Contracts, Services, and Policies

Commissions are taken on a case by case basis dependent on the availability of resources and labor. Domestic Production Rights are available on a case by case basis and only to the close Oseaton allies, due to export restrictions on sensitive military hardware. Most ships can be fitted with systems produced by the customer, and this practice is encouraged as many classified electronic systems have been removed from the export variants of the ships available.

Spare parts are available at all times, however this supply can be cut off at any time, should PRS deem it necessary. Technical advisors can be made available to the purchasing customer upon request in order to ease the integration of the purchased systems.

Lyran Government invests in PRS

Austerbeck - During trading ours today at the Austerbeck Stock Exchange, PRS officials announced that they, as well as several of their private investors, had sold a 27% stake in Port Roanoke Shipyards to the Lyran Governmental Trade Department for a grand sum of 60 billion USD. The purchase was negotiated over several days in order to make up for the loss of the Lyran shipping city of Port Finch to a nuclear explosion.

The trade marks one of the largest foreign investments in an Oseaton company, and several economists and policy critics have begun to question the sale of such a large chunk of the company to a foreign government. PRS is nearly the sole supplier of ships for the Oseaton Federalemarine and many are wondering about possible national security concerns. This, however, has been rebuffed by the Oseaton government and PRS officials alike, both stating that the government has no place in regulating the business dealings of a private company. Following this sale, the price of PRS stock is expected to climb as the future outlook for the company is quite bright.
