Nationality: Irish
Height: six feet even.
Weight: 180lbs
Hair: Black and slightly curly.
Eyes: Normally they shift colors depending on his state of being, blue for calm, red for anger and so on, but when he uses his powers, they glow and turn into glowing solid white disks.
Costume (if any): Day to Day: He wears what any youth of that age and time would wear, wether it be jeans, t-shirts, or ponchos. But he always wears his helmet.
Battle: A black chain mail shirt with a sliver breast plate, gauntlets and greaves. He also wears a pure black cape and a silver, Spartan like, helmet which covers his face and most of his head, which he never removes, so says his order 's written laws.
Abilities: He has the ability to look through the strands of time and see the possible futures, and he can meld his mind with anyone he touches upon doing so, he is able to see their deepest fears, desires, and weaknesses.
Dorm: Hero
Brief Bio: Not much is known about Tobius, it is a fact he was found, as a child, in the farmlands of southern Ireland in 1789, it is also a fact that he was not of the area. Or even that dimension. But the farmer who found him knew not of this, so he took the boy into his home, and he ad his wife treated him like a son. But it soon became clear he wasn't human. While his adopted parents grew older and older as time past, Tobius, the name they had given him after he said he hadn't one, stayed young and energetic. When his parents died of age he left his home, and slowly developed his powers. By the year 1945 he had grow to resemble that of an 18 year old, and had bought a house in America, New York to be exact. That was when the war broke out, and he was sent to the front lines. He fought with his platoon, becoming more and more experienced, when the worst happened. A mistake caused by Air Force high command, caused he and his troops to be bombed by allied planes. He was the sole survivor. He then deserted the army and fled to the now freed France. That's when he donned the mask. His order, on the planet he once inhabited, stated that rather than show sorrow and grief, don a helmet of silver, thus no enemies might see you filled with pain. He hasn't removed the enchanted helmet since. Though he does look and sound like a teenager, his age is that of a teen on his home world, he does have much more experience than most students and some teachers have.

I think MA put the ability cap in there to serve as more of a guideline, to avoid OP characters. Which I'd wager Tobius is.

I have issues with the fact that he is so ridiculously old, and that he's from another planet. That isn't enough to make me immediately deny the character though.

I would, however, like to have a better explanation for his abilities. How does the mind meld work, does it do anything other than let him read the minds of others? And does the future-sight ability have any drawbacks or such?

But that is not the set truth, someone, or something, could cause a change in what time strand is actually truth, wether on purpose or an accident, only they know. And on the mind melding, he has the abilities I said before, read their thoughts, see into their mind, but, if the person is, at least, smart-ish, they may have defenses that could close down the mind and make Tobius, if he doesn't leave quickly enough, be stuck in their mind forever.
