For centuries the Galaxy has been ruled by the Galactic Senate. The Galactic Senate is made up of a group of senators from every race, and is headed by the Chancellor, and its headquarters is on the Citadel. The Senate is entirely diplomatic, making all its decisions through votes. However, many are beginning to speak out against the Chancellor, and there may be Galactic War. You are the leader of your race, you control everything that happens inside your nation, lead your people through these difficult times.

The team of sangheili archeologists walked through the decaying streets of the massive city that covered the surface of the planet. So far they haven't even explored 1% of the surface of the planet. "This place is amazing. It must've taken centuries to build this city." One if the archeologists says while admiring the towering spires of the city. "Don't get too excited. We still don't know the structural integrity of these buildings. For all we know we could make any of them collapse with little effort." One of the soldiers escorting the group says. "Yeah. It would be a travesty to lose even one of these magnificent buildings." The lead archeologist says eager to get working on exploring the planet.

"Our borders are becoming far to extensive" said an elderly Quarian, who stood still for a moment as if he was adjusting glasses, which he did not have. "I propose, we construct a few new vessels at Mygeeto. We have the resources needed and I'm sure it'll be for the best"
The Ministers thought long and hard, then they began clapping, clearly supporting the idea and so, the foundries on Mygeeto came to life in the glory that is industry.

Senator Zaal'Koris shifted uneasily in his seat. He stared at the information appearing on his console and quickly thought of solutions. "We need allies" he thought to himself "....I know just the people" he muttered, once again to himself. Walking out of the comfort of his office, he nodded to the Secretary.
"Celona, I'm going out. Until I return all diplomats must talk to Tyrok" he said swiftly, not waiting for a reply he walked out of the Rannochian Embassy and into the hustle and bustle that was the Citadel on a Monday "Morning". After stopping at the local Star Bucks for a quick on-the-go breakfast, he continued his walk towards the Tau embassy. Once he arrived, he knocked on the door and waited patiently for an answer.

The silent king looked out over the silent legions standing in order in the strange green light and rain. The seemingly endless sea of necron warriors was disturbed by towering monoliths and Pylons. The warriors stood there in the rain like it didn't bother them silent and emotionless. They would be a terrifying sight for anyone dumb enough to get in the way of the necrons. In the space around the necron planets large fleets of giant tomb ships with powerful weaponry and armor stood guard. The necrons was soon to be prepared for a new wave of expansion.

"The ambassador will see you right away" she smiled as she noted Xy'hazu to Zaal'Koris's presence.

Thanatus, B-A1 Star System

Thanatus was a lush jungle world, located in the closest star system to Bakari Prime, which was just 3 light years away. Thanatus was covered in large trees and plants of all colors, as well as various, weird-looking species. It had only one ocean, which took up almost half the surface area on the planet. Thanatus had a population of 100 million Bakari, which were scattered in various cities across the planet's surface. However, above the planet outside high orbit, one of the Bakari's largest construction projects was underway. They were constructing a superweapon called the Doomsday-class Dreadnought, most often just called the Doomsday. It was a large, 500 mile long triangular ship, and when completed, it would be the largest ship in the Bakari Navy, as well as the most heavily armed ship. The Doomsday's primary weapon was a gigantic graviton beam cannon that stretched throughout the center of the ship. It was powerful enough to take out several large ships at once, or perhaps a small moon at full power.

A recent approval of funds from all three castes has seen a new launch of exploration not since the days of Valen. As Delenn moves the Grey Council to approve funding and begin assembling ships to explore space, the Rangers are selecting key individuals that are suited best for first contact situations.

The Warrior Caste has approved and are looking for prospective warriors to brave the new frontier. The Religious Caste have done the same while the Worker Class are doubling their production to meet with the expedition deadlines.

"Long Live Colossus. Long Live the State." the People Chanted. In a single ominous chant the People of Alexandria celebrated the "True Warrior March" all Across Colossus and its Procession. Of course the Armed Forces put on a good show as they marched from Forever Square down to the very courtyard where all their leaders met daily. The people in unison held their fists high to the sky, praising another year of the "Triumph of the State". They all loved their country as they should be because of all the wealth and splendor that was given to them. The government to them seemed to be the Ultimate Example of Supremacy. A lone titan that only came to you at a time of need. However in reality these views grew out of detachment from the government. Government was in reality small and its only important job was the defense and taxation. The Multi-Planet Corporations took care of everything else. Behind the surface of the Wealth and Glamor there was the utter stench of Corruption and Pure Freedom. People at night were free to do anything in the back alleys: from Doing Biosyn or to selling automatic weapons. Almost anything was Legal. But now was not the time to dwell on such things.

The Archeological team continued trekking through the ruined city on their way to the largest structure on the planet: The remains of the Imperial Palace. The archeological team scaled the massive gate barring access, and began crossing the bridge to the palace itself. All across USS space scientists, and archeologists eagerly watch the live feeds their attention completely devoted to the feed of the massive structure ahead.

High Shaper Rashi looked at the reports.And they were not good.In the face of extinction,the population had risen massively since the infestation.But now they were running out of room to live.Motioning to his resident Pilot,a Wraith named Tadoor,he said " Tell the expansion fleet to expand by two systems." " Yes high shaper." and with that,a large expansion had begun.

Soon enough,12 worlds have been discovered,two holding habitable life.The first world is Te,and their resident species,the Mgalekgolo,have already joined us.The other planet,Krypton,had attacked our fleets and has attempted to destroy us.10 Pilot fleets,accompanied by 20 Mgalekgolo war fleets,are enroute for the planet.

The archeological team moved through the massive building amazed at its sheer size. They eventually reach a massive throne room with a large skeleton in broken golden armor atop a golden throne. On each side of the room were large unmoving suits of golden "armor" silently watching over the room. The archeologists snap a few pictures before moving into what appeared to be labs. When they all exited the throne room there was a flash of light in the skeletons eye sockets....

Two super carriers approach the unidentified ships incase they are hostile. Immediately Sangheilios' defense platforms are put on alert. The ships hail the unidentified warships.

Terra, Genelabs underneath the Himalayan mountains

The archeological teams moves deeper into the labs until they reach a large room with 20 slots along the walls. 19 of the slots were completely empty but one wasn't. One still had a gestation pod, and upon closer inspection they discovered a living human baby inside. The team promptly pries the pod out of the slot in the wall, and loads it onto a hover dolly for transport outside.

OOC: The Capitol looks like the Apostolic Palace

The gargantuan building was able to engulf most of Jackson's View from the crowds of building outside.The Square itself was circular as the long rows of Columns defined its border with the row of Columns meeting in the Center. Jackson was standing at the Balcony looking down at as the Soldiers took their Place. Jackson himself was actually bored by this point as siting on a Metallic Chair for two hours can become tiresome. As he stood up he leaned himself on the rails and looked at the astonishing sight of the the thousands of Men and Machine each standing in silence. The Courtyard was covered in a vast see of Black and White (the official MIlitary fatigues) along with the vast rows of lines as men where each in their place. In the Center stood the Praetorian Guards, the Finest Special forces of the Federation. Each wearing their highly advanced next generation nano-suits, with each of their face covered. The next part that surrounded them were the regular armed forces also wearing their battle-gear. After them were the robotic offensive weapons and then Heavy armor. In the sky the CV3 'Snakehead" VTOL Transports were flying all in unison. Jackson stood there for a while and created an uncomfortable, eery silence. Then he addressed his mighty empire.

"Guardians of Colossus, the Federation, the State, you shall be honored" Jackson shouted as an AI system magnified his voice.

"Hurrah" the soldiers shoued

"You are the ones who have allowed our expansion into distant worlds. You are the one who are the Vanguards of Freedom" as Jackson continued to talk he heard in his year new that might be interesting: a new discovery of Alien ruins.

An exploration team, part of the 10th fleet, has been exploring outside of Impervious space. The Emperor was on a vicious cycle of discovering and assimilating various species, and the Council was firmly on his side, as they should be. "Sir, I'm picking a signature I've never detected before," A Kaminoan relayed the information to the Fleet Commander, whom quickly ordered an immediate warp jump. "The Emperor will reward me nicely for another species!" The Yahg commander joked maliciously, before jumping into Citadel space. "WHAT THE?" The Commander shouted, as the remainder of the 10th fleet jumped in behind him.

Many affluent sangheili began requesting to adopt the baby human boy rescued from terra but one in particular voiced the most interest in adopting him: Supreme Commander Ersa 'Elaodee. Due to the great amount of respect he commands, and his status as the de facto leader of all military forces Ersa was promptly granted custody of the boy. Ersa named the boy Horus when asked why Ersa only says "It just feels right."

The Union was an old, completely independent nation. First, a human empire. Then an aggressive and expansive government encountered the colonies of the independent races. The Krogan led by a rebellious warlord. The Turians, a refugee group that long left Turian space. The Batarians, a slaver colony that was 'encouraged' to stop enslaving humans. Then a Wookie world, seemingly forgotten by the galaxy. The agressive humans conquered these worlds, demanding that they surrender or die. In time, the aggression of the humans was tempered by the interaction with the alien cultures. Now the Union is expanding again. Colonies popping up to sustain the population. Soon enough, they might find somebody else among the stars.
