My interest is to colonize the land for military test/training facility for my growing military.The Grenetarian 3rd Expeditionary Division will be the first of my troops to arrive, with navy vessels standing by.

(Basic rough outline. Was quickly made, that and im not the best of map makers lol.)

The TECT State of Insel Fortguard or in english, Island of Fortguard. Colonized for its sea lanes, flatter inland's, and mineral resources. It was taken to help provide more agricultural food to the growing Empire (The Empire of Common Territories). The discovery of precious minerals such as gold and steel components, the colony invaded north to take the land. Since then oil was discovered off the east coast inside the bay and it still acts as a hub for sea trade and land trade through it's mainland county.

OOC: Though normally no one generally ever gives a topography, it is a part of the map that is generally always overlooked. It's why I put so much time into making the Topography for my RP, I thought that no one else ever did it, and it's an important factor for most RPs.

We plan to establish a military and economic footprint within the region. We will appoint Carl Buchanan as Governor of our new territory

Having just entered the World Stage, Toishima was ready to begin diplomatic relations with the rest of the world. As such, the Imperial Administration immediately began to strengthen ties with surrounding countries. Having heard of this new land, the Imperial Administration immediately decided to colonise it.

Several volunteers were selected from a pool of around 70,000 eager citizens, and around 5000 were chosen to move to this new land. Along with these colonists was a large Imperial Army force, in order to secure a foothold in the region. The colony's short term goals were simple, they were to secure a certain island, and develop it such that trading may be facilitated. The long-term goals are to set up a trading system with the other nearby nations, as well as set up a training ground, possibly with the help of other nations, for the Imperial Army, which seriously require an update in tactics and equipment.

The Imperial Colonisation Fleet thus contained:
Colonists

5000 Colonists, of which
>2000 Are skilled at building, and a large amount come from construction firms or other engineering-related occupations,
>1000 Are capable of setting up a basic infrastructure along with the builders, as they are menial workers, or fishermen,
>1000 Are farmers, and may help with the basic infrastructure,
>1000 Have no helpful skills, and are mostly family members of the aforementioned or are Administration ministers.

6 supply ships, carrying four years of food, as well as construction materials and other essentials.

NOTE: The white areas on the island are, in fact, controlled by Toishima. This is because the method of marking the map (inserting Toishima's National Flag) has the unforeseen circumstance of having the white areas of Toishima's flag appear as though the area is uncolonised. We apologise for this confusion, as earlier attempts at colonisation of newly-discovered lands resulted in confusion as to which nation controlled which area due to similar solid colours being used.

In order to reduce confusion, I decided to upload another map. This one includes (I hope) all already participating nations, except for CoolLand and Potlimitomaha, because I don't really know what areas they want. I would also like to apologise to the OP and everyone else for derailing this thread, and for sounding rude.

The room full of ministers and officials stared at each other, hoping someone would come up with a plan. Finally, after a long wait, an elderly minister stood up, his hunched back creaking.

"We should just burn them all before they infect the colony," he said, between gasps. He then sat back down again and continued staring ahead.

And so, the Imperial Escort Carrier Yukata immediately launched the first Imperial attack wing in over two centuries, three of the Mitsubishi F-15Js, armed with napalm weapons, to raze the nearest native village. The only native village that was on the Imperial-Controlled island was stormed and the natives were told to relocate to the main island.
Construction on the colony was halted and water purifiers were deemed a priority. Imperial Army Troops were told to watch for infected beings or people, and to either capture them or kill them. As the Imperial Army had not seen such enemies before, it was assumed that anything that looked abnormal or behaved strangely was a danger, leading to several confused Imperial Army troops killing several freshwater crocodiles.
As for the F-15Js, they flew over to the mainland. Whenever a village was sighted, they would fly past first to check for signs of the infection, such as dead bodies, monsters, or pits where corpses were burnt. Whenever such a site was located, it would be bombarded by napalm until it was nothing but charred wood and zombie.

This also resulted in the TECT State of Insel Fortguard being secured from infection for the time being.

Meanwhile, on the colony front, prefabricated shelters had been set up, allowing each family to have a place to live. A rudimentary dock had been set up, but construction had been halted due to the need for the water purifier to be running before the water supplies the colonists had brought with them ran out. Importing water from the Home Islands was considered to counter the water-borne threat, but was ruled out due to the long transport time between the colony and the Home Islands.
