The IRCPC can put its vast resources to use in the nation of Untaroicht, where a humanitarian crisis is currently developing. A number of independent assessments from experts around my nation as well as an official report created by the Department of Health are in agreement that the conditions within Untaroicht cannot foster an air of good public health. An excerpt from a missive sent to the Department of Foreign Affairs of my nations describing the damage done to the ecosystem of Untaroicht is recorded below:

For so many years have the island of untaroicht's ecosystem and environment been so mistreated that little life, animal or plant, remains on the surface. The water is a murky green and often plagued with oil spills, the air is a poisonous cloud of smog and debris, and the land is almost completely sterilized of all life. For this reason, the people of The Holy Imperium of Untaroicht have abandoned the surface, and live in vast colonies deep under the bedrock of the island. Most people of Untaroicht will never once in their entire lives witness natural sunlight, breathe unpolluted air, or feel a living tree. Nevertheless, the countless underground factories of untaroicht keep pumping their smog and dumping their waste on the surface, caring little as to what goes on above their heads.

The missive goes on to describe just how the populace of Untaroicht has survived in these appalling conditions and then mentions the introduction of a possible epidemic styled as the "Red Pox" that has wiped out nearly 75% of one of Untaroicht's social classes. I implore the Executive Board of Directors to take action and stop the rampant annihilation of this nation's populace.
