Does your country allow abortion and euthanasia? Abortion is outlawed, and euthanasia is immediately administered if a virus penetrates the immune system. In other words, if you get a cold, you die. It's only to save them the suffering. However, you can appeal for a life pardon.
Is capital punishment allowed in your country? Yes, and it's quite common.
Give a number of executions held every year: On average, about 5,000 executions occur every year. During the failed democratic "Orange Revolution", there were over 60,000 executions of its supporters.
Does your country use torture to expose secrets from criminals? Yes, we favor torture by administering electric shocks.
Is it used to exercise political re-education? Yes, along with labor camps.
Describe how jails look in your country. Most jails, a notable exception being the Katardi Political Prison, are collections of smaller buildings, each with different purposes. Up to three of the buildings are used for storing the prisoners. Each room is 6' by 6', and 3 people are assigned to each room. That turns out to 12 sq. ft. of space for each prisoner. Synthetic nutrition meals are given to prisoners once a day, only enough to keep them alive for the coming day. Two hours a day are spent in labor outside.
Is slavery allowed in your nation? Slavery is allowed, and is a common and honorable practice.
Do people have the right to believe in any religion? Segland has state atheism, and public showing of adherence to any religion is illegal and punishable by up to 20 years in prison or 5 years of labor/political re-education.
Do people have the right to NOT believe in any religion? Obviously.
Do people have the right to change religion? In their minds. Talking about religion is illegal.
Do your country's people have the right to be heard by an impartial tribunal? Most court cases are rigged and judges commonly accept bribes. There is no jury, which sets the Seglish judicial system apart from most other nations. You also have to pay money to get a trial.
Do your country's people have the right to a public hearing? If you have the money to pay for it.
Do your country's people have the right to interpretation? If you can't speak Seglish, you're probably in a labor camp for cultural re-education.
Can your country's people have the right to speak without interference? No. If the talk in any way makes negative comments against Ciaoism or the government, the people will be arrested.
Does your country's government respect citizens' private lives? The government has the right to enter a house (by force, if necessary) if they feel they need to. So in other words... hell no.
Do your country's people have the right to get healthy food and clean water? If you can pay for it.
