F.R.C. of the City of Norfolk - Norfolk

Norfolk is an independent city in the Commonwealth of Virginia in the F.R.C. With a population of 834,403 as of the 2007 census, it is the F.R.C.'s second-largest incorporated city.

Norfolk is located in the Hampton Roads region, named for the large natural harbor of the same name located at the mouth of Chesapeake Bay. It is one of nine cities and seven counties that constitute the Hampton Roads metropolitan area, officially known as the Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News, VA-NC MSA. The city is bordered to the west by the Elizabeth River and to the north by the Chesapeake Bay. It also shares land borders with the independent cities of Chesapeake to its south and Virginia Beach to its east. One of the oldest of the Seven Cities of Hampton Roads, Norfolk is considered to be the historic, urban, financial, and cultural center of the region.

The city has a long history as a strategic military and transportation point. Norfolk Naval Base is the world's largest such base, and the world's largest military alliance, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (RL) has its defense headquarters here. The city also has the corporate headquarters of Norfolk Southern Railway, one of North America's principal Class I railroads, and Maersk Line, Limited, who manages the world's largest fleet of FRC-flag vessels. As the city is bordered by multiple bodies of water, Norfolk has many miles of riverfront and bayfront property. It is linked to its neighbors by an extensive network of Interstate highways, bridges, tunnels, and bridge-tunnel complexes.

The capital city of the Allied States of BebopKid is located on the northern shore of the Woodwind sea. The city, named after Louis Armstrong, was founded in 1973 by groups of musicians who fled persecution from myriad countries around the world.

Armstrong, at 2.2 million residents, is currently the second largest city in BebopKid. The city of Armstrong is relatively crime free due to the high education standards in the city. The Armstrong Public School District turns out the highest average scores in BebopKid, generally acknowledged to correspond to the emphasis on music in the curriculum.

Each day of the week in Armstrong enjoys a differently flavored music festival.

The city of Anasterian is the largest city in Winterchill. Anasterian have the population of 3.5 million.

Housing
Most of the people are housed in apartments. Some people live in houses. The government of Winterchill are working hard to establish more economical apartments to house it's less-lucky residents. So far the homeless people in Winterchill is very low, but is is expected to rise in the coming months.

Transportation
Most of the Anasterian citizen travel by public transports such as buses and trains. There are no subways in Anasterian now. Bikes and motorcycles are not popular in Anasterian because the temperature in Anasterian is usually cold, so the citizens preferred to stay inside their vehicle.

Public Order
The public order in Anasterian is enforced strongly. The police presence in Anasterian is very high, not to mention some ununiformed police and agents who watches some 'troublesome' spots.

Cleanliness
Smoking is state-banned, and clean environment is strictly enforced. Dropping trash not on the trash can, vandalizing public property, spitting on public property, is strictly banned and the offenders prosecuted.

The city is divided into a few districts, and there are as follows :

a. The Government District
The Government Area is located on the west side of the city. This area consists of most of the government building and and most of embassies.

b. Business District
Business District is located in the south side of the city. Most of the offices of companies are located here.

c. Upper City
The Upper City is where the medium class and the high class citizen lived. A lot of entertainment facilities are located here, such as cinemas, high-class cafes, malls, and a lot more. The National University of Winterchill is also located here. Most of the private-owned school is located here.

d. Lower City
This district is where the lower class lived. The Headquarters of Anasterian Police is located here, to help combat street crimes.Most of the state-owned school also located here. Both of the Upper and Lower City is located in the North and Eastern part of the city

Alathaea -- Llywvist

Geography
Llywvist was constructed initially to one side of the river delta of the Llyws, from which it recieves it's name. As a result, the city is connected by a series of large bridges from one delta island to the next, relegating shipping to the Caerphilly Canal twenty miles east. The city lies therefore pretty much flat - quite a lot of the land that exists there is man-made, layers of dirt and concrete supports keeping it up. Around the river delta there are low-ish lying hills.
Make-up of the city
The historic center of the city focuses on the Cathedral of all Souls (Catharial Alatheal Virywl), with it's own devoted island, and consists of the parliament buildings, major civic structures and marketplaces. Caerwyn Square, devoted to the famous reformist Prime Minister shot dead in 1968. There are many streets devoted to her, and indeed a wing of the parliament building - she remains close to the heartbeat of the nation. The city is divided into many neighbourhoods, and forms a patchwork quilt of culture.

D'yraill - The center of the city, where most of the civic buildings are. As well as that, there are many beautiful Orthodox churches, and quite a lot of the older Alathaean architecture is preserved here.

Old Docks - Previously the commercial hub of the city, the waterfront has generally been refurbished and is now full of high rise waterfront apartment buildings and swanky townhouses. It is renowned as a gay hotspot.

Jibrik Quarter - During the unfortunate reign of the old PPA, the Jibriks were consigned to this area of the city, and many made their homes here. Over fifty years efforts have been made to totally rejuvenate this area of the city, and it is now a very up and coming part of Llywvist.

"The Hills" - Thirteen hills surround the river delta, and this forms the suburbs and the lowest value housing in Llywvist.

Prostinium is a cultural haven in a world where there hardly are any. It's population of 922,000 enjoy many theatres, museums, parades and the independent movie. It is also a city to be noted for. Being the least restrictive city of nudity on earth, at least 100,000 hippies can be seen lobbying, protesting, or doing their things bare.

Classic Rockstars- Guitar Town

Guitar Town is a large city, noted for it's complete absence of government buildings. It is a sport haven, with all 15 cricket, football and rugby union clubbes located here. It is located near the Rock River, and known elsewhere as the Chechnya.

It has no beach, and it has a lot of fancy hotels. The Hard Rock Deluxe Hotel is one of the most expensive anywhere, with a nightly price of $6,420 NS for a single person.
