Note: Your country should be at least two months old with at least 200 posts, and use an original (ie non-default) flag to apply. <OOC: I RP as if Inutoland is in the Real World (more or less), and while I'm prepared to bend reality a little bit for alternate-history-Japans and whatnot, I'm preparing a street map of my capital and I don't need 25 US flags representing 24 different NS nations' embassies and the real USA's embassy all on it.>
STATE DEPARTMENT OF INUTOLAND
In the interests of furthering understanding and goodwill between nations, of the the increase in mutually beneficial trade, and of the fostering of peaceable and friendly relations with other nations, the State Department of the Inutolander Government is pleased to welcome the embassies of other nations to our Allied States.
Embassies of all nations across the political spectrum will be considered on their merits; we are not prepared to oppose the citizens of a foreign nation over their choice of government.
Foreign embassies will be located in the capital city, Inutipun. Due to local geography, Inutipun is a fairly diffuse city with multiple semi-separate districts. Three of these have embassy sites available: the districts of Rotapan and Tepecantu and the suburban area of the Quitulu.
Rotapan is the main governmental centre of the city, containing the Palace of the Council of Nine, Parliament, the civil service and so on. Embassies here will be large houses and may have rooftop helipad facilities if your ambassadorial helicopters are not too large <OOC: Bell JetRanger should work; UH-60 certainly won't fit>.
Tepecantu is a diverse district, one of the main population centres of the city and home to substantial business and high-end commercial sectors. If your citizenry are engaged in any sort of commercial or business ventures in the city, this might be a convenient embassy location. Embassies in Tepecantu will be medium-large terraced houses (rowhouses).
The Quitulu is a sprawling suburban area covering some of the hillside terraces on the north side of Inutipun. Known for its maze of winding streets, crescents and avenues, it is a reasonably upscale neighbourhood and provides more privacy and the possibility of a larger embassy compound. Of course, you will be further from the centres of power and business, too.
Asanu Nawelic,
Secretary of State, Inutoland
