Weaknesses:Most ground troops rely to much for there psychic powers, the council is too dynamic to hold together(just came out of a civil war), are very pacifistic and techno hordes when it comes to other nations. Even though races don't need spaceships in order to fly, they can be one shot by cannons anyway.

Could you lower your fleet number? Since you've been here since the start I'm willing to allow 200,000 vessels.

Yeah, though if you feel like taking forerunner tech from there, it has to be an extremely difficult and perilous task and you're gonna loose a lot of people doing it.
