Zombie Invasion Report: The 100 150 Largest Regions
sorted by number of nations as of major update on 2013-04-01

Statistics for regions 1-100 compiled ca. 18:30-21:50 GMT, with the last 50 added ca. 22:15-23:00 GMT. Results are therefore not totally comparable from region to region, but should differ by only 1-3 ticks (= zombie update rounds).

Results have been color coded on a rainbow scale for your viewing convenience, with red = most zombified, blue = most under control. Regions which have the infection under control are marked with bold and an arrow smiley. All region names are links, so you can check on a region's current status.

Puppet dump regions have been removed and placed under a separate spoiler, because they are pointless. School regions have been left in, but marked.

I was told very sternly (by the folks coordinating the rescue effort in #zombies on irc.esper.net) to include a mention of The NationStates Community after posting the first draft of this post... since they hadn't broken the top 100 prior to today and are currently sitting at around #42, as best I can judge from glancing through nation totals.

If it's anything like Deus Ex Machina if every single nation in a region researches a cure, and it's a fairly large region, they can get rid of all the zombies fairly quickly.
