Countrymen of the German Reich,
Today, the Constitutional Congress assembled and discussed the new terms of the constitution that will lead our nation to the future. Myself included, Kurt von Schleisen, the Senate worked tirelessly.
This February, a public plebisicite will be held to determine the future of the Kaiser's throne. Then, you, the Germans will have the choice to vote for Republic... or Monarchy.
However, this does not take away the growing issue of the terms of the Treaty of Versailles, signed in Paris...
Germany will continue paying her debts to the best of her ability, and will seek closer relations with both Great Britain and Austria.
Do not fear the day, Germany. The sun is just rising again.

To: The Government of Czechoslovakia
Mes amis, it is with great pleasure that I address the new nation of Czechoslovakia, carved by national pride and by war from an ancient empire now dead and gone. France and Czechoslovakia are in a unique position to be helpful to each other. Our resources, though whittled down by the war, are still vast. As the post-war Europe goes through the throws of change, it would be an important stabilizing factor if our nations were to enter a direct alliance, give our positions on either side of Germany. Please respond soon.
Bon chance,
Prime Minister Georges Clemenceau
President Raymond Poincaré
Et tout la France.

To all imperialist powers of the West, as the fall of Omsk has shown, the time of the White Movement is at its end. Novosibirsk will fall, Krasnoyarsk will fall, and soon Vladivostok shall once again belong to the hands of the Russian People. The sun of Imperialist Russia has set and instead a new light has risen in its wake, a red dawn that shall engulf the nation and bring it to a new age.
The age of communism shall bring forth unprecedented prosperity to Russia and purge all the ills that beset the motherland. Those who acknowledge the power of progress shall move forward while those who deny the truth shall be left in the dark. My fellow heads of states; it is your choice whether your nation shall move forward and is one with the future or left behind and be forgotten in the annals of history. Those who choose stand with the new Russia; she will smile upon them with her favor. Those who stand against her beware, for she has a long memory.
Glory to the Soviets

To: The government of Czechoslovakia
Sousedé a přátelé,
at first we would like to gratulate you on the success you and others achieved in Russia. But this is not the most important concern.
We both, Czechoslovakia and Romania, are powerhouses of this region and shall not be underrated. Now as we want to strengthen our relations and secure stability and peace in this region and all of Europe we would like to offer you a Non-Aggression-Pact between our two nations. Futher, we would like to enable an Alliance as we see ourselfs threatened by Hungary.
Please respond as fast as possible.
Sincerely,
Minister of Foreign Affairs Alexandru Averescu
Prime Minister Artur Vaitoianu

My Friends in light of the growing paramilitary question. Austria's current weakness and the ever growing Balkan question the Crown Republic of Austria has offers. To send 20,000 Austrian veterans all volunteers to assist the forces of democracy in the east. These troops will be armed by the austrian governemnt. And commanded by Field Marshal Count Franz Conrad von Hötzendorf a highly decorated though retired officer of the former Austro-Hungarian Army. As well we cannot allow the return of the Czechoslovakian Legion to it's native lands. Thus is another reason for our support. Finally we ask the USA to lessen economic repirations on Austria for her part in the Great War. We await your response.
Sincerely, President-Regent Karl Seitz of the Crown Republic of Austria

The Crown Republic of Austria proposes in light of the ever growing Czech threat an alliance between our two nations. As we both now this nation and yourself have already engaged in conflict. We also have recieved reports of the Czechoslovakian Legions defection to the Soviets and it's return to the west. These troops could cause major difficulties for our nations. And I suggest we block their approach. Austria also suggests we share intelligence regarding this nation as they are a threat to the security of Ausria and Poland.

To President-Regent Karl Seitz of Austria,
The Republic of Poland is reluctant to accept such an alliance, considering the 123 year partition of our land to a number of other countries, one of them being a predecessor to yours. We do not wish to repeat the events of the past. However, in light of current events, with Bolsheviks bordered to our east and the conflict in Cieszyn, we are willing to accept your proposal of an alliance. That said, it should be noted that we are currently seeking a peaceful solution with Czechoslovakia in regards to Cieszyn, while also hoping that they too will agree to stem the flow of the legionaries to the east. We are currently lacking any amount of resources sufficient to occupy the Czech-Soviet border without avoiding retaliation by the Red Army.
Józef Piłsudski, Chief of State of the Republic of Poland
To the government of Czechoslovakia,
Poland has noticed your further fortification of Cieszyn. We do not look to invade your territory, but seek a peaceful and diplomatic solution to the problem in the region instead. Interim borders or not, we have Silesian territory in Poland, and we simply wish to exercise the citizens of Poland's right to vote. While we do hope you will allow us to do so, we are willing to negotiate the borders further so that both of our broken homes may benefit.
We would also like to discuss the Bolsheviks. Their border with Poland proves dangerous to our new republic, yet there are reports of Czech legionaries defecting to the Soviet cause. We believe that giving the Red Army manpower will only threaten the independence of all the new nations established after the Great War.

We the Austrian nation understand your sispicion of our nation. However we are on a new path. Like yourself Austria views the Bolsheviks as an enmeny to both our nations. As well we don't seek conflict with Czechoslovakia merely we wish to ensure our own independence. If it would help you the Austrian Legion under Field Marshal Count Franz Conrad von Hötzendorf could be redirected to your own territories. And a joint Austro-Polish force could assist the White Russian forces by dividing Soviet forces. This would allow us all to drive back the Soviet hordes which threaten our lands. As well Austria accepts your proposal of an alliance.
Sincerely President-Regent Karl Seitz,
