Relationships

Postby Amor Pulchritudo » Tue Dec 01, 2009 5:06 am

There are often threads on NSG that are about sex. We may joke every now and then that "you wouldn't be on NS if you were getting laid", but obviously this is a gross generalisation. So, I was wondering, who on NSG is in a relationship? Furthermore, tell us about your relationship. Are you married? Are you "casual"? Are you in a relationship with a fellow NSer?

Single. Went through college wanting nothing to do with a relationship. Had a brief one about a year ago...currently, I have no desire to get connected to someone only to move in 9 months, but no longer so against being in one.

Due to the fact that I'm a 15-year old nerd, who spends most of his time either playing on the 360 or being on the computer, I'm single.

Nope. Just got through a very painful internet thing. Wasn't officially dating due to wanting to meet him in person first, but we cared a great deal about each other. But it went really wrong, tearing apart a friendship in the process. To the point we stopped speaking for a while just to cut down the stress and to decide whether to stay together. Turns out, nope. I hope we'll be friends again, one day. When we're both a bit less messed up.

...And by 'just', I literally mean we worked that out that it was all gone in the last few hours. :( I wouldn't be spilling nearly this much I bet otherwise. *wibbles*

I'll... just be going now, because most won't care and the rest will wish I hadn't been so depressing.

They can be troublesome at times, but for the most part, girlfriends are great. :)

But, do you feel uncomfortable in social situations and don't know how to talk to people? That's probably the main reason I don't have a girlfriend. And, that I'm most of the time thinking about something else, like ''Where should the WMU's capital be in the book?'' or ''What if Nazi Zombies attack?''.

EDIT: Friend, not fiend.

The awkwardness probably stems from two things: 1. Psychological disorders, and 2. Being mostly alone from the start. Seriously, I've been always mostly alone.
