Subject: Diplomatic Mission Application
In relation to:

Dear Minister,

First of all, on behalf of the people of The Miskito Coast and our beloved leader, Laurent Kibiki, I would like to express our sincerest thanks for your personal correspondence and taking the initial steps towards formally establishing a diplomatic mission within our nation.

Following review and consideration by my department we take great pleasure in informing you that your request has been ACCEPTED. We are delighted to be hosting Koen Lidda and his family and are honored that a diplomat of this stature has been assigned to our nation, his reputation as a minister precedes him.

Gifts of appreciation will be given to them upon the formal opening of the embassy as a token of gratitude to the establishment of diplomatic relations.

In response to the request for vehicle importation, we would strongly encourage the use of 4x4 vehicles only, the Xséska Ions will be permitted but will find our tracks and unpaved roads difficult to use.

The nearest hospital and onsite medical staff have been made aware of René's conditions and are prepared to assist if necessary.

I hope that this will be the beginning of a mutually beneficial national relationship and in time may expand into trade, culture and other cooperation and collaboration between our nations.

In an effort to boost ties Ambassador Dr. Patrick Mugabe, a former aid to the office of the President will be dispatched to your nation in due course.
