Our FleetsOur DestinationApplicationOur People

Our Difference
Let's face it. Air travel is a pretty straightforward business. You need to go someplace; we'll take you there on one of our planes.
But that's not what we're all about. Our tagline "A whole different class" means we approach our business with four key principles in mind. These are the four legs that we stand on. They're who we are. "A whole different class" represents our promise to you. Simply put, our goal is to do the little things that make a big difference to you.

We're Affordable
It used to be that to get a reasonable fare you had to plan your trip around a Saturday night stay. Forget that. We sell great low fares all week long, and offer combinable one-way fares, so you'll always get the very best price

We're Flexible
We'd rather bend than break. In other words, we know that things may change. Our aim is to assist you whenever we can.

Steelflight Entertainment
Image

Watch it all for one low price with access to 30 channels of programming onboard our Airbus aircraft. There’s something for everyone, from live SteelaTV™, SteelReel™-movies and special episodes of top-rated TV shows.

Steelflight WiFi
Image
Stay connected in the air with WiFi, available on our E190 aircraft. Email, Facebook, Tweet, shop online, check the scores and more. In other words, make time fly.

Steelflight Meal
We offer a selection of hot and cold dishes, perfectly suited to the time of day. On early flights, longer than 60 minutes, you can have either a full English breakfast or a Continental breakfast. A full complimentary bar, including Champagne, is part of the service.

RMA 350 Transwind
The RMA 350 Transwind is a four-engined narrow-body passenger commercial jet airliner, manufactured from 2011 by the RM Aircraft company. The RMA 350 also includes state-of-the-art technologies such as weight-saving composite structures; a fuel-saving aerodynamic design; along with pilot-friendly cockpits, flight controls and systems – all of which significantly enhance the RMA 350’s long-range capabilities and overall cost-efficiency. In addition, the RMA 350’s four engines allow for operations that are not subject to ETOPS (Extended-range Twin-engine Operational Performance Standards) regulations. This enables airlines to fly more direct routes – even long distances over water or on segments far from airports – saving travel time and cutting fuel consumption.

The RMA 350’s optimised 222-inch fuselage cross-section gives airlines the cabin versatility to match market requirements, from ultra high-comfort premium seating to economy class layouts in seven-, eight- and nine-abreast layouts. Below the main deck, the RMA 350’s large cargo holds accepts a full range of freight, including industry-standard LD3 containers in side-by-side loading. The A340-500’s forward hold accommodates 18 LD3s or six 96-inch pallets, while the aft hold takes 12 LD3s or four 96-inch pallets.
Image

RMA 290 Jetwind
The benchmark Jetwind Family’s largest member – the RM 290 – offers airline customers the best seat-mile costs of any single-aisle aircraft and seating capacities comparable to that of a widebody jetliner. This aircraft has a stretched fuselage with an overall length of 44.51 metres, along with an extended operating range of up to 9,000 nautical miles while carrying a maximum passenger payload. Like each member in RM Aircrafts’ best-selling JETWIND’S Family of jetliners, the RM 290 offers the lowest fuel burn, emissions and noise footprint in its class.
Image

RMA 750 Magicwind
The RMA 750 Magicwind is a long-range, mid-size wide-body, twin-engine jet airliner developed RM Aircraft. Its variants seat 320 passengers. RM Aircraft states that it is the company's most fuel-efficient airliner and the world's first major airliner to use composite materials for most of its construction, Magicwind also super-efficient airplanes with new passenger-pleasing features that bring the economics of large jet transports to the middle of the market, using 20 percent less fuel than any other airplanes of their size.

Dear sirs,
allow me to introduce myself, my name is Frederik Randrup and I present the Phoenixian International Airport. We are currently expanding and we are always on the search of new Airlines who are willing to serve on our Airport. As I say we are currently expanding, we are the only international Airport in Phoenixia and are currently serving 500 000 Passengers per day but we have also only 4 Airlines who served the Airport. Polls say that there is a reservoir of 5 000 Passengers per day who wants to visit your country. Phoenixia is also a Kingdom with a booming tourism branch so it would be easy for your airline to fill the seats.
You shouldn't decline this offer.
sincerely
Frederik Randrup, Phoenixian International Airport

Sir Henry Dawson,
Commonwealth Air

sir,
We think there is some confusion here. We want to stress that we are not the airport but the airline company as you are.
Our nation's airports have yet to open its offer to foreign companies because it is still in the process of upgrading and expansion. Please note.

Cuppa Coffee and Steel Air

Postby Steelbaron » Sun Oct 14, 2012 8:29 am

Steel Air and Cuppa Coffee Partner to Introduce the World's Best Inflight Coffee Experience
Image
Steel Air aeroplane with Cuppa Coffee livery

CAPE STEELYARDS (OCT 14, 2012) - In an effort to deliver on its promise to be a "Whole Different Class" in every aspect of the customer experience, Steel Air has partnered with Cuppa Coffee to bring travellers a whole different in-flight coffee experience. Recognizing that the bar for airline coffee was set fairly low, the two companies decided it was time to push the boundaries of the in-flight coffee experience by offering a quality of coffee that matched the rest of the product that Steel Air offers passengers with its new Airbus aircraft, 33 inches of leg room and 24 channels of SteelaTV™. Steel Air felt that there was no reason that passengers couldn't feel as if they were sitting in a café, or their living rooms, with a great cup of coffee, a comfortable seat and a TV to watch, while they travel across the country.

To that end, Steel Air and Cuppa Coffee selected a special blend of beans from the countries of Sumatra, Costa Rica, Colombia and Guatemala to create a unique in-flight coffee that would reflect the dedication to excellence and customer service that both Steel Air and Cuppa Coffee embody. Steel Air uses 39,000 pounds of coffee every year to serve its approximately eight million annual passengers. With 4,000 beans to every pound of coffee, this means that Steel Air turns about 156,000,000 beans into 3,120,000 cups of coffee annually.

The new relationship is part of Cuppa Coffee's first expansion into the Western world. Cuppa Coffee has 1,211,146,253 retail shops across the world. The new relationship with Steel Air represents the front end of a focused expansion for Old Bentonmount Region with several large corporate accounts in the works, as well as plans for the expansion of Cuppa Coffee's popular retail stores.
"Steel Air is the perfect partner to introduce us to the airliners community," said Oliver Buxon, CEO of Cuppa Coffee. "Whether its airplanes or coffee, Steel Air and Cuppa Coffee share the same dedication to the quality, integrity and value of our products, and we recognized very quickly what a great association our new air-flyer customers.

"Steel Air holds every aspect of our product and our business up to the test of whether we are offering the best we can offer to our customers," said Rina Thomas Winsteel, CEO for Steel Air. "With Cuppa Coffee, we are confident that we can answer that question with a resounding 'yes!' when it comes to our coffee. We are thrilled to introduce Cuppa Coffee to our hometown and we are equally excited to offer this quality product to our passengers."
