VILIFYING Black Hawk assistance during the occupation of Catholic, an operation lead by Jakker,
FURTHER REVEALING that Jakker has lead, participated in, or planned major military operations in Asia, Atheist Empire, Space, Hippiedom, Furry Federation, and Hell, as well as assisting in major raids or tagging operations that resulted in the displacement of Delegates previously in power for multiple years at a time, including, but not limited to:OBSERVING that Jakker authored the invasion of Capitalist Paradise, a region that had not been invaded in nearly eight years and had a long-standing Delegate that has had upwards of 60 WA endorsements,
