3. You may NOT replicate, modify, or redistribute products without prior approval from the Riysian MoD. Failure to comply will result in a blacklist and further IC diplomatic reprocussions.
4. Although incredibly unlikely, the Riysian MoD still retains the right to deny any and all orders. If it does occur, a reason for denial will be provided.

What is Riysian Defense Industries (RDI)?
RDI is the branch of the Ministry of Defense that deals with the production of military hardware. It also deals with the sales and distribution of domestically-designed and produced weaponry outside of Riysa. RDI is completely government owned and staffed.

What can RDI offer me?
Riysian equipment tends to center around manuverability and reliability; thus, Riysian equipment tends to be very rugged, and are also usually cheap to produce. Partnerships may also be formed between Riysa and other countries to collaborate on projects.

What about ammunition for the weapons?
It is automatically assumed, unless otherwise mentioned during acceptance/review of the order by the Riysian MoD, that the ammunition is provided and can be manufactured domestically.

SSM-13A "Thunderstrike"
The SSM-13 Thunderstrike is the lastest development straight out of the Riysian Missile Force and R&D Project 'Ad. The SSM-13 is a tactical ballistic missile, able to be fitted with a variety of warheads.

The SSM-13 fits the need for delivery of warheads past the short range of the MRLS-2, deep into enemy lines, straight into enemy reserves or logistics. The SSM-13 launcher can also be posed way behind the frontlines, allowing targeting of enemy frontline forces without endangering your precious missiles. Three types of warheads can be fitted - high explosive (standard), cluster, and chemical. Please note that purchase of SSM-13s and their associated systems only come with HE, a special request must be made for cluster and chemical must be produced domestically unless otherwise gifted by Riysa.

Please note that chemical weapons are currently PERMITTED WITH RESTRICTIONS by the WA. The use of biological, chemical, and nuclear agents against a civilian population count as a war crime and may be prosecuted by the ICC (reference GA #103). Riysa takes no responsibility in illegal use of the SSM-13.

IFV-5H/5HC

The IFV-5H is the standard (and as of late 2012 the only, replacing BMP-3s in service) IFV of the Iron Guard mechanized troops. Its roomy and sturdy interior has made it a favorite of the troops, with a popular nickname arising for the IFV-5H - "Battlebus".

Range: 450 miles.
Armor: 530 mm RHA equivalent versus APFSDS, 900 mm versus HEAT
Main Gun: 125 mm R-33VC with autoloader,up to 35 rounds of any type
Secondary Armament: Co-axial 25mm autocannon,2 turret-side moutned 40mm grenade launchers, option for cupola-mounted .50 HMG, option for guided anti-tank missile(s) mounted on turret side
Transport Capacity: 10 passengers plus 3 crewmen.

Its well armored, with frontal armor of 530 mm RHA equivalent versus APFSDS shells, and 900 mm versus HEAT rounds. Its main gun is even dangerous to MBTs, with its ability to fire HEAT (for light vehicles), APFSDS (for tanks), and HE shells. It carriers a smaller-caliber autocannon for attacking light vehicles and infantry, and two grenade launchers to support attacks against fortfied and entrenched infantry. A HMG can be mounted on top for extra anti-infantry/light vehicle firepower.

The IFV-5H is crewed by 3 people - a commander, a gunner/loader, and a driver. It can carry a squad of up to 10 fully-armed soldiers, and can even tow light guns behind it via a removable hitch. A command variant, IFV-5HC, is available for platoon and higher-ranking command squads to use. It trades carrying capacity for increased communication and command equipment, allowing officers full control of the battlefield.

This is one of the few pieces of Riysian hardware (and the only domestically produced apart from the MRLS-2) that saw action in the short Jawezian uprising, where it performed admirably, suffering no mechanical breakdowns or losses to enemy fire.

137mm H-13 Light Assault Howitzer

The 137mm H-13 was developed from an increasing requirement for mobile light artillery by the Iron Guard mechanized units, specifically for the light artillery detachment present in each mechanized regiment.

The 137mm is so light that it does not require a recoil pit - it can fire as soon as it is unlimbered from its tractor. Due to it being designed for close support within a mechanized regiment, the 137 mm H-13 can be towed by the IFV-5H's special hook. It also can mount a gunshield for the safety of its crew - due to it being a close support howitzer, it may come under enemy fire. It can maintain a pretty high rate of fire, ensuring a constant stream of artillery shells on a target while the troops race to close with the enemy. It can fire both direct and indirect fire, and in a pinch can double as an anti-tank gun via APFSDS shells - however, it is mostly suited to firing HE shells. The H-13 can be transported through almost any means - it can even be airdropped onto a battlefield, providing paratroopers with that extra punch.

SG-12A Assault Gun

The SG-12A was one of the latest weapons to have come out of Riysa, as part of the new modernization program for the Riysian Armed Forces. It was intended to be a light, cheap, mass-produceable assault gun that can support the mechanized regiments in action via a multipurpose anti-tank/anti-infantry gun. However, the Iron Guard requested an up-gunned and up-armored assault gun that focused more on infantry support than anti-tank duties - thus, the SG-12A only saw limited use in the Riysian Iron Guard.

As is seen in the technical specifications, the SG-12A is a simple, lightly-armored vehicle, easily mass-producable and very mobile. The main gun is both effective at clearing fortified infantry positions and taking on armored vehicles as well. The main downside is, of course, the light armor, which serves to protect the SG-12A from infantry-based weapons but is much less effective against heavier anti-tank munitions, although the SG-12A is in fact better armored than most modern assault guns/tank destroyers.

RA-10 Assault Rocket Launcher

The RA-10 is the rocket artillery twin of the 137mm H-13 howitzer. Used in conjuction with the H-13 in the light artillery detachments of mechanized regiments, the RA-10 can lay down a hail of high explosive rockets, suppressing enemy troops while the Iron Guardsmen close in for the kill.

Like the H-13, the RA-10 does not need a recoil pit and thus can be fired as soon as it is unlimbered, and can also be towed by the IFV-5H's special hook. The volume of fire of the RA-10 ensures a massive barrage of rockets to supress the enemy, perfect as a shock weapon. Like the H-13, the RA-10 can be transported through almost any means and can even be airdropped onto a battlefield. However, while the H-13 is meant to be a sustained, accurate artillery cannon, the RA-10 is meant to be pure shock-and-awe - it can fire all of its rockets in one minute, and if necessary, can be rewired to launch all rockets at once, albeit causing damage to the electric launch mechanisms. The RA-10 is also incredibly cheap - less than half the price of the H-13, which ensures its ubiquitious use in the Riysian Iron Guard. The RA-10 can fire either High Explosive (HE), Cluster Munitions, or Chemical rockets.

T-2000 MBT

The T-2000 MBT series is an older tank design that still forms the bulk of the Iron Guard's tank divisions. With the official introduction of the T-11A MBT in late 2012, the T-2000s are slowing being replaced by the T-11 in frontline duties, with the remaining tanks being sent to reserve or being sold off. The last T-2000 was decommissioned from active service in Feburary 2012. It is still a more-than-capable MBT however, proving its worth in Jaweza and other conflicts. Despite the move-off, the T-2000 is still being produced for foreign clients. Overseas, the T-2000 has become an immensely popular tank, outshadowing its more advanced T-11A cousin in terms of export. The T-2000 still soldiers on in many other nations' armed forces, having proven its worth and durability in many situations, from jungle to urban counter-insurgencey/rebellion operations.

One noticable thing about the T2000 is the large profile and weight compared to the T-11. In part due to the larger size, this tank can carry more fuel (and correspondingly has a greater operational range) and also is much more roomy on the inside, increasing crew comfort.

Ammunition: APFSDS, HE
Penetration (APFSDS): 950 mm RHA equivalent at 2000m.
Secondary Armament: 13 mm HMG with AA mount, two 40mm grenade launchers on turret sides.
Armor: Steel/Composite with "Durable-3" ERA plating on hull and turret front and sides. 750 mm (rear, top)-950 mm (front and sides) RHA equivalent vs APFSDS. 1.5 times that equivalency versus HEAT.
Other protection: "Raven" Active Protection Suite (defense against KEPs and ATMs), internal NBC protection.
Specialist Equipment: Electronic rangefinder, dual-radar tracking suite, "Solar" IR/NV sights.

This tank may not be as advanced as the T-11, however, it is still an incredibly capable tank, best used in a group. Unlike the T-11, which uses very recent technology, the T-2000 has been proven time and time again and is thus correspondingly more reliable than the T-11. Durability and ease of repair is also another key component of the T-2000, with damaged tanks abandoned by their crew in the field being put back to use within a matter of hours. T-2000s have been known to take several penetrating shots and still roll on into the field of fire, guns blazing. Best of all, the T-2000 is incredibly cheap to produce - less than a third of the price of a new T-11A.

The LRV is a 4 x 4 light wheeled vehicle used by reconnaissance brigades in the various regiments of the Riysian Iron Guard.

The LRV is filled to the brim with equipment designed to give a commander eyes everywhere on the battlefield. GPS, radio monitoring equipment, radar suites, and battlefield awareness modules are just some of the equipment mounted; all of it state-of-the-art. Its 4 x 4 offroad capability allows it to go virtually anywhere in any conditions, while remaining a speedy and manuverable vehicle. The LRV is armored, protecting against most rounds used in light arms, increasing its survivability. For defensive measures, one HMG or one grenade launcher can be mounted on the roof hatch, allowing the LRV to cover its escape if discovered by the enemy.

190mm "Kaiser" Self-Propelled Artillery Gun

Developed as the mobile version of the heavy 190mm gun used by the Riysian Iron Guard, the Kaiser has seen limited deployment so far. The Kaiser is primarily used in the heavy artillery batteries in each artillery division; however, due to it costing roughly the same as most medium SPGs, it is hoped to eventually be fielded in medium artillery batteries, with an even heavier SPG replacing it in the heavy artillery batteries.

Despite being heavy, it manages to remain mobile enough to provide heavy artillery support wherever the Iron Guard goes. Its top speed can match that of the tanks and IFVs used by the Iron Guard, with its only real limitation being the greatly reduced operational range. This, however, is more than made up with the long range of the 190 mm howiter it mounts.

The main feature of the Kaiser is the heavy howitzer it mounts - 190 mm in caliber, with 40 rounds and a maximum range of 50 kilometers. With an autoloader, it can maintain a truly devastating hail of artillery shells - with a sustained rate of fire of 10 rounds every minute, a single Kaiser can empty its full compliment of 40 shells in only 4 minutes. A battery of Kaisers can lay waste to an entire battlefield with a few short bursts of artillery fire, while being safely billited away behind friendly lines. Of course, in the event that enemy troops get close to Kaisers, it has a heavy machinegun for self-defense and is also armored enough to protect against all rounds up to and including 12.7mm rounds used in heavy machineguns.
