Regarding the above one, this raises an issue, Minnas does in fact have a smaller text thus making the sig look smaller and not as cluttered.

I measured it in compared to my sig and takes up less room than my sig which is only 6 lines.

Surely that sort of thing needs to be looked at and perhaps the rules changed.

Well I don't, which is why I was suggesting that maybe the thing be looked at, as I say his sig was smaller than mine thus making less clutter in the forums.

There is, but I don't remember the exact rule.

Quote boxes take up more space; generally 2-3 extra lines not counting what is already inside the quote box. Generally quotes in boxes are best stashed under spoiler tags.

As for the small font one, I'm inclined to let it slide; 8 lines may be 8 lines, but the general rule is to reduce clutter; and the standard I judge sigs at is 8 lines at the default font setting to be the maximum. If people wanna use smaller fonts to fit more into their sig, I'm much more inclined the let it go.
