Droids

Sylian Tech and Arms Yards recently came into contact with Trade Federation Exiles and assisted them in obtaining protection within the Hobbiest Republic by getting B1 Battle Droid designs from them and modifying them to work with HR tech. Hobbiest Republic droids resemble the Trade Federation models, but that's where the similarities stop. A complete overhaul of their internal systems and programming resulted in an improved model called the B1.5, which was the basis for the two lines HR-OOM, and HR-B1.5 series droids. These droids were examined in a social experiment within one of the warehouses underneath Mary's Refuge in order to develop and determine sentience. A small factory is operated by STAY and produces between 50 and 100 droids per day when operating at peak efficiency. The droids initially run through the social experiment were eventually granted citizenship and work regularly to improve their programming and the programming of the droids produced at the factory each day. as with many other sentient the droids are varying in intelligence and strength, if the requested quantity is not available for labor-lease we will work with the client to produce a compromised quantity in the near future.
