Thousandsuns Investment Center in the final phase to establish South Pickford Industrial Estate (SPIE) in the west Thousandsuns. The industrial area covering 4,000 hectares will be divided into 400 sites that could be developed as a high-tech manufacturing site. All conglomerates are invited to set up a factory/office/lab or warehouse them there. SPIE will be managed by Thousandsuns Investment Center, headed by Ms. Maria Clogfancer. TIC is the lead agency under the tutelage of Department Industries & Energy lead by Secretary Octavio Doyle

Brief about SPIE
South Pickford Industrial Estate (SPIE), officially opened in 2011, is the first Hi-Tech Park in Thousandsuns. The SPIE is situated in the district of South Pickford, in the Region of Brauning, in the northwest of Peninsular Thousandsuns. Currently, the development of SPIE covers an area of approximately 4,000 hectares (approximately 9,400 acres).
The SPIE is conceived and developed as one of the national strategies of Vision 2020 for Thousandsuns to become a fully industrialised nation by 2020, Envisioned to be the ‘Science City of The Future’, the SPIE has continually being developed and promoted as an integrated science park targeting clean, capital-intensive, and high, value-added technology-related industries primarily in the fields of advanced electronics, mechanical electronics, telecommunications, semiconductors, optoelectronics, biotechnology, advanced materials, research and development and emerging technologies.
SPIE Ltd, a whole subsidiary of the Thousandsuns Investment Center, is the developer and manager of the SPIE; while the Thousandsuns Federal Government fully supports the SPIE development by way of dedicated development funds, as well as, other critical advisory and promotion support.
