This thread is for any warships of your nation, regardless of role, type, or medium on which the ship travels. Anything goes, be it a spaceship,or a naval vessel. Landships should be taken over to the military ground vehicles thread. Airships should be taken here. And, do try to stay somewhat on topic. Other than that, discussion on naval warfare is fine.

Fightercraft and massive death star-sized lolships are not allowed. Posting some variant of "lolololo its classfied !!!1111!111111" or some variant thereof is looked down upon. It also tends to indicate laziness, and an unwillingness to make some sort of stats, as well.

Being as long as five Clarity Class Cutters, this 500 meter vessel is the second smallest vessel in the Sangheili fleet, and despite the size it packs one hell of a punch. Armed with a Divine Arrow Type Energy projector, it is capable of cutting non shielding ships below and above its own size in half, much like a hot knife through butter. Armed with a multitude of Plasma Torpedoes and thousands of different Secondary and Tertiary, Quaternary, Quinary weapons. The Integrity Class vessel is a monster to face, for most ships it spells doom all across the battle field.

Our primary, large-scale surface warship would be the Dormelorv-class Guided Missile Destroyer. It is in essence an arsenal ship, with some 90 vertical launch system cells, in addition to one anti-ship 127mm gun and a range of torpedo, anti-missile rotary canons, electronic warfare systems and defensive systems. It may carry and hold up to one large helicopter. It has a complement of some 150 people, and there are currently 12 in active service with the Navy Armed Forces.

The Plover Class Corvette is one of the most prevalent warships of the Kaiju Free State Navy.

It displaces 1,924 tons.

It uses a CODOG engine arrangement with a diesel engine and a gas turbine for each of its two waterjet propulsors.

It is capable of reaching 36 knots in sprint configuration, using its gas turbines.

It is armed with a Magna Defender 20mm CIWS, a 57mm main gun, 2x400 mm torpedo tubes, and a 42-cell VLS.

The B.S.S: Chimera

At just over 2600 Meters long this ship is the single largest investment ever undertaken by Cyber Corp Industries. Constructed partial on Lunar Base Omega and the rest in Lunar's Orbital Ship station this massive ship took nearly a decade to create, Finishing and running its First shakedown run on May 15, 2085.

Power Plants: Using a Cluster of 5 Nuclear Fusion reactors and backuped with nearly 20 Fission reactors the ship moves through space Via plasma propulsion using plasma from the fusion reactions as thrust. An experimental Anti proton drive was proposed but the risk of complete Ship wide destruction was to great.

The Chimera's Main Gun, The 2000 Meter long Rail Cannon is one of the strongest Ever built by Cyber Corp. Using Two Separate Fission Reactors, And Can fire a standard 12 Pound slug once every Seven seconds. The Guns Main Ammunition is a 12 Pound Tungsten Slug. Though it seems to have a Dull point on it serves no purpose other than allowing the round to be loaded in consistently,As well as having Fins on the rear of the shell to allow for Minuit course correction During Orbital Attacks on Hardened targets, Or for Mining Planets with an Atmosphere.

Space Based shells have the same basic shape but lack the fins and look more like a Shotgun slug then anything else. The nose of the slug carries a Minuit amount of fuel as well as 3 micro thrusters to make last second coarse corrections for better long distance accuracy. Any Fuel that is left over will add (Albeit Marginly so) To the destructive force of the round.

The Other Ammunition types are as varied as their Uses. The First Type is knows simply as the Dart. Usually Loaded in Sabot's of three these 3 ft long 2 inch in diamanter rounds are made for Penetrating Shields and ripping holes in enemy weak points such as Reactors, Ammo Batteries and Life support systems. But Due to their small size they are most effective as Shield killers and only used when Standard Rounds are exsusted.

The Standard WMD On board of the Chimera is a Special Heavy Round Loaded with Cyber Corp Nanites. When Fired this Mass round hits the enemy ship and acts like a slow poison, But Graduly gets stronger and stronger the longer it stays. As the Nanites replicate with each atom they "Eat" They create more of themselves. They can only be disabled when they recive a certain single or are completely destroyed. As One nanite can quickly Muptily into Hundred and hundreds of thousands the enemy in nearly gurentede to lose the ship even if the Chimera is Destroyed.

Another Type of specialized ammo was originality designed for Destruction of asteroids from a distance cheaply. Using a Modified Javelin Missile to house a single 1 megaton nuclear fission warhead at the base of the Missile where the thruster normally would sit. The rest of the shell is filled in with Depleted Uranium making it the Heaviest and most Massive shell the chimera can fire. Apon impact with a Target the Nuclear charge arm's and a 1 second timer is initiated. After the 1 second the Nuke Detonates and usually shatters the asteroid.

Carrying a max crew of 7,000 plus the nearly 500 Crew required to maintain the ship during flight. Totaling a Comfortable Crew Capacity of 7,500. Though in times of Crisis (Exodus) The ship can hold nearly 10,000 people.

Armaments are: 1. 2000 meter Rail Cannon firing a 12 pound slug accelerating it to .5% of light speed and hitting with the force of a 3 kiloton nuclear weapon, Capable of destroying hardened targets from orbit or shattering Asteroids and Meteors on a collision course with the ship

35: Javelin Ship to Ship Warheads. Tactical shaped Nuclear warheads designed to destroy Ships at ranges to far for the Point defense guns but to close for the Main gun.

The Biopian State Ship (With the Unfortunate Acronym of B.S.S) Chimera, Is the Pinnacle of Cyber Corp's Technical Advances. Having Nearly Bankrupted the Company during it's development this ship combines every faction of Biop and Cyber Corp. Using Propitiatory Quantum Tech, The Chimera Replaced what would of been several hundred if not thousands of miles of Ether net wire's for less than a total mile of Quantum array's.

Using New, Possibly Unique Materials Usually saved for Heavy Tank armor, The Chimera's Hull is is at places nearly 10 meters thick but much thinner in the Back and around the Ammo Storage. Being Tested in A Closed Range, The Metairal Not only is Lighter but Many times stronger than Most Known Tank armors. One Meter gave nearly as much protection as 9 meters of Tungsten Carbide Plate armor.

As well as the Unique Armor the ship has an internal paper thin Layer of Nanites which can repair Hairline cracks as well as use other parts of the ship around them to repair more critical damage such as Reactor or Mass Accelerator damage. Though Other parts of the ship must be disassembled for this. As such parts of the ship around Non expendable components are left empty, Composed solidly of the materials that would be needed for the Repairs.

In Addition to Specialized Nanite's that form the layer around the ship, Massive "Veins" Criss cross the ship carrying a mixture of Molten armor and Nanites that ends near High risk, High value zones, Notably the Main gun, Bridge, and Nose. The Metal is kept constantly Molten by being heated By the Fifth and final Fusion reactor made specifically to create excess amounts of super hot Plasma. Magnetically sealed pipes run parrele with the Veins to keep the Nanites charged and the Metal constantly Molten.

Using a Just out of the Labs Design the Chimera has hundreds of thousands of Electro Magnets studded to it's hull Though activated when cruising through empty space the Magnets release around 500,000 Gauss (500,000Times as strong as earth's magnetic field) As to deflect Micro meteors and other debris, When needed the Magnets can be overcharged to produce n Over 1,000,000 Gauss to deflect Particle weapons and attempt to deflect Mass Rounds. The Entire system is run off its own Fusion Reactor, as to not Tax the system. The Magnets are aligned as to create wedged magnetic field for increased effency, Think of Invisible Angled Tank Armor.

The Main Rail Cannon is cooled using a series of Liquid Helium Radiators running the Length of the Gun. The Mile and a half long Array Vents heat by dumping it into a Thermal Exchange near the reactors so it can be used to activate the reactor's with Less strain on the fusion reactors after they have been Shut down for Refiling or Repair. The Main Gun Can generate Heat in excess of 3000 Degrees, When the Gun is Overheating During extended combat One of two things will happen depending on what the On board AI Deems best for continued operation. A Secondary Cooling line will open flushing it with Cold Helium in an attempt to give the Main Radiator a chance to cool down. Or The Main Radiator will be flushed into Storage Tank's and Reserve Helium will be flushed into the system, Which runs the rusk of cracking the pipes but is generly more effective than the first, safer option.

As the Reserve Helium is Used the Hot Helium is ether Dumped into the Main Reactor to give a needed Boost if it is determined Retreat is the best Option. If the on board A.I. Determined the fight is winnable the Helium is dumped into space causing usual havoc with any Thermal Imaging system's any opponent may be using. The Dump of the Main helium supply is a blessing and a curse as the reserve helium has only roughly 3/4th the mass

The Javelin Anti Ship Missile's are Tandem Nuclear warheads. The First Being a Fission Bomb at the front of the Missile casing As well as the same Yield of Nuke at the rear of the Missile. The Center of the Bomb though is a High Yield Fusion Bomb. Using the Blasts to create a Micro Sun that forces the Last Fission Warhead to Ignite as well as the Depleted Uranium Inner casing to begin to fuse. The Final Blast Yield is usually 65 Megatons. Enriched loads can nearly Double that. Using Shaped Technological usual Reserved for Orion Class Space Shuttles. The Power of the Cripple Warhead can be Much more focused But still Much wasted Explosive force.

Javelin RM-10 Casing. The Cyber Corp Thermo Nuclear RM-10 Missile Is a 50 Ft Long, 10 Foot round Carrying System made to withstand the Forces of being fired out of Mass Accelrator Into Orbit. Though the RM-10 Model has been Heavily Modified to be fired out of the 50 Missile Silos Impeded in the Chimera's Hull. Using a Chemical Booster to Attain Speeds of nearly 15 Miles per second the Missile can Also Survive being fired out of the Chimeras Main gun But this Weight tax's the Main Gun. The Casing can be loaded with a standard Tri Staged Nuclear Warhead. A Quad Staged Fission Bomb, Normal High Explosive's, or a Massive Nanite Warhead capable of dispersing Trillions of nanites upon Impact.

The Z Space Booster is the Only Unstable piece of technology on the Chimera, By using the Mulitiude of Fusion reactors and Fission reactors, This Machine takes in nearly a Million ZetaWats (A Billion Gingwats) It Rips a Hole into nearly Massless Space, Allowing for Faster Than Light Travel. Though the Enormous Capacitor Bank much charge for hours before a Jump can be initiated, And The Heat Generated must be dumped imidatly after the Jump ends. The Charging Process Takes All power from Thrust, Weapons, Nanite replication, and Shielding. As such the Jumps are Inniated Only close to a Protected System as to not be Attacked or hit by Space Debris.

The Point defense guns use a Micro version of the Main Gun. By Using 2 guns on each Point defense pod the Chimera has the ability of firing 100 1 Pound slugs at any given target every second. Though they are all Independence controlled by the On board A.I. They can focus on anywhere from 50 targets, to 1 target. At the center of each pod is a Micro Javelin Launcher. The Micro Missile contains a 1 Kiloton Nuclear charge for taking out Salvo's of Incoming Missiles or for clearing Patch's through Asteroid fields.

The Chimera is outfitted with Hundreds of Exploration probes. A Mixture of Scientific equipment and Mining gear. When a Planet or Asteroid is deemed Mine able (A Mixture of Factors including, Stability, Surface Temnpature, Radiation revived, and Any Corrosive Atmosphere) And is sent down before any attempts to Land a Shuttle are made. Should the Probe come up with Conclusive reports of Materials, or in A hoped for occurrence, Life. A Exploration Team will be sent down to investigate.

The Thanatos class were the first of the massive war ships the Legion would be come famous and feared for deploying. Originally mandated to head to fleets of the legion only 4 were ordered, but prior to the Years of Rage 10 more were ordered and after that number was doubled to maintain the supremacy of the legion. The air wings of the Thanatos classes are only surpassed by the Moros its self.

The warship which serves as the mainstay of the Royal Cascavian Maritime Forces is the Espora class corvette. These vessels were ordered several months after Cascavia regained independence in 1991 to strengthen the newly formed RCMF and replace many of the old vessels of Petsarian origin which had been inherited upon independence. Originally these vessels were intended to serve as the main combatant of the RCMF for less than five years before quickly replaced an advanced frigate or destroyer design but economic recession in Cascavia throughout the 1990s prevented this from happening. The economy began to improve in 1999 and the replacement of the Espora class, the locally built Rjativnyk class guided missile destroyer, entered service in 2005 but these small corvettes are still the most numerous class of ships in service. The final Rjativnyk class ship is expected to enter service in 2025 and the Espora class is expected to be retired in the same year.
