Our great republic has finally opened its arms to foreign consulates. If you are willing to establish such consulate, please fill in and send the following application to our government offices.

RULES TO ESTABLISHING AN EMBASSY:

-Diplomatic personnel may no exceed 100, security personnel may not exceed 60

- Though the state is secular, Civil Arabia has a large Islamic and Christian population. Please act accordingly so as not to show any disrespect for any faiths or cultures.

- Heavy weapons are not permitted in embassies, as their presence is considered an act of war. The only firearms permitted are light side arms such as the Beretta or Colt.

- Armed vehicles are not permitted for the same reasons as above. Armoured vehicles are, however.

Tragically, Najjar's fiancé died of cancer some seven years ago, and since then he has been wed to the Party, and a fanatical admirer of Omar Qottar's pan-Arab platform.
