Hell Invaded!

Postby Jakker » Thu Sep 27, 2012 9:49 pm

With the help of The Black Riders and Unknown, The Black Hawks invaded Hell. With defenders always telling us we should just go to Hell, I figured this was appropriate ;)

All troops involved:

Red Back, TBH
Jakker, TBH
Tramiar, TBH
Noldor, TBH
Spartz, TBH
Mall, TBH
Sev, TBH
Koth, TBH
Halcones, TBR
Twin Equine, TBR
Vazeckta, TBR
A Million Voices, TBR
Ragnarok Arisen, TBR
Scooby, TBR
Kknight, Unknown
Shade

Also thank you to The New Inquisition for their support.

Also before anyone figures it out, yes I do have a phobia against the letter H as evident from the raids of Hippiedom and now Hell. You wonder how I survive being a Hawk. Well, let me tell you, the thought of being associated with anything H related keeps me up at night, but somehow I manage.

Excellent work! Was glad to support the raid, very well planned Jakker.

I suppose you don't feel comfortable with me then, seeing Halcones begins with H too? :P

Courage, Resolve, Unity, Order, Ruthlessness, Complexo Cruor, Unknown, Incognita

You've made the wrong choice bro.

(more likely you're afraid of the Archempress)

OMG! Who's gonna save Hell?
"Send forth all legions! Do not stop the attack until the city is taken! Slay them all!"
>Can I invade other people's regions?

Yes. The practice of "region crashing," where a group of nations all move to a region with the aim of seizing the WA Delegate position, is part of the game. Certain groups within NationStates are particularly adroit at this, and can attack very quickly.
>Once I've taken over a region, can I eject everyone else?

You can try. Invader Delegates tend to have very little Regional Influence, which makes ejecting long-time residents difficult. But Delegates can be as kind, generous, evil, or despotic as they wish. It's up to regional residents to elect good Delegates.

I guess this is the double edged sword of added variance.

Raids are easier to defend, but liberations are easier to beat.

A liberation attempt was stopped as 13 fendas were sent packing. It's sad when not even Hell wants you ;)

It was rough for you Mahaj it seems. First you use our flag to try and trick me and then you were 23 seconds late moving in. Tisk tisk.

Previous moderator ruling stated that they can impersonate the organization for purposes of infiltration/deception. What he did was sneaky but fine :p

I may be remembering this wrong, but I believe either one of us, or someone with a flag similar to us had to change their flag because they had one too similar to the other side's flag. >.>

But still, no getting your dirty fenda germs on our flag, Mahaj. It'll take months to get the smell out.

Sedgistan wrote:Further couple of points of clarification - you're right to assume that this doesn't apply to spying. We're not going to punish players for that, or entertain GHRs alleging that someone is a spy, and therefore guilty of impersonation - because we're not here to root out spies either ;) Additionally, if a couple of groups were vying for control of a region, and a member of one telegrammed a newbie from the other to say "there's been a change of plans - endorse me now", they're not going to get smacked for impersonation. That's just regular update silliness, and unlikely to be actionable.

Is the ruling, following a question of mine.
