This thread is a continuation of this thread and this thread so all the actions taken there are canon.
This thread will be used to tell which nation you are or to discuss things in OOC so please also check this between larger actions, or you will be eaten by my large hairy pet named Inesea. Also, all OOC will occur in this thread; OOC posts in the forthcoming IC thread will be frowned upon.
The Roleplay starts in the year 1252 of the western calendar, and history has been divergent since about 1202, so things may be fun.

Rules:
(Obviously) No Godmodding. I will also be "judge" and will try to see if something is OPed or illogical or not.
Second OP/Mod/"judge" will be Inesea.
At the beginning you may choosef to change the government of your nation.
An example for that is G-Tech being Great Russia is a hereditary monarchy, whereas in real life Vladimir-Sudzal was an elective monarchy.
Keep it logical:
Portugal is not going to attack russia and vice-versa.
The Sultanate of Rum is not going to invade england.
(Unless they have a very good reason for it.)
Every Nation may declare a Holy War but only the head of the Religion(if existant) may declare a Crusade or Jihad.
You can't simply invent devices or machines; devices and inventions must have some historical context.
Before you start. Look at the Map, which will be coming out shortly. You cannot choose something that conflicts with the map, like deciding that the Crusader States don't exist anymore.
Also save/bookmark/subscribe this (the OOC) thread, so I don't need to tell you OOC stuff in the IC thread.

Nation-Specific Rules
For fairness and historical accuracy I decided that some nations should have a specific set of Rules:
The Papal State - The Papal states will always stay a theocracy.The Pope is the only one able to declare a crusade.The Papal States are forbidden to gain any territorial expansions, except from peace treaties of defensive wars or crusades/attacks on Pagans/muslims. The Papal States are a kind of "UN" like state for the catholic nations, though they may engage in conflict through their various military orders.
Nations which already where played/have actions with Player nations - If you take the place of somebody as a nation you need to OOC accept what it has done.
If you take a nation which already has been invaded/vassalised by players you'll have to either fight yourselves back to independence or play as an vassal.
The Holy Roman Empire - You choose what your direct rule is. In the area you rule directly you have full powers, in all other areas you may only a certain percentage of their troops (as deemed appropriate by an OP), unless its for defending that region or a close one within the HRE in which you are allowed to use all militias and troops.
Nations:
Do not choose nations which are outside these boundaries:
More east than the Khwarezm Sultanate.
Not more west than Iceland.
Not more South than the Almohade Dominion
and not more north than the Saami.
We might be able to open these borders to allow Asian and African nations later, for now those limits are in place.
