The people of Ramsetia would like to humbly invite the nations reading this communiqué to establish embassies within Ramsetia's capital city, of Renaissance. If subterranean living is not compatible with your culture, we also offer Consulate positions within Port Ramsetia, our nation's second city, and sole waterfront.

This invitation is open to all, and made in the interests of fostering stronger ties of friendship than would be possible without the establishment of embassies and diplomatic relations. However, we must insist on a few, simple conditions.

1) Your nation must not have hostile relations with any nations that we have a friendly diplomatic tie.
2) You are not allowed more than 20 armed personell on your embassy ground. Should this number be insufficient, a patrol of Ordinators will be established around your embassy grounds.
3) Due to the...unique geographical location of Renaissance herself, we are unable to offer landing pads at embassy grounds themselves, though we do have a few private hangars available at Renaissance government Airport

Firstly, I must inform you that the weaponry that you have requested is far too much for us to be comfortable with. Secondly, The Boeing 747s will not be allowed, we have to trouble with the Gulfstream IVs. The amount of vehicles is also far too much for us to be comfortable with. We have limited garage space in each city, as you must understand.

If you are willing to cut back on the number, and the power of your weaponry (we apologise for not mentioning this earlier) and the amount of vehicles, then we would be more than happy to begin establishment of your embassy.

As it stands, The use of full-size assault rifles must be limited. This is a garrisoning force on a diplomatic mission, not an assault team securing an enemy stronghold. We will allow 20 of the M4s (One for each marine) but they must be kept in Renaissance Ordinator HQ. Also. A limit of 40 M9s (2 per security member) will need to be enforced, and the 20 not in current use must be kept in a locked unit on embassy ground except in emergencies.

As indicated above, The amount of vehicles will have to be cut down. Ramsetia takes great pride in being a 'green' society, and due to societal pressure, we only have space for 5 ground vehicles per embassy. The Boeing 747s will not be allowed under any circumstances, as Boeing has dictated Ramset airports a 'no-land-zone' for their craft (a majority of our runways are too short, especially for 747s, requiring braking at levels Boeing are not comfortable with). A single Gulfstream is more than welcome, however.

If you do not feel safe with these limitations, then perhaps Ramsetia is not the right nation for you to establish an embassy. However, do not take this as an intentional slight in any way, any offence caused by these limits is truly accidental.

As we have arranged for other nations, the assault rifles are no problem, but must be stored off-site, at Renaissance ordinator HQ. They will be delivered in event of an emergency. Ramsetian gun laws are perhaps a little more restrictive than your own, as the 55 pistols are, unfortunately, unacceptable. We advise you to lower the number to 20, 2 for each security official present, and the excess 10 to be stored on-site under lock and key.

The vehicles provided will be a Biofuel or Electric variant of the Vauxhall Carlton, and a 4-door armoured toyota Hilux in Biodiesel.

Should these not be acceptable, do not hesitate to make specific requests, keeping in mind the standards for 'green' vehicles ramsetia has set for itself.
