Repeating issues?

Today I got two new issues: Same as week ago. Isn't it strange? I accepted those issues, but now I got them again. I took same answers as before. Is it bug or something normal?

My normal response would have been "do you have a web accelerator" but violet recently said that shouldn't be an issue anymore. That along with the recent implementation of not repeating issues too frequently, sorry, I have no idea.

If the nation is the same one posting here, founded last week, then it may well be connected to [violet]'s recent change in how issues are selected. A question: Was one of the issues issue 0? (Whether to have voluntary, mandatory or no elections?) If so, repetition of that issue is not surprising. The repetition of another issue at this stage of a nation's development would have been quite surprising before the change and, given the purpose of the change, I find it rather surprising now. [violet] and I have been discussing the change and whether there is possibly a problem - so far, the evidence that there is a problem is not compelling. However, your situation seems to make the case that something is not quite right stronger.

I suggest that you post again if your nations sees more repeats, particularly while it is still only getting issues from the set of 0-30.

My suspicion is that the change [violet] just made (see this thread) will prevent (or at least minimize) future problems of this sort.
