We of Crystal Spires would like to make a formal announcement regarding the official re-opening of our Embassy program in the Capital City of Caltris and several new consulate. We welcome those applicants that wish to apply for a position in our Honored Nation, and applicants will be granted on a priority basis. We have several requirements for applicants to ensure the continued harmony between our nations.
The following pledge is to be stated and enforced by every diplomat entering the Country in official capacities:

Weapons and Magi/Magic Users
We do understand the need to protect a diplomat and an embassy, and the Beastling States has relatively lax restrictions regarding the type of weaponry that may be present on embassy grounds. However, all weaponry within an embassy, or on an embassy's grounds will require a Permit, which is obtainable after a training course which may be waived and an examination which may not be waived. It consists of material on the care and use of firearms offered for free by the Beastling States. This also covers concealable carried weapons. Magi, while we recognize their inborn gift, if they intend to use their ability for employment purposes to allow their protection from unfair lawsuits, they are advised to obtain a registration for use of magic in the workplace.
Vehicles
Military Vehicles, and any armed vehicles are permitted for any non-military personnel within the Beastling States, and this applies to embassy personnel as well. This is, however subject to more stringent regulation, requires a permit that can be permanently rescinded, and is not advised. No more than three vehicles may be operated on behalf of an embassy, and while aircraft are not subjected to any restrictive legislation, helicopters are preferred over miniature-jets, and only one aircraft can be included in an embassy application. All diplomatic transportation will be subjected to global positioning system tracking devices being installed within the vehicle, although diplomatic vehicle will not be tracked without consent. This is done to ensure that all stolen or lost diplomatic transportation can be recovered as soon as possible and any emergency circumstances can be immediately responded to. Global positioning system tracking devices can be also be removed upon request.
Personnel
Personnel within the embassy must not exceed 70, armed personnel must not exceed 20. Should the number of personnel within an embassy surpass the legal limit, a time window of four days will be given for which during this time the diplomatic staff of select embassy will be given time to sort through the situation at hand before a discussion will be mandated between the Spires and the nation in question.
Regarding Diplomatic Immunity
Without a preestablished treaty there will be no diplomatic immunity assumed in the Spires, and to those who wish to ask for Diplomatic immunity, it will still be limited and be in effect for unarmed personnel, however armed personnel are not covered by diplomatic immunity if such personnel are off embassy grounds. Should any person commit an act that goes against Spirean law, whilst on diplomatic mission, they will be subjected to the Spirean courts, with the exception of ambassadors under immunity; Ambassadors under immunity cannot and will not be subjected to trial or arrest, however, ambassadors who are found to have violated Spirean law will likely be removed, declared persona non-grata and will be banished from the country, returning again in unofficial capacities removes such diplomatic immunity and they are subject to arrest.
Regarding Location
All Official embassies are to be located in the city of Caltris, within the Ambassadorial District. while Consulates are available to have their location by request.The land plot in which the embassy or consulate is established upon is under the regulation of Standard Regulatory code for health andd safety reasons, however, will be maintained by the owner of the embassy, and is to be regarded as all personal property, however once diplomatic staff leave the grounds of the embassy, they are expected to respect laws and property of the Beastling States and its citizens.
The Ambassadorial District of Caltris
To the South East of the Caltris Governmental District, is the Ambassadorial District. The Ambassadorial District is well known for having its large and magnificent gardens and pavilions. On the Holiday of Eventide, the flying Lanterns are released from the Central Garden Pavillion, and petal ‘carpets’ are designed on the Lesser Celebration of Eventide. The Temple District is directly north of the Ambassadorial District, and the Theater District is to the West of the Ambassadorial District. The area is a chaotic patchwork of architectural styles, and is defended by a series of arcane wards. The most prominent Tavern is the Maiden’s Veil, which is connected with a local brewery well known for their Chocolate flavored Stout, Spiced and Dark Rum. There is a tram that operates on any point of the day, and takes people throughout the city and to the Airdock and Harbor. The Harbor is 15 minutes away and the Airdocks and Airports are 45 minutes away. The Emergency Response teams are timely in case of emergency and it is less than 5 minutes away from Caltris General Hospital. There are also several cultural monuments and tourist spots nearby, and international restaurants of renown in the spot have their businesses in the area.
The Consular District of Merlon
To the West of the Merlonian Temple District, is the Consular District. The Consular District is well known for having large water gardens, and the best baked goods in the region whose warm scent wafts throughout the city. There are also large concert halls where songs can be heard in the distance. On the Holiday of Chillmorne, the “Luminae”, traditionally festive songs and the “Viridae” traditionally morose songs, are sung. Sweet Dark Chocolate Cakes called “Chillmorne Burns” are made. It is similar to Black Forest cake, but has Chocolate glaze topping and coconut shavings and they are often made there throughout the seasons. On the Celebration of Eventide, there are fireworks over the lake of Azohuorah and the Consulates are often invited to participate in the festivities. The area has a more uniform architectural style, and is, like Caltris, defended by a series of arcane wards set up in case of emergency. The City is well known for being ideal for sailing and fishing. The most prominent Tavern is Four and Twenty Blackbirds, which is connected with a local Vineyard well known for their red wine and various rums. There is a full bus network that operates on any point of the day, and takes people throughout the city and to the Harbor. The Harbor is less than 5 minutes away and the Airdocks and Airports 20 minutes away. The Emergency Response teams are timely in case of emergency and it is less than fifteen minutes away from The Hospital of Eaves End. There are also several cultural monuments and tourist spots nearby, and the lake of Azohuorah is right to the south of the City.
The Consular District of Mephiste
To the South of the Fortress of Elyion, is the Consular District. The Consular District is well known for its proximity to resorts, hot springs, and its picturesque beauty. On the Holiday of Chillmorne, the ice sculpture festival is held. Sweet Dark Chocolate Cakes called “Chillmorn Burns” are made which is similar to Black Forest cake, but with Chocolate glaze topping and coconut shavings and are often made there, along with stuffed hot buns. On the Celebration of Eventide, there are fireworks on the cliffside of the Fornt’s Crown Mountains. The area has a uniform architectural style, and is, unlike Caltris and Merlon, defended by the Cloud Ruler’s Gate which is a large gate around the city, much like the fortress of Elyion itself, and is heavily defended. The City is well known for being a massive fortress where “Metallic” or Benevolent Dragons are said to be spotted flying in the distance. The most prominent Tavern is Mythor’s Grog, which is connected with a local brewer well known for their vodka. There is a network of bus and lift lines that operates on any point of the day, and takes people throughout the city and to the Fortress, which is less than 5 minutes away and the Airdocks and Airports are an hour and 45 minutes away. The Emergency Response teams are timely in case of emergency and it is less than five minutes away from a hospital called The Healer Hands. There are also several cultural monuments and tourist spots nearby, and the Fornt’s Crown mountains are to the north of the City.
The Consular District of Fordur
To the East of the Clandian Oasis is the Consular District. The Consular District is well known for their spaciousness and proximity to the tourist attractions. In the City there are Intricately carved stone towers and beyond the Oasis are large ruins that archeologists have been exploring on historic Unbidden and Ancient Beastling cities. The area has a relatively uniform architectural style, and is defended by several seals applied by mages and desert shaman. The City is well known for the beautiful giant stone statues carved into old desert sandstone. The most prominent Tavern is The Dusty Barmaid, which is connected with an importer and is well known for their unique liquor called Arrack from the coconut trees. There is a network of bus and strider lines that operates on any point of the day, and it takes people throughout the city and to the ruins, which are less than 10 minutes away and the Airdocks and Airports are an hour and 45 minutes away. The Emergency Response teams are timely in case of emergency and it is less than five minutes away from a hospital called Fordur Central Hospital. There are also several cultural monuments and tourist spots nearby.
In Caltris:
Hobbiest Republic has constructed a modest fortification with stable and small green for staff and ambassadors to assemble and carryout morning calisthenics. A helipad has been constructed rather than a customary roof, and reception is less than 100 sq ft. There is an armory for the heavier weapons as well as a nurses office and quarters for all personnel.
Lykosia has constructed a two-story Russo-Byzantine style structure with a small flower garden behind the building. The yard is filled with tall trees, enough to make it shaded and protected from the sunbeam. An underground section has been built with at least 4 rooms, one of them is a meeting room. Above the trees are Solar Panels which power the Facilities which makes it a green power source.
Greater Mackonia has constructed a stone tower with a native Spirean Cocao tree on its roof. There is a Mackonian flag on the highest branch.
Dyste has constructed a traditional Spirean house with Relglian architectural features and a central courtyard in its center with a fountain and space for a shrine of choice. There is also a small vegetable garden with local Spirean fruits, nuts, herbs, and vegetables where a small wind drake has made its home. It has become accustomed to visitors which feed him bits of Clerol grass.
Kouralia has constructed a compound surrounded by a small 3m high wall with a foot-path along the edge of the wall. The main building is two stories in height with traditional Kouralian style and points upon its exterior where the RCWSs are stationed and is built to military protection standards. The interior is bolstered with military-grade steel. The rear of the building, but within the compound is a small separate shrine to the Pantheon within its own building and is a MilSpec security bunker, accessible by stairs and a lift to a lobby before the secure door and is built two levels underground and is able to accommodate the whole staff for a minimum of 7 days, and a maximum of 3 months it has an armoury, air recycling and food and water storage rooms. There is a third building to which has a parking garage and a flat roof for aerial transport and enough room to fit in the three vehicles.
Malgrave has constructed a two storey house in the Georgian architecture style with inbuilt medical facilities, an armory and a small helicopter pad located in the Garden.
In Mephiste
Minroz has constructed a Chinese style building using feng shui and Taoism to organize construction. The structure has its back to the mountains and ensures that there is water in the front. Considerations are also made such that the generally windowless back of the structure faces the north, where the wind is coldest in the winter. A ponds, pool, well, and other water sources are usually built into the structure with a praying shrine in the embassy.
In Merlon
Kvatchdom has constructed a three story traditional Merlonian building with an inner courtyard and dockside bay. The exterior is brown and made with the strange stone native to Spires and the inside has hardwood floors and a fireplace. There is a deck on the building which overlooks the City and the Lake of Azohuorah.
Conclespia has constructed a three-story British parliamentary-style building with a small, open plaza in front of it. The plaza has a medium-sized, stone fountain in the middle of it and an orderly perpendicular stone path criss-crossing. In the gaps between the stone paths there is neatly trimmed patches of grass and the interior has Spirean inspired interior decoration. There is a US congressional-style meeting room in the center of the building, and the building runs on solar power.
The Greater Pony Herd has constructed a three-story building built in traditional Herdite and equestrian styles, with a small garden which regularly attracts pixies and a full plaza in front of it. The embassy planning also includes a helicopter pad and a Harmonist shrine.
