Some benefits when joining our embassy program:
1. Your own phaser pistol licenced by The Galactic Federation of Odinburgh will be issued to your nation's ambassador. We do not accept outside weapons allowed in Odinburgh Federation Territory unless it approved by the Galactic Federation of Odinburgh. The phaser we issue must be on your ambassador at all times. Do not fire unless an alert as been issued by direct order. Unless direct threat has been directed in the precence of your ambassador by an individual or group of individuals action may be permitted to use force by a nation's ambassador or by their security guards. All suspicious behavior relating to your ambassador may be filed with Odinburgh Security if a great concern should arise that is greater than what your nation's security guards can handle. The Galactic Federation of Odinburgh does not permit issue of phaser rifles to diplomatic individuals or to their security guards. Any other weapons brought in must be approved by The Galactic Federation of Odinburgh Security Office.
2. Your nation's ambassador will be granted a apartment dorm room in our Grand Embassy Ambassadorial Estates Building in Thorheim on the planetary state of Odinburgh Prime, Odin Tropics Embassy Ambassadorial Estates in Asgard City on the planetary state of Asgard or Midgard Embassy Ambassadorial Estates in Oslo, Norway. It is furnished with a kitchen, office, entertainment/communications conference room, a bedroom and personal transporter room.
3. Your nation's ambassador will be granted a transport shuttlecraft and two pilots which to pilot the craft. However your ambassador may opt to use their own pilots if they request it. They are to obey your ambassador's orders where ever you many travel. The shuttlecraft is highly equiped with all the latest technology so your nation's ambassador travels safely around the Galactic Federation of Odinburgh. Your nation is in charge of supplying its own starship for long range travel outside the Galactic Federation of Odinburgh to your home system or elsewhere.
4. Your nation's ambassador may bring their own security guards and diplomatic staff with them which is in charge of your apartment's security and run daily diplomatic activities but at all our Ambassadorial Estates locations are mostly protected by Odinburgh's security guards.
5. Your nation's ambassador will be issued a com badge which he or she must wear while during duties as Ambassador and also a issued communicator which must be carried at all times while on duty.
6. Your nation's ambassador is granted full immunity rights when your nation is part of The Galactic Federation of Odinburgh Embassy Program.
Ambassadorial & Diplomats' Rights
1. Ambassadors and Diplomatic Staff are granted full diplomatic immunity rights.
2. The Embassy Estates locations or Embassy building (approved by the G. F.O.) is considered neutral ground and regulated under their nation's laws. Only guards are present at Embassy Estates locations in the Galactic Federation of Odinburgh. Separate Embassy building locations that are approved by the F.O. nations must provide their own security for their embassy building.
3. The Embassy Estates locations or Embassy building (Approved by the G. F.O.) is considered to be a place of peace and friendly relations.
4. Excessive security and weaponry is not permitted unlessed approved by the G. F.O.
5. No Ambassador and their security is not permited to possess a phaser rifle during the duties of its diplomatics functions. Same for Diplomats too.
6. Ambassadors and Diplomats along with their staffs must be tolerant of other nations that have embassies or relations with The Galactic Federation of Odinburgh.
7. Families of ambassadorial and diplomatic staff have the right to food, shelter, education, and healthcare services while living in The Galactic Federation of Odinburgh.
8. Ambassadors and diplomats must provide their own starship for long range travel outside the Galactic Federation of Odinburgh if to go to their own homeworld or elsewhere.
9. If the ambassador or diplomatic staff leave the grounds of their embassy building or Embassy Estate location, they are expected to respect the laws and property of the Galactic Federation of Odinburgh.
10. All ambassadors and diplomatic staff must carry a standard issue phaser pistol at all times while during duties or away from their embassy office. Not required while off duty but still advisable just in case.
