Imperial Embassy Program ( Re-opened)

On behalf of the people of the United Empire, I am proud to formally announce the re-opening of our embassy program. We of Lazssia would be honored to accept applicants for embassies and consulates in our proud nation. All foreign dignitaries and their staff members will be treated as guests, and will be provided the proper respect, attention, and protection expected.

Concerning Embassy Grounds and Personel

All embassies and or consulates will be situated in the capital city of Helvan, in the Mírnas District, within Úmladrir Park, putting them with in close proximity of Anduril's Court, and the Palace of Valindor. Embassy grounds will be considered territory of the nation in question, and all personnel shall posses diplomatic immunity while their on the premises. Personnel are free to leave embassy grounds and move about the city, but will be subject to Imperial laws and regulations once they have left embassy grounds, and can be fined and or arrested if they violate said laws. Personnel may carry small arms within and outside embassy grounds, and may use them in self defense,. Although personnel are free to roam the city, they are none the less to be accompanied by a local escort. Personnel number must not exceed 80, and embassy grounds must not exceed a area of 200 feet. Any applicants that disregard these restrictions will be denied admission.

Concerning Security.

All foreign dignitaries are of course free to provide their own security personnel, but said security staff must not exceed 20, and are only permitted to carry small arms weapons.
If one's security staff is below a number of 20, then they can request for additional local security, to be provided by the local police force. Explosives, bio weaponry, and rounds larger than a 7mm are not permitted under any circumstances, and applicants that disregard these restrictions will be denied admission.

Concerning Vehicles.

Foreign dignitaries are permitted to provide their own transportation, or can request local transportation. It should be known however, that Lazssia currently uses hydrogen fueled vehicles, rendering petroleum fossil fuels obsolete, so such fuel will have to be imported.
