IHAPC - the International Humanitarian Aid & Peacekeeping Commission

The Definition for the IHAPC

The International Humanitarian Aid & Peacekeeping Commission is a independent peacekeeping agency that is directly subservient to the International Coalition of Expansion. The IHAPC exists to provide relief and security to nations that have been rendered unstable by cruel and malicious governments, and seeks to restore democratic values such as freedom to speech and freedom to religion. The IHAPC also pledges an oath to provide security to autonomous regions undergoing the transition towards independence.

The IHAPC Directors Board is the legislative board of the IHAPC, they are responsible for creating and implementing legislation for the IHAPC.

The Tribunal is the court that deals with Trust Territories. Activities such as entrusting them or freeing them is directly overseen by the Tribunal

Any nation, whether or not directly affiliated with the International Coalition of Expansion, can participate and donate peacekeepers to the cause. Application for Participation is below:

Dakran - 10,000 Standard Peacekeepers, 7,500 Hazmat Peacekeepers

Imperial Armed Forces transport aircraft can be used for transport of materials, although we would still prefer Rombergian ownership of the aircraft.

Such a thing is easily possible, you can simply lease vehicles and aircraft to the IHAPC, you shall reserve ownership rights to the equipment, of course.

When there are operations, we would do the same licensing to our armoured vehicles. However, since they are all licensed versions of foreign products locally-produced, we are not able to donate them directly as it would be a breach of contract.
