It is my great pleasure to open the doors of the diplomatic program of the Most Serene Principality to the world. As we wish to further the expansion of Kingborough into the international community and into diplomatic circles, Prince of Kingborough Iosac II have decided to begin accepting embassies and treaty requests.
We hope the nations of the world will be equally as open to establish and or further diplomatic ties between our nations.

Embassies
All embassies will be located on Ambassadors Lane in the capital city of Saint Martin, complete with views over the pristine Venture Bay and easy access to the Royal Palace, Regent's Palace and the offices of the government ministries of Kingborough.
Ambassador's and Deputy Ambassador's are granted full diplomatic immunity, and are free from arrest, immune to search or arrest warrants, criminal charges, and subpoena. However, we reserve the right to prosecute in areas regarding traffic violations. The other diplomatic staff of your embassy are also immune to certain charges such those of petty theft, and are immune to subpoena but any capital crime (espionage, murder, terrorism. etc) will automatically invalidate that immunity and we reserve the right to prosecute in areas regarding traffic violations.
~ Rules on Staff, Weapons, Drugs, Alcohol and Animals
Staff:
1. Each embassy is allowed to have up to 10 security staff, including any Ambassadorial bodyguards.
2. Each embassy is allowed to have up to 10 general staff.
3. Each embassy is allowed to have up to 10 diplomatic staff.
4. Education of children of embassy staff will be payed for by the Kingborough government.
Weapons:
1. Each embassy is allowed to have up to 10 semi or non-automatic fire arms. Automatic weapons are strictly banned.
2. Sniper rifles and other long range weapons are strictly banned.
3. Armoured vehicles are permitted, but armed vehicles (vehicles equipped with weaponry) are not.
Drugs & Alcohol:
1. All drugs brought into the country by the Ambassador or any embassy staff must be strictly for medical use, and require a valid prescription. Recreational drugs are strictly banned.
2. Alcohol is allowed, but any alcohol brought into the country by embassy staff must be strictly for personal use and may not be sold in Kingborough.
Animals:
1. Each embassy and its staff may bring a maximum of twenty animals into the country.
2. All animals other than fish must undergo normal quarantine procedures, and will be confined to a quarantine facility for six months upon entering the Principality.
3. All fish must undergo normal quarantine procedures, and will be confined to quarantine facilities quarantined for three weeks.
4. Kingborough will provide such quarantine free of charge for all embassy staff.
