ALTHOLM MOTORS

Automotive Distribution for your Nation

Dear Vitaphone Racing,
we would like to ask permission to rebadge your Vitaphone E-Series under one of our many brands we own/distribute. However, we would like to, if we are allowed to rebadge it, replace the
engines with our own ones - the 1.8 turbo dual-fuel version is the only engine we intend to retain.

Also, we would like you to rebadge our Chevrolet Optra (which we distribute and market) as your own. Here is an image of them:
ImageImage

It is powered by a 2.0-litre/119bhp 4-cylinder petrol engine and is available in four-door saloon and five-door estate bodystyles (pictured above). We would like you to enter into a 50/50 joint-venture to build this in Glidsteinn, Keibershire, Astholm at a new factory which you would also have management of too.

Unfortunately, we have decided to reject your offer of rebadging our E-Series. The E-Series is our largest selling car, and we are not quite sure the effect of having the E-Series sold under a different name would have on our sales. Therefore, we must turn down your offer.

We have also decided not to rebadge your Chevrolet Optra simply because there would be no sense selling it in our line up. The Optra competes directly with the E4 and E4L models, and introducing it into our line up would cannibalize sales of one another. Because of that factor, we must turn down that offer as well.

We apologize for not being of assistence

The T-Series was the biggest success story, more than doubling its sales to 38,000 units, only 1000 behind the B-Series. The new G-Series boosted its sales while the C lost a bit of ground.
The H-Series Law Enforcement cars started strongly, led by sales in new markets. 200 of the G-Series Hard Car also found new homes and the near invincible M8 LWB Stadhouder reached 50 sales.

Total cars sold was 455,250 or 35,250 units more than last months total. This is the third month in a row where Vitaphone has broken the monthly sales record, as we continue our record breaking run. If you care to join our success, visit the main page for a dealership application form.

ALTHOLM MOTORS

Automotive Distribution for your Nation

Dear Vitaphone Racing,
we accept your feedback regarding the Chevrolet Optra. However, the rebadging of your Vitaphone E-Series would be for markets where Vitaphone does not trade. We would market them under any of these brands:
  • Bewick (pronounced ba-wick)
  • Buick (not to be confused with the above)
  • Celsan
  • Chevrolet
  • Daewoo
  • Haldane
  • Hykkari
  • Ruliza
  • SECAM-Nissan
  • Saefan

Unfortunately, we have decided to reject your offer of rebadging our E-Series. The E-Series is our largest selling car, and we are not quite sure the effect of having the E-Series sold under a different name would have on our sales. Therefore, we must turn down your offer.

This will not affect sales in the following nations where Vitaphone does not trade:
  • Mercian Marcenaza
  • Altenhaim
  • Vercuzzino
  • Italia Grandhaim
  • Lincoln-by-Twyr
  • Greatham Manor
  • Australis Australia
  • Nueva Zelandia 1

We appreciate your feedback.

Due to several issues with similar named car brands and alliterations, the issue of having the brand named after the home country, and the issue of the recent merge we have decided to change our name to Forza Automotive Company. Forza comes from Força, the Portuguese word for strength. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and the assimilation process will last roughly a week.

We would prefer if the E-Series would be still badged as a Vitaphone (or a Forza as of now) and be distibuted by Altholm Motors through their dealerships in markets abroad. We are not quite sure of the public perception of seeing one of our best known models with a different badge on it.

If you wanted to offer a compromise on this, please let us know.

Dear Mr. Stillen,
I have found a suitable compromise - we will sell your vehicles as Chevrolet-Forza for a short period, before the full launch of Forza in several nations. This is to ease the brand into various nations. Since we are a multinational distributor/manufacturer, we hope you like this.

Very well, we will agree to this on the condition that should Forza wish expand in these markets, this venture will cease. We would also prefer to see the cars badged as a more premium brand than Chevrolet.

Forza is expanding

Forza is looking to open dealerships in more nations. Currently, we sell to 25 different markets, but we want to make that number larger. If you want your nation to experience our unique bivalent vehicles that don't compromise luxury or performance, take a look at our range or, fill out our application form, and soon your nation can experience dual fuel hydrogen power.

Forza Automotive Company

We here at Scalietti would like to feature your cars in a new video game we are developing. We would like to pay you $2.5 million to use the Forza E5LX, H8 GT, T6 Modena, S8R, S8GT3, S8GT2, R12 Supersports and R12 GT1 in our new game FIA GT. The game will feature a target of 50 different marquees with a goal of 500 different cars, racing on 70 different circuits. The career mode sees the player start out as an amatuer race driver competing in local races and then moving to more professional events. We believe the game would not be complete without Forza, and we want to give you the chance to participate.

Mr Drought

We would be more than happy to allow you to feature our cars in the game, and for this, we will not charge you anything to purchase the licences as a gesture of goodwill. We are shipping the cars you mentioned to Scalietti shortly so you can make a CAD for the game. We would also like to ship you several other cars not on sale, these include the DHL-Vitaphone R12 GT1 Race Car, the E-Series Touring Car, H-Series Touring Car, T-Series Cup Car and the S8 Race Car. These cars may make the game more exciting.

Good luck with FIA GT, if you require anything at all, please let us know.

First, let us congratulate you on the new name of your company. We hope you will prosper under it and enjoy the same good fortune you did under your old name.

Secondly, we would like to place an order for the following vehicles which will be used to form motorcades to transport our officials around the country when other means of transport (such as air and rail) are not available. We would like to order
50 G-Series Hard Cars
20 M8 LWB Stadthouders
100 H-Series Patrol Cars

All of these vehicles should be painted jet black and should be devoid of any markings.

We thank your for your time and let us congratulate you again.

Mikoyan-Guryevich Department of Foreign Affairs

Thank you for your support of our move to change our name. It is refreshing to hear some positive feedback amidst the confusion we have caused. We do, however, feel this change was necessary to reduce confusion in the long run. Now that the assimiliaton process has finished we are confident we can get on with business.

In regards to your order, we have begun production and will have completed all these vehicles in little over a week, meaning you should receive them in less than a month. Your order as follows:

20x M8 LWB Stadhouder 10,000,000
50x G8 Hard Car 6,000,000
100x H6 Patrol car 7,500,000

Total: 23,500,000

We would to mention that these vehicles would be perfectly set up for a motorcade of any description. All of these cars can resist a 7.62mm round from as close as 10 metres, and a Stadhouder can even resist a .50 cal round from 50 metres away.

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you return in the future.

Dear Mr Drought

We approve of the line up you have of our cars. May we also suggest you include one of our own tracks in your game, as VLT have done? Our Würger-Shrike Track holds not only a 5.4km race track with 18 corners, but a proving ground as well. enVision are more than welcome to come and map out our circuit for inclusion in the game.

It also looks like there are some very competitive cars in the other line ups as well. We always look forward to a challenge.

The Republic of Sibirsky

Thank you for filling out an application form and thus expressing interest in having Forza vehicles sold in your nation. For starters, we are going to open up 60 dealerships in strategically placed locations over the country to expose our brands, and we will open up more as the demand grows. We are setting our import number at 500,000 per year, consisting of a mixed range of models according to global market trends.
We are delighted to note the very low business taxes and the absense of emissions laws that could affect our revenue and we feel that this could be the start of a great relationship between Sibirsky and Forza.

Thankyou for filling out an application form and thus expressing interest in having Forza vehicles sold in your nation. We note that there is a rather large price on setting up the cost of a dealership, so before we make any commitments on dealer numbers, we want to clarify, is this the cost of the whole dealership or the tax for setting up the dealership?
Forza produces cars for countries that drive on the left and right side of the road, so there won't be a problem in sourcing right hand drive cars for the Republic of Lanos. We also do not have any issues in paying a 12.5% tax rate in your nation.

The high costs involve construction, startup, and tax for startup.
We can waive the tax, which would lower the cost to $1.2 million
