With millions of people permanently displaced, their homes wrecked, their lives shattered, many did not want to stay in Zellatia any more. As a result, with the permission of the Zellatian Foreign Office, millions of people are either going to the Zellatian Territories in hope of starting a new life, or more importantly, leaving the territories of Zellatia completely. While the war is in fact over, the fact remains that over one hundred million Zellatians are displaced. While there is plenty of room here, many are certain that they want to leave. That is where you, the International Community come in. This address has hopefully gone out to every non-enslaving, non-fascist country in the world, or my prompter has made some kind of error. Anyways, I ask that those who can provide space, good treatment, and integration to perhaps open your country to at least a few hundred thousand people. These people are by no means untrained and most are educated in some manor. Zellatians often know at least three languages, so any language barriers can likely be overcome.

There would be so many logistical nightmares with the numbers you are willing to take all at once that our statistics experts threw down the papers and stormed off before we could get an answer from them. This letter has reached your executive desk today, for the nineteen Freemasonic Councillors have noted the distress which your government must currently have felt, and the many economic as well as social challenges which it will experience with the passage of the time itself. The Freemasonic Association and its respective Aurenorian institutions have, for more than thrice a generation, uphold the right of individual entrance - irregardless of nationalities of origin - to experience, and fully integrate within as members of the Freemasonry and, to assume the path of full citizenship.

The abovementioned, unrestricted access policy has always furthermore been extended to any and all existing foreign commerce and trade through the extent of the island nation's border. I believe, truly so, in the right of one's unfettered access to free trade for all; the very value which the Freemasonic Revolution of more than a millennium in mankind's historical chapters have imprinted upon us - Aurenorians of today - to remember by. Only with the true realisation that history must not, and shall thereby not, repeat itself will we - brothers and sisters of the international community - fully ripe the untold reward and prize which the aforementioned two initiatives shall brought forth.

In my position, as the one hundred and twenty-seventh Grand Master of the Freemasonic Association, shall I express my deepest condolences and regret for the countless lives which Zellatia must have lost following the immediate aftermath of its tragic, insurrectionist war. In full understanding of the aforementioned shall I invite you - Foreign Minister Lor 'Deran - to establish an Aureno-Zellatian intergovernmental migration treaty; with the hope of firmly consolidating the principle which both nations shall have in regard to the migration of its respective citizens.

And shall it be forthwith, that I have authorised for the wide opening of every Aurenorian gates and border to refugees of Zellatian background. Your people are welcomed to grace our land. With the countless millions of Zellatian citizens displaced - their fortunes robbed and bereft of luck - I am sure that this initiative and extension of warm, helping hand shall benefit your represented government in its direst hours. Any and all passport requirements as well as visa restrictions shall be waived for any and all Zellatian citizens, regarding their possibility of entrance to Aurenoria.

It is in my deepest hope that your citizens and refugees of your nation shall welcome the hospitality as well as culture of their new home; the Freemasonic Association of Aurenoria.

For individual freedom and the cause of truth itself; shall the light be with you.

We are, as a whole, grateful for your charity in our time of need. As soon as our lawyers go over any treaty you send with a fine-toothed comb and a focused mind or two, we will begin the proceedings to send 3.5 million people to your nation. While we have never actively known about your nation, nor the freemasons as a whole, we accept you aid for the good of all Zellatians who will soon emigrate to your shores. You have the right to ask for a background on any of our citizens if you wish it, as per Zellatian national policy, and also have to right to deny any migrants who you find distasteful in some manor from entering your nation.
