Well, i guess i could. we should at least ask Leich if he wants too.

Only thing me and i have different opinions on are the republic, i think we should have the republic and the citadel as an NPC neutral ground to act as easy way for everyone to do diplomatic stuff such establishing alliances or negotiating trade or peace agreements.

Do you mean annex a foreign species into your empire, annex systems from another empire?

First one, pretty quickly i guess. second one, you could try, but they or their allies or both could retaliate violently.
