[Neu Engollon]

The Uli-Schwyz-Galien Security Corporation was founded in the 15th Century by descendants of Wilhelm Tell, the infamous sharpshooter and Neu Engollian national rebel hero who led rebellions against the Austrak nobles and their private armies. In early days, it was known simply as the Uli-Schwyz Mercenary Regiment. The Regiment fulfilled many contracts during this early history, most notably, coming to the aid of its host country during a Gaulic Imperial invasion at the end of the 18th Century. The Gauls, led by Emperor Ney's trusted Marshal Napoleon Bonaparte and Murat, decided to enforce their will on the tiny neutral nation and turn it into a puppet client state.

During the tumultuous conflict to throw out the occupation, with the Uli-Schwyz Regiment in the vanguard, the Neu Engollian rebel forces were able to push back and defeat Napoleon's armies and even gained a large swath of territory from what had been Southeastern Terre Des Gaules and the Northwestern Roman city states, thus changing the course of Neu Engollon's history from a tiny, central Teremaran landlocked nation, to a confident, slightly larger nation with a coast and defensive navy. There have been many other subsequent notable contracts in the last couple centuries, but this was agreed to be the Regiment's finest hour. As reward for their services, they were given their current undisclosed Madurin Sea Island base, which was seized as reparations along with other territory from Gaul's Roman allies.

Regiment has been a loose, vague organizational term throughout the history of the world's militaries. The Regiments kept the unit traditional name, even as the unit expanded beyond regimental size. In the case of these three regiments, it roughly translates to what would be the size of a small modern military division - approx. 10,000 troops, including logistical support staff, per Regiment. That's a total of almost 50,000 personnel for the Uli-Schwyz Security Corporation, including the Air Wing personnel. Actual combat front line soldiers constitute between 6-7,200 or so members of each traditional Regiment, which is further segmented into three tactical regiments. That excludes those whose primary duties are exclusively combat support in nature. The Uli-Schwyz-Galien Security Corporation had only been one traditional regiment through the bulk of its history, but within just the last decade, it expanded to three regiments, splitting Uli and Schwyz into separate regiments and creating a third, the Galien Regiment, named for Colonel Pierre Galien, the former commander of the Uli Regiment, who died from wounds received during the conflict in Hutanjia.

In past history, the Regiments were made up of mostly Neu Engollian nationals, but over time that evolved to include a wide variety of other represented nationalities. While they are a registered Neu Engollian corporation, the USG is an independent PMC that is not a policy tool of the Confederacy of Neu Engollon, serving that one nation's interests.

By tradition, there is only and always one General that leads the Regiment(s). The other top officers are all Colonels
While current leadership resides with General Nelson Tell, and past Tells have held the top spot of General, of which by tradition there can be only one in the USG, the top commander is chosen by merit and so is not consistently a Tell descendant. As well, while the Tell family has a strong say in the direction of the company, there is a Board of undisclosed members that have input and the ultimate say on the most important matters.

MODERN HISTORY AND OPERATIONAL METHODOLOGY
Today, The USG Security Corporation is world renowned for getting the mission accomplished in some tight situations. They have served in a variety of global regions and climates. The Regiments are outfitted with the latest NS military arms and technical gear, keeping on the cutting edge of military technology. Where some such companies focus on mass quantities of arms and manpower, the USGSC feels that the highest quality modern gear is the key to successful contract completion.
It was during the 1930's that the Air Wing was added to expand their mobility and rapid response capability.

USG personnel are fully trained in commando and special operations tactics. Many of them have been trained at a varying number of the top special warfare schools across the multiverse during their national military service, then upon hire with the USG, have completed refresher courses at training sites owned (The Island) or rented by the USG.

No matter what elite force a recruited soldier or pilot has pulled their experience from across the globe, they still must complete Refresher or Advanced Skill training at the Uli-Schwyz-Galien Madurin Sea island base. There are various refresher levels run at Bugeber FX Training Center or Rimuinnen Flight Training Center, depending on their skill level and time away from military service.

All types of terrain and operations are prepared for in training on the Madurin Island Base, plus some other secret locations across the globe.
Considering the starting caliber of recruits, and the gaps filled by training, many specialized and elite commando/special warfare operations are handled with great finesse and success.

Operational languages for the PMC are English and Frandit (the native domestic language of Neu Engollon). While only close to a third or less of the Uli-Schwyz-Galien personnel are ethnic Neu Engollian, Frandit is used as per historical tradition and training of the Regiment. The use of Frandit also makes shouted orders stand out both in situations involving allies or the enemy.

OFFICIAL BASIC CONTRACT OF THE ULI-SCHWYZ-GALIEN SECURITY CORPORATION

1. RETAINERS AND FEES
An upfront fee of at least 25% of the full contract fee will be paid to the USG Security Corporation, payable in NSD, Helveti, or agreed upon regional currency. Starting fee is no less than NSD$ 450,000+ per month at Company level and negotiable per the Contracting Agent's discretion. The rest of the contract fee is due at immediate end of contract, unless a later payment schedule has been agreed upon. Other material and program fees may be assessed throughout the contract, including incidentals addressed in point #6.

2. UNITS FOR HIRE
Although they can operate on a two man team level or even individually on some special missions, they cannot be hired on less than a company level (approx. 100 men). Some exceptions do exist and can be elaborated upon by the Intexa legal department during advanced contract negotiation.

3. POTENTIAL MISSIONS FULFILLED

4. CONTRACT SOLIDITY
The Regiments will not break a contract for financial concerns and turn on their client if the contract stays solvent and all stipulations are followed. However, should it be apparent that the client is no longer solvent and able to fulfill the financial terms of the contract, the contract may be terminated. While the USG will not take up arms against their client for higher financial gain, should the situation in the combat area be such that the risk is too high and the unit might be wiped out. In such a situation, it is up to the discretion of the USG Mission Commander to terminate the contract or re-evaluate the immediate mission, even should that mean the abandonment of allied troops in order to save the integrity of the USG unit.

5. CLIENT INVALIDATING THE CONTRACT
The following are stipulations that the USG considers automatic invalidation and immediate termination of a contract:

• Orders given, whether to USG or client forces, which violate International laws and conventions. These types of actions may include torture, genocide, execution of prisoners of war, persecution of civilians, and disruption of humanitarian efforts
  
• Employment of WMDs (They will break contract and leave theater area pending a client's proven intention to use WMDs)
  
• The full collapse of the command structure of the client. In such case, the USG will commence to evacuate all forces from the area of operations.
  
• Other operations which are regarded as blatant disregard for International Laws and warfare norms (These are up to the discretion of the USG theater or mission commander)
  
• Betrayal of USG forces to the enemy is automatically a termination of the contract. In such instance, all resources of the USG Regiments as well as friendly (including PMC Guild) forces will be brought to bear on the former client in retribution.

6. INCIDENTALS

• Ammunition, fuel, food and all other logistical supplies are included in fees to the host/client country. Any technical and/or intelligence gathering gear not deemed expendable that is unrecoverable from the mission area of operations will be billed to Client.
  
• Air support may be summarily attached to a hired USG unit if it is subsequently felt after mission assessment such force projection is required and that the client cannot adequately provide such service. The Client will be billed for this incidental expense.
  
• Additional side missions added to the main contract will be billed accordingly, such as VIP/high profile protection, recon, saboteur, indigenous training, and snatch missions.

The USG Regiments will not fight a large scale war as the sole military force for a nation, with very few exceptions that have occurred in the past, such as the Hutanjian War.
This PMC is an elite, quick strike force and not ideal for large scale conventional engagements. It can only field 45-50,000 troops maximum full strength, which due to various multiple ongoing contracts, it is rare that the whole force can be mustered for one contract anyway. There is no tolerance for godmodding, one liners and sloppy RP, this includes applications for recruits or contracts. Strictly character and story driven RP is desired and demanded. The USG uniform has changed several times over the centuries and even with the current fatigues and web gear, which is usually a drab olive green. Fatigues are usually a forest land or digitized camo pattern. Depending on the terrain, several sets of BDU fatigues are available. Body armor is worn over the fatigues, knee and elbow pads as well as lightweight shell torso armor. A helmet with a built in comm system completes the uniform, besides armaments. Dress uniform is a dark grey. Since the 1960's, dark charcoal grey berets were worn for non-combat head gear, replacing the Australian style slouch hat that had been adopted in the 1870's and worn with pride since. The slouch hat was retired, mainly due to protest from the Australian Government who didn't want Uli-Schwyz operators mistaken for their soldiers and muddying up their foreign policy. Recently, the beret has been abandoned in favor of the slouch hat again, by edict of General Tell, for both dress and combat headgear. An alternate boonie bush hat is also authorized headgear besides helmets and is sometimes seen in use in tropical climes, depending on the mission, but also serves as a sort of field cap that you would see in other militaries, national and private. The berets have been relegated to wear by Air Wing and mechanized personnel, in instances where wearing the slouch or boonie hat is not practical.

They can insert by VTOL, HALO jump from their specially equipped transport planes and land amphibiously from a fleet of well equipped and specially converted cargo and amphibious ships. Besides tactical insertion and conventional mass airlift, some USG personnel that specialize in small team infiltration are trained in incognito infiltration of a neutral or hostile nation (or even a 'friendly' nation as the need arises), either over a border or through monitored ports, using various false identities/covers and disguises.

The USG Regiments make widespread use of APC/IFVs and also lightly armored Fast Attack Vehicles and similar manufacture vehicles. They have highly honed tactics of using their mechanized in conjunction with rotor components in battle, in a type of shock and awe/blitzkrieg style attack. They also coordinate with their rocket, missile and light artillery components to successfully perform these operations.

The Uli-Schwyz-Galien Security Corp. does not maintain tanks. However, they work well when integrated with armored units of client nations and can counter enemy armor very successfully with air and ground AT (Anti-Tank) components. Many troopers are trained to act as tank crews in the event that tanks are captured on the battlefield in the process of operations. The USG Regimental personnel are also able to train indigenous forces in the utilization of both armor and anti-armor tactics.

The Air Wing consists of several combat aircraft from various manufacturers.
Plus, they utilize a large amount of both rotor/VTOL and fixed wing frames as various logistical and transport aircraft.
A full compliment of pilots, maintenance and radar support staff man this Air Wing.

The USG also are adept at fielding AWACs, reconnaissance, electronic warfare, command and control and special missions/ground support aircraft as the mission dictates.

The heavy weapons companies of the Regiment are equipped with light and heavy mortars, MK-19 grenade launchers, anti-tank missile launchers, light anti-aircraft batteries and several heavy machine guns of various manufacture.
USG forces are supplied with a variety of Western arms. Personal choice is relied on for sidearms and knives. Although such a variety of assault rifles are allowed, all are configured to fire 7.62 mm NATO standard ammo, and fit customized magazines standard for the Regiments. Most long arms are also adapted to use the GL 5040 attachment grenade launcher. This specification allows battlefield compatibility.

The Regiments are not able to carry out a whole campaign on a large front for large militarized countries at war, due to their relatively small tactical size. The Regiments are best suited for specific missions and localized campaigns. At times, the Regiments have been a solid flank on a Client's larger campaign front. They will not fight a whole war for a nation or rebel group, only aid in singular objectives. Some exceptions are made and have been opted for in the past, but the USGSC asks that clients don't assume without inquiring first. Small objectives such as the capture of a facility or town are best suited for the Regiments.

USG in Hutanjia

Crescent Bay - Personnel: One and a half Battalions of The Regiment, plus the Air Wing, was contracted by the government of the Third Panzermmee (now known as Euralon) in 1950 to rescue a fire base of trapped occupation duty peacekeepers in the Exponential Empire (now known as the Blackhelm Confederacy). The Uli-Schwyz were some of the first combat pilots to utilize jet fighter aircraft on such a wide scale. A combined major amphibious and airborne assault was conducted in order to force a corridor to the firebase. The minor Exponential city of Crescent Bay was taken by Uli and Panzer troops during the operation. Gruesome and bloody beach, urban and jungle combat was commonplace against Expo militia and regular Imperial troops. During night time raids, Imperial and militia groups would extract revenge on the invaders. The corridor to the fire base was eventually forced at great cost to the Panzer/Uli forces.

Covington - Personnel: Full deployment of the Uli-Schwyz Sec. Corp. Extraction by Beta Co., Galien Regiment unsuccessful due to overwhelming hostile forces: 2-3 YSR divisions with armor and mech support. POWs ransomed back to USG, including one NESA agent and SWOB operators. EWS team negotiated for separately by Spartanian Empire.

OTHER CONTRACTS

Pangus - Personnel: 2 Officers and 2 NCOs from the Schwyz Regiment that served during the Churdistan contract. By special invite of the Imperial Spartanian Government they were called to Pangus to testify in a court martial of the Spartanian Commander they faced during the Battle of Liberiong Airfield. The Spartanian was subsequently convicted for war crimes, including the execution of prisoners. The contract was split paid by both the ISGF and the Neu Engollian government, who took on the task of shepherding the USG soldiers into the territory of a former hostile. The Confederacy, who still has some connections to the USG Security Corp., saw it as an opportunity to strengthen relations between them and the Spartanian Empire.

British Imperial Industries - Personnel: Platoon of USG. VIP Coprorate Protection from terrorist and communist groups, as well as rival corporate hit squads. Contract current.

Al Hasak Embassy, Osterlais - Personnel: 1/2 Platoon of select personnel from Regiments hired to protect the Al Hasakah Ambassador and diplomatic personnel. With the death of the Osterlaisan monarch, Kajin, the nation descended into chaos and factions. The capital became unsafe for foreigners and evacuation was planned by the Al Hasak government. Before the evacuation could be carried out and all diplomatic personnel spirited out, a mob attacked the embassy. They were fought off and subdued by both the USG and Al Hasak security, as well as local police forces. Evacuation was subsequently carried out successfully.

Downed Pilot Rescue and Side Missions, Cyldavia - Personnel: 2 Squads from the Raven's Pride Regiment tasked to rescue the Client's downed pilot and some other black ops missions while in country. Support from elements of the Client's Air Force and ground forces, as well as Gold Arrow Squadron in reserve. Theater of Operations originally limited to Cyldavian Goran Islands. Civil war has torn up Cyldavia with the fascist CFO rebels fighting the Government for several areas of territory. Many allies are aiding the government, while only Alderann is backing the CFO rebels. Not considered the Client, the USG team is limiting contact with the rebels and only liaising with the Client's military personnel.

Greetings to your Security Corporation. As we understand that this request is somewhat of a different nature then ones that the Uli-Schwyz Security Corporation is used too, we will allow you first to either confirm or deny interest in a training contract with our military. As of right now and without details being worked out fully, we can guarantee the following:

I. Contract will be paid in full upon arrival of training forces. Upon completion of the contract, Uli-Schwyz Security Corporation trainers will be required to leave The Holy Empire of Himiko with all equipment brought, unless proper Visa has been obtained through The Shrine of Foreign Affairs.
II. All training forces provided by the Uli-Schwyz Security Corporation will receive military housing on base and full meal privileges and limited vouchers for off base meals.
III. Training locations, both classroom and practical locations, will be provided by the Divine Himiko Army and Army Airforce.
IV. All training personnel from the Uli-Schwyz Security Corporation will be regarded as foreign citizens off base and MUST abide by all local and national laws of The Holy Empire of Himiko as well as internal laws of the HSSDF. This includes weapons carry off base.
V. All training shall be oversighted by HSSDF respective commands.
VI. We are interested in the following training especially from the Uli-Schwyz Security Corporation: Small Unit Cohesion Tactics, Asymmetrical Warfare, Infantry vs. Armor/Air tactics and weapons, Modern Sniper and Countersniper Tactics, Air Assault Tactic and Theory, Light Armor Assisted Recon Tactics, and Underwater Demolition.
VII. Our HSSDF contains both men and women proudly serving our nation. Any trainers must be aware of the likely possibility that they will freely and fully be training female soldiers and sailors in both an enlisted an officer type role. We will also stress that in the training environment fraternization of a "misguided and unprofessional" nature between any member of our HSSDF personnel and the trainers of the Uli-Schwyz Security Corporation will not be tolerated in a professional setting. We will instruct our personnel of this before and if the need arises during training.
VIII. The period of training contract we are looking at is approximately three months. We are willing to entertain varying prices set by the Uli-Schwyz Security Corporation based on interest in contract and the amount of training personnel sent.

Mr. Marchand, our chief contracting agent, passed along your training request and I felt that I must respond personally to such a promising new mission for the company.
The Uli-Schwyz Security Corporation is most interested in fulfilling this contract and assisting and advising the HSSDF in reaching its full potential in becoming a modern fighting force able to defend Himiko. Your nation seems more than adequate and capable of working well with our forces and we should be able to train both the Divine Himiko Army and the Navy and Army Air Force. Observers from your Navy are also welcome, and we would be more than willing to train Marines, but the Company has no corresponding naval section ourselves and would not be able to give any type of useful instruction in this field, other than commando tactics to counter naval forces, such as your request for underwater demolition tactics instruction.
Itemized response to your stipulations and requests:

I. We shall be able to further negotiate contract fees. We have every intention of withdrawing forces upon completion of the contract. All gear and equipment that is property of the corporation would be expected to be extracted with our personnel. Should we not be able to, the HSSDF would be billed accordingly.

II. These quarters and per diem terms should be most adequate.

III. These training locations should be most adequate.

IV. Our men are highly disciplined and trained. They are always very respectful of the host nation they are assigned to and expected to follow all laws and regulations at the risk of strict discipline, fines and ultimately, a prosecution by courts martial. Considering the Uli-Schwyz Regimental personnel hail from several nations, they are given multi-cultural training as part of their initial Uli-Schwyz training and subsequent refresher classes including language courses.
Also, when on contract, most often the Uli-Schwyz personnel are considered auxiliaries of the military of the host nation; in this case, the HSSDF.

V. This should not be an issue, but we would like to have training review councils and meetings on a regular basis, to be aware of any rising concerns.

VI. All of these aspects of training should be covered with no issues. The Uli-Schwyz Regiments do not maintain tanks, but are well versed in anti-armor tactics as well as working with armor. We make a point to recruit former armor experienced troopers to the corporation. Underwater demolitions should be able to be taught by some of our instructors who are former Navy Seals, Spetsnaz and SBS commandos.

VII. While the ratio of women is still small in the Regiments, we are not strangers when it comes to serving alongside those of the opposite sex. They are always respected as fellow military personnel. There are strict fraternization regulations in place for our troops and host nations' troops (See also point IV).

VIII. This should be more than enough time, and we should be able to send 2 companies to perform all training from the Uli Regiment, with some rotation of personnel due to varying circumstances.
A Uli-Schwyz Company numbers about 800 personnel. We will also be sending in a small fixed wing and rotor wing contingent.

We should be able to negotiate, but initial estimates for cost of the contract are at HV$4.2 Million (NSD $ 6.72 Mil) for a 3 month duration, payable to our account with EngolBanc. Pending your review of our counter terms, I think we may have a contract.

MEDIT. ISLAND BASE HQ

I. Recruit Officer Daren Hurm is to report to U-S Recruiting Office last visited to pick up Airline ticket to Tunis, whereby also provided information will be acted upon to reserve seat on connecting flight to the U-S Island Base departing from Tunis, TN.

II. Upon landing, Recruit Officer Daren Hurm is to report from Regimental Base Airport to adjacent U-S Advanced Refresher Flight Training (FOCS) at Khaddiuggia Flight Training Center, Medit Island Base.

III. At QM, Recruit Officer Daren Hurm will pick up basic issue gear, flight suit, comms helmet and choice of sidearms provided and then report to admin, then subsequently pilots quarters assignment at Campobello, finally hopping a shuttle back to Khaddiuggia Flight Training Center.

IV. Upon completion of training and satisfactory marks from Drill & Skill Instructors, Recruit Officer Daren Hurm will be assigned to Black Flight, Fixed Wing Squadron, Uli-Schwyz Air Wing as a flight officer, unless further promotion is requested from supervisors.

I. Recruit Sgt. Edward Neumann is to report to last visited U-S Recruiting Office to pick up Airline ticket to Tunis, whereby also provided information will be acted upon to reserve seat on connecting flight to the U-S Island Base departing from Tunis, TN.

II. Upon landing, Recruit Sgt. Edward Neumann is to report to shuttle from Regimental Base Airport to U-S Advanced Refresher Training (BNCO) at Bugeber FX Camp, Medit Island Base.

III. At QM, Recruit Sgt. Edward Neumann will pick up basic issue gear and main weapon (Choice of Stoner, Galil, SG 550, or H&K assault rifle) and then report to admin, then subsequently barracks assignment for Bugeber FX Camp training.

IV. Upon completion of training and satisfactory marks from Drill & Skill Instructors, Recruit Sgt. Edward Neumann will be assigned to Scout/Intel Platoon, Kappa Company, Schwyz Regiment as a junior NCO, unless further promotion is requested from supervisors.
