

These Ghillie Suits are suits provided by our Isles military and are worn by the Reconnaissance teams. They are mainly used for camouflage reasons and come in a variety of colors.

Given to us by our sponsor Rhodevan Arms, the Medic Military Pouch is a great addition to our medicinal squadrons in the Basic Infantry and Heavy Infantry mercenary areas. They are given out to medics on all Elite Teams.

Given to us by our sponsor Rhodevan Arms, these military gloves are used by all of our mercenaries, including the elite teams, for their durability to harsh climates and their excellent traction across all surfaces. They come in varying camouflage colors.

The Wheatish Military boots are military boots designed and used by The Wheat isles military, which we purchase a large number of these boots from. Their durable soles and water-proof outsides make them a necessary addition to our efforts.

The Wheat Elite PMC has a large range of Basic Infantry classes to Heightened Military Generals for purchase. While our Private military rank system may seem small compared to other, much larger companies, our ranking system allows for the constant use of said infantry over a long period of time with no extra fees for switching ranks if needed. Say in the beginning of the war you need basic military support, but then find yourself lacking military support on higher levels, we will allow you to switch from one purchase to another of lower or equal value with no extra payment needed. If you need to switch to a higher value, we allow you pay for the deficit over a time relay of 5 years! Below are our listed military ranks and their purchasing prices.

The M777 Howitzer is a towed artillery piece that is primarily used far from the battle location. It can fire a 155mm shell at enemy forces from at most 15 miles away.




The 152mm towed gun-howitzer M1955 D-20 is a common artillery placement on all of our infantry and artillery related missions. It fires a 152mm shell up to 11 miles away and is manually loaded.




The GCT 155mm is a self-propelled artillery unit able to move over a battlefield at 60 miles per hour. It's primary use is to increase artillery range once the enemy has been pushed back.




The M198 Howitzer is a towed artillery piece used primarily for bombardment of enemy fortifications. It is able to fire a 155mm shell at the target from 14 miles away. This piece is being gradually phased out by our company for the improved M777 Howitzer.




As the second most expensive tank series in the world, The Wheat Elite are proud to boast about our collection of 50 ROTEM K2 Black Panther tanks in current usage. They are large battle tanks used in our infantry and heavy infantry mercenary missions, but due to the price we keep careful consideration on to whom we allow these tanks to go into battle for.




The 2S25 Sprut-SD is a self-propelled light tank or "destroyer" is our secondary tank the Wheat Elite uses during missions, mainly due to its high mobility and subsequent amphibious ability. It is only used on infantry-related missions.




The XM8-M8 AGS is a close combat light tank thats main use is for close combat fighting between itself and other tanks/artillery. It is our most used tank model and is used on all infantry related missions.




The Cadillac Gage Stingray is a medium battle tank, which we use during times when the enemy begins to overrun our forces. This tank model is then sent out to attack enemy forces, hopefully forcing a retreat or giving our teams the ability to make a successful advance.




The Rheinmetall Wisent is our primary land vehicle, mainly used for the transport of troops and artillery over a nation. Most are fitted with machine guns on the top, which the picture above does not show.




The MiG-29 is the only type of plane used by The Wheat Elite due to its capabilities and easiness to replace. Originally used for air-combat, they are now used worldwide as multi-role aircraft, for munitions running and scouting purposes for example.

The Wheat Elite PMC offers 3 Elite Mercenary teams that can operate in the shadows or in the open, all depending on the customer’s preference. The teams each have a leader, a light arms man a heavy arms man, an IT man, a Pilot, a Reconnaissance man, and a special quality area that differentiates each team from each other. Listed below are the Teams in order;

Team A: The Rough Riders

Team Leader: Rickroy Gregerson: Born on Wambut Island, Rickroy has had a large military career, recently executing the spec ops team that killed a rival leader in a state in Apache People. He now leads the Wheat Elite Team A and their subsequent missions for you.
Pilot: Travis Mickoy: Born on the airbase isle of Rabutu, Travis knows how to fly any plane from a SKW 120 commercial liner to a B-2 stealth bomber. His record speaks for itself, shooting down 120 enemy airplanes over his 8 year service in The Wheat Isles military.
Heavy Arms: Dravi Yuriki: Not native to the Wheat Isles and from Ryaanistan, Dravi was an independent soldier until he joined our military. Dravi now is back on the international market and will fight for you!
Light Arms: Marco Polo: Insensitively named at birth on Youseff Island due to an acute hearing impairment, Marco Polo has a very keen hearing sense and was very fast on his feet. Now, he captures enemy bases with those same skills.
Demolitions: Troy Hute: Troy, born on Teth Island, served a 5 year service in our military under demolitions squad 103. Now he will use his patented mud dynamite to bomb your enemies and solidify them in a casing of dry mud.
Reconnaissance: Rutey White: Ruety White was a track superstar in the Wheat Isles before his compulsory service forced him into a reconnaissance position. He became the Isles's top reconnaissance man and now works under our Elite Team A.
Tech/Computers: Steven Quasey: Graduating at the top tech school in the Wheat Isles. Steven Quasey can hack into a CDC 6600 supercomputer in 2.5 seconds, with the proper monetary provisions of course.
Animals: The team also comes with three saber tooth tigers or three killer kiwi birds if added to the total price.

Team B: The Beta Snakes

Team Leader: Drake Basil: The leading student at the Wheat Elite Training course, he chose to be on Team B to be with his younger brother. He will now lead any mission for your payment, and promises not to disappoint.
Pilot: Wendell Smither: Wendell Smithers lived on Tragot Island since he was 3 years old, and has been flying since his 13th birthday. Now, he uses his skills for fighter v fighter combat.
Heavy Arms: Quinton Quasey: Brother of Team A's Steve Quasey, Quinton was always laughed at for not being as smart as his brother. But, his hulking size led him in a different direction and he now fires heavy arms for the Wheat Elite Team B.
Light Arms: Mark Basil: Younger brother of Drake Basil, He was picked on as a kid for not being as strong as his brother. Fueled by childhood rage he is a top expert in light marksmanship and will do any mission, whatever the dangers are.
Sniper: Edward Long: Born on a small farm on Yohat island, Edward long has been sniping since he was 5 to keep rats out of their chicken feed. He now can shoot a 25 cent Wheat Grain with almost any sniper rifle dead center from at least 200 yards away
Reconnaissance: Franklin Trese: Franklin Trese, a non-native to the Isles, was sold into slavery in an unknown country. He stealthily escaped and was put under the care of The Wheat Isles. He now does stealth missions for Team B, now a life-long passion.
Tech/Computers: "Think-Tank" Williams: A child prodigy on Grane Island, "Think-Tank" Williams has built over 100 different types of robots for every possible outcome of any mission. He uses these to do his dirty work, with him at the controls or not.

Team C: The Leftovers

Team Leader: John Truthe: A stout soldier who has a 32 year record with the Wheat Isles infantry, John Truthe has only been promoted once do to his bravery, to this leading position; a record jump of 112 ranks.
Pilot: Steven Gradson: Steven Gradson, the only married man on all Wheat Elite Teams, can fly almost anything, and probably has. He will now fly for you, for a price.
Heavy Arms: Jessica Volven: A beautiful Wheat Islander such as Jessica Volven doesn't seem like the kind of person to hold heavy weaponry, is what the last man said to her before he was shot apart by a rapid-fire machine gun. She is independent, and won't let anyone tell her different, especially enemy soldiers
Light Arms: Youof Smiroff: Unidentified at birth, Youof Smiroff was 21 before he was even recognized as alive. His knowledge of light arms was too amazing to pass on though. He will now use this knowledge to kill enemy soldiers.
Tracker: Amanda Isueld: Born is The Wheat Isles wilderness, Amanda Isueld spent 15 years in the jungle before she found a small village to call her home. With over 10 years of tracking services in the Wheat Isles Military, she can traverse any terrain, and survive doing it too.
Reconnaissance: Frank Harrigan: A tall man, Frank Harrigan was a Kiwi herder before joining the Wheat Elite. He is perfect for Reconnaissance however, as his face looks like the generic face of almost all of mankind. This gives him an unrecognizable identity.
Tech/Computers: Robot-228: A creation of "Think-Tank" Williams that was hit by lightning, Robot-228 gained conciseness and now does the tech jobs for Team C.

While other PMC companies may not offer this package, The Wheat Elite offers a single-person or entire country Bodyguard service, as when Anarchy strikes everyone wants a bodyguard. The single-person body guard service is what most other companies have; we send an elite group of guards to protect a diplomat, leader, dignitary, and their family over a period of time in designated areas. But, our Bodyguard program allows war-torn countries to not fall into turmoil when Anarchy strikes, as we will send in a crack-team of up to 100,000 soldiers to keep the peace and protect the citizens of another country during times of crisis. While this seems more to be a security installment, we see it as guarding the bodies of future countries and their respective peoples, leading us to add this installment as a body guarding service.

2. To keep the customer confidentiality agreement alive, the customer has the right to deny their involvement and can request any records of their involvement that we hold to be deleted. We also hold the right to deny this request.
3. If you purchase our elite mercenary teams, they will be treated as guests in your nations, not as workers. While they will do the hired job and take full blame if needed, the customer must inform our private military company before they opposing side has for full reimbursement of their payment, as long as it is our team that has failed and blame cannot be put on the customer.
4. The Wheat Elite Private Military Company has the right to deny any purchase if it so chooses too.
5. If the customer has chosen to purchase our mercenary wide-scale services, the mercenaries must not be treated any different from your own soldiers and not used at a type of cannon fodder to save your own armies. Our mercenaries are for helping to win a war, not save you from fighting in one.

If any of these terms are not complied with the Wheat Elite Private Military Company has the right to remove their stationed mercenaries or other services from your power with a full refund of your purchase.
