Astaris walked up infront of tons of news press people. They wanted to know how the negotiation's went. He replied " A momorial is being built for our dead soldiers, and in a few moments a stateent will be made from Charzak. We hope everyone in the internation community will be willing to listen." Astaris then turned around and walked back into his office.

President Duggan walked up to the podium. Reporters flashed all around and TV cameras were all pointed towards him.

"Today I stand before you, the world, with great regret. Yesterday a raid on the U.S.C. capital brought anger and hatred into the Senate and into my mind. The senate voted to us a nuclear weapon on the Comaack capital on New York City. The missile impacted hours later and 3 milllion enemy soldiers were killed along with 500 of our own O.D.S.T. squads which bravely defended the area for their comrades to escape. As of now, peace has been negotiated between Kelewann and the U.S.C. A memorial to those who died in that attack will be constructed as to not let those who died be forgotten. I hope the nations of the world will forgive us and as of this moment, the U.S.C. is asking for Comaack and her allies for a peace negotiation to take place. Thank you."

Shock hit the Shazbotdom Empire today when news reached them of a nuclear attack on a captial city of a foreign country. Even though this news is quite a ways old, the Shazbotdom Imperial Parliament made an official anouncment today to the citizens of the Shazbotdom Empire via a news conference that was broadcasted live on Shazbotdom News Network.

At the news broadcast, the Majority and Minority leaders of both houses of the Parliament expressed outrage that nuclear weapons would be used in the manner that they were during the conflict. "With the limited resources of the international community, it is an untasteful thing to use nuclear weapons against a civilian populace. The Shazbotdom Empire knows this best when we lost several hundred children to a nuclear attack on a Marine Corps Base almost 60 years ago," said Ms. Thoreson, the Senate Minority Leader.

But the news quickly turned to the positive when word reached the Imperial Parliament that a peace agreement was made and that a memorial would be bult for those who lost their lives in the attack. "The positive outcome is that those who lost their lives will be remembered for eternity with the construction of the memorial," Said House of Commons Majority Leader, Mr. Gregory Harrison during the joint conference. The House of Commons Minority Leader and the House of the Senate Majority Leader gave short speaches that can be read on the Imperial Parliament Web Site.

There has been no official word from the Imperial Palace or the Office of the Supreme Emperor on the latest news from that region, but rumors from within the Imperial Palace are that the Supreme Emperor would echo the words spoken by the Minority and Majority leaders of both houses from within the Imperial Parliament.

Most of the forces for the nations survived, but Spredonia's forces have been all annihilated. We lost a five star general and at least 250,000 troops because your god damned Senate decided to nuke Comaack's capital city!"

Seething with anger, he calmed down. "Alright, sorry. I had to vent. Anyways, our military is very low on personell, and had this war continued Comaack would not stand a chance. Thank you for the peace accord. We will not become allies, and our people will hate your people and spit on them, but it's only because you wiped out 65% of our military with the push of a little red button that fires a laser---erm, I mean, a nuclear missile. It's not our fault, it's the citizen's minds. Had we known the ICBM was coming we'd pull out what troops we could have. We ask for peace, but as said before, it will be a long time before we can consider becoming allies." With that, he extended his hand out to the Charzakian leader, and the citizens of Spredonia-especially the widows of those lost-showed anger at the Prime Minister.

The President arrived to the meeting, his first time he walked on a new robotic leg he received that looks like a human leg, as well as a robotic hand. His voice had a mechanical touch to it from the nuclear damage to his body. His lungs were entirely replaced by metallic lungs. He sat down, followed by eight men, all 4 Star Generals. Having heard the news of Charzak's Demands, he began

"You Nuked our Capitol, all of our Congress is dead, all of our 5 star Generals are dead, my Entire Cabinet is dead, the Vice President, dead, millions of soldiers and civilians are dead. You expect us to give up our Midwestern Territories, many of which joined us. They are the only region unaffected by your brutal onslaught. They want to remain with Comaack. They were Commackian Territory for almost 300 years until last year when they seceded, their Federation failed, their people were dying. Living Conditions are far more better under us. They know that if they become a state FORCIBLY, it will not work. Both Comaack and the Midwest would fail economically. Comaack supplies the Military and Industry, and the Western Areas hold the Agriculture. If one goes, the others fail. You must consider the consequences. We will not give them up so that you can keep an army on our back door. We have suffered twice more than the other nations, we took the hardest hit and the worst downfall. Our agriculture will be devastated for years, we now rely on the West for supplies. We will not give them up to you Charzak."

Federation Ambassador Karl Hundrick says in a statement, "We are willing to provide any and all needs that Comaack requires to rebuild. History has proven that those who are defeated in such an arrogant display of violence such as this requires the utmost care and attention, otherwise they run the risk of becoming an even graver and violent threat later on."
