Good question. My guess is the current American flag, but the stripes are orange and blue, and where the stars are is the Dutch flag.

Ugh. I hate state flags that just stick their seal on a blue background. There is really little to work with. I would just add a cross or a fascist eagle to the corner or something.

My personal favorite had to be either the "Anglosphere 2" (under British America section; it suits my nation's idea the best) or the "Fascism 3" flag.
