Season One

The W.W.A.R.A (World Wide Automobile Racing Association) Championship first season is open for nation's to sign up a team or to host a race. There are 18 races per season. The maximum number of drivers that you can use during a season is 4, minimum is 2. You can only have 1 team in the Championship. There will be 23 drivers, thus meaning 23 cars, 1 or 2 drivers per team.
The maximum budget is $50,000,000 per season. All rules must be followed otherwise a fine or race position being changed. The I.A.R.A Championship is governed by The W.W.A.R.A.R.E (World Wide Automobile Racing Association Rule Enforcers)

Car Livery
A1. Teams must run all two cars with the same livery.
A2. If the livery is to changed, permission must be granted by The W.W.A.R.A.R.E
A3. All cars must carry the driver numbers assigned in the letter of permission to race letter sent prior to the Championships begining by The W.W.A.R.A.R.E
A4. The teams name or emblem must appear on the front of the car.

Classification
B1. All drivers who have completed 90% of the race will be classified, even if they were not running when the winner took the chequered flag.
B2. If a race is stopped before full distance, the classification will be the same as the last lap that was fully completed.

Driver Change and Additional Drivers
C1. Teams may use up to 4 drivers per season.
C2. 2 drivers may race for the team at anytime.
C3. If the team wishes to commission a driver change, The W.W.A.R.A.R.E must be notified befor qualifying.
C4. However, teams may change drivers after qualiyfing in exceptional cirmstances. E.g: An driver is injured.

Officals
D1. At each race there will be 10 race officals that make decisions.
D2. The head offical is Carlo Di Secara.

Pit Lane Procedures
E1. The W.W.A.R.A.R.E will locate each team a garage and a pit box.

Points
F1. The points system is as follows:
1st. 20 points.
2nd. 15 points.
3rd. 12 points.
4th. 10 points.
5th. 9 points.
6th. 7 points.
7th. 5 points.
8th. 3 points.
9th. 2 points.
10th. 1 point.

Qualifying
G1. There are 3 qualifying sessions.
G2. All 26 cars will take to the track and attempt to set the fastest time. The slowest 8 cars are knocked out.
G3. The remaining 18 cars take to the track and attempt to set the fastest time. The slowest 8 cars are knocked out..
G4. The lastest 10 have a pole shoot out and whoever sets the fastest time is on pole.

Other Information: Divalo Racing has a 50 year long history in I.T.C.R.L (Isointanian Touring Car Race League) and won 20 Champoships. Divalo Racing has been making road cars under the name Divalo for 110 years, producing the first car in Isointania. Lorenzo Moretti is a popular figure in Isointania.Luca Ferrari is the son of Davide Ferrari, the massively succesful I.T.C.R.L driver. Davide Di Grezeti is a hugely taleted prospect. Giovanni Giordano is well known for driving in the T.U.N.I.T.C.S (The United Nations of Isoinlia Touring Car Series) and winning it 7 times in a row. It is estimated that the car the team has built, The Divalo Velocità , will reach speeds of 225 mph.

Where the Track is Based: Scoppioé City, the capital of Isointania.

Race Number In Season: The First.
Other Information: Velocità Per l'Amore was built in 1947 ,from a Army Base used in The First Great Isointanian War, and was revamped in 2003. Velocità Per l'Amore can seat up to 100,000 spectators and is the pinacle of Motor Sport might. I.T.C.R.L is hosted on Velocità Per l'Amore reguarly.It is famous for the Salo Curve, a hairpin which is the first corner on the track. It is a great overtaking track.

Other Information: The Clengin family, owners of Clengin Family Restaurants, started their own race team in 1980. The team was immediately successful, as all racers were of the Clengin family, and had already been racing for years. Gregory Clengin won the Kannapian National Championship in 1983, and again in 1984, 1985, and 1987, before he retired. Current members of the team are Greg Clengin, Peter Clengin, and Andy Clengin.
Greg has been with the team since 1996, and at age 33 he still has a lot to give to the team. He has already won three championships in the Kannapian National League (KNL), with promise to win more. He won the championship in 1999, 2002, and 2005.
Peter has been with with the team since 1989, and at age 40, he is the best and most expierenced driver on the team. He has won the KNL Championships in 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1997, 2000, 2007, and 2011. He is the only driver to ever win ten racing championships in Kannap.
Andy is the youngest on the team, being around since 2007. He is 22 years old, and has one Kannapian National Championship under his belt, won it in 2010. He is looking for more to follow. He wants to be the second Clengin, and Kannapian citizen to reach ten championship wins.

Other Information: KNC Raceway was built in 1960, when the League needed a new track for the championships. The Former track was destroyed by a fire in 1957. The track has no capacity regarding how many people can watch a race, if you can find a spot, then you have yourself a spot.

There are several very trick turns, and drivers will need to be carefull they don't make any mistakes. 80,000 fans will be able to attend the race, with ticket prices being set at NSD$ 50.

Other Information: The Cours Automobile de Laurentia 500 was built in 1922 as the Cours Automobiles Laurentienne. It was renamed the Cours Automobile de Laurentia 500 in 1947 when the Laurentia 500 started.

The Red Riders were founded in 1982 by a group of driver wannabes. After a series of losses at several Redayan racing championships, they finally became known by winning the Bronze Cup in the 24th Redayan Racing Championship. Followed by several other similar successes, some businesses in Redaya began supporting them, with the RSC being the largest corporation to support the Red Riders so far.

Recently, they have decided to also race in international championships.

Other Information: Heavy rain is never uncommon in most of the northern towns and cities of Redaya. Babata is no exception to this, as even during the summer, visitors will witness somewhat light rain whilst during the spring, the rains are at their worst. Due to this and the fact that Babata is located in a mountainous province, it is no wonder that the weather is cold there. Drivers have to drive carefully in this track, since the rain which falls on this town almost daily makes the road slippery.

Where the Track is Based: Islayar, Ambibia

Other Information: During wartime the Islayar racing grounds are used for practice military vehicles, otherwise it is used in racing when available. The staduim holds 15,000 people and is well-known for it's excessive advertising. The track has not been re-paved in a good 45 years, so there are multiple patches and bumps, but this provides excellent entertainment for racing fans and media.
