Islanders at War (WW1 Character RP) OoC.

[St Lucoa]

The year is 1918, the world has been plunged in to the greatest war that man has ever seen. Armies from all over the world have pledged their allegiance to either the Triple Entente or the Central Powers. The tiny Caribbean island of St. Lucoa was no acception. The mighty British EMpire spanned all corners of the world and St. Lucoa was part of it. St. Lucoa pledged it full support to Britian. As soon as war broke out, the St. Lucoans and the British worked together to build a small army for the island of St. Lucoa. The Royal Regiment of St. Lucoa was born. The men were trained and in 1916 they were shipped over to France to see action.

Now, in 1918, the Regiment continues to accept volunteers from the tiny Caribbean island, you will take control of an islander who is in the Royal Regiment of St. Lucoa. He will be trained and shipped over to France to be involved in the Second Battle of The Somme. Here is the app:

Short Bio: Edward was born and raised in St. Lucoa and like many men he joined the army when he was of age. Now after completing his training he is ready to be shipped off to France. He thinks the war will be an adventure and that he will see no action, due to the information he seen about how the Germans were falling back.

Most of us will be armed with Lee-Enfield SMLE's
I need someone to RP as a piper, so he can pipe us over the top.

Just read the book Birdsong, and this is exactly what I've been looking for, anyways, here's my application.

Name: Jack Ryan Hay.

Short Bio: Jack was a very bright child in his young years, scoring high marks in a majority of his exams and tests, after leaving Highschool he moved on to take a degree in Law at a local College, by the time he had finished his Degree, he had already found a job as a lawyer in a small firm in the city, where he thrived, as a young and successful lawyer. But soon his world was turned upside down, as the British Empire, France, Italy and Russia had finally declared war on, Germany, The Austrian-Hungarian Empire and The Ottoman Empire, this lead to him being conscripted into the St. Lucan Military, where he was sent immediately to Officers training, simply because he had an advanced education, which was in-valuable in these dark days.

Might happen, but remember it is in 1918 when Germany is near defeat.

If Nova's character is from the Med. if his island was taken, and his people forced to fight he'd be in Italy, because the Ottomans would've captured him, not the Germans. So he'd be deployed in Italy. :S
