Since Vultasia is a Vegan/Vegetarian country where only foreigners are allowed to eat meat (with limitations), our national food is this:

Wraps that contains vegetables, mostly mushroom, bell peppers, olives, onions, lettuce, and a spicy to tangy sauce.

Another favourite of ours sandwiches made with onions, celery, tomatoes, lettuce, bell peppers, and olives. Vegetarians often add in eggs and cheese.

The most widely eaten would be plain fries with ketchup.

The Sorven national food is pyttipanna, a versatile and hearty dish eaten at all times of the day. Traditional Pyttipanna consists of diced potatoes, onions, and sausage/any kind of meat, which are all pan-fried and served on a plate with fried egg, diced beets, pickled gherkin, and capers. The dish originated in the farming communities of the fertile Löfgren Valley, one of the few regions in Sorventide able to naturally support large-scale agriculture and livestock.

Historically, pyttipanna was prepared using leftovers from the previous day's meals, but these days the dish tends to be made fresh, and with certain ingredients removed or added. Pyttipanna has also enjoyed growing popularity with vegetarians, as the recipe is easy to adapt to vegan standards.

Cinna-meals (it's a word now). Though we live on an entirely different planet, we're still human and we love cinnamon. We only have one planet whose soils can grow and create the ingredients needed to make any sort of cinnamon pastry, so these delights are quite expensive throughout our 3 solar systems. Based on the planet and different areas of the planet there are often many versions of the same pastry, some versions containing an exclusive-to-that-area ingredient. The wheat that is grown on that one planet we have that can create cinnameals is twice as sweet, and its bread expands 3 times as much but half as fast when cooked.
