Featuring one of the most voluminous cargo holds of any civil or military aircraft flying today, the Haruspex Aerospace Design/Haruspex International Armaments offers a unique way to transport oversized air cargo.
The HT-02 Ciban Ryiman was developed to carry complete sections of HAD aircraft from different production sites around Europa to the Tver, Pirin Ward, District 4 Industrial Area. Its main-deck cargo volume is greater than the An-124. With a cylindrical cargo compartment cross-section 7.1 meters wide X 7.1 meters high, the Ciban Ryiman can carry large helicopters with little or no strip-down/disassembly required. The cargo deck’s overall length of 37.7 meters allows long payloads to be handled with ease.
Relocating the Ciban Ryiman's cockpit below its main deck level allows for easy roll-on/roll-off of cargo. The large single-piece main cargo door swings upward to provide access to the cargo compartment and provides unrestricted use of the entire main deck cargo compartment volume.
It is operated by a three-member crew comprising two pilots and a loadmaster. The main instrument panel incorporates six cathode ray tube (CRT) displays that continuously provide flight, navigation and systems-monitoring information in a clear, comprehensive manner.
Also included in the cockpit are controls for a transportable heating module that can be installed in the main deck cargo compartment. The module provides temperature-controlled conditions for sensitive payloads
In addition to serving the internal transportation needs of HIDAS, HAD/HIA offers Ciban Ryiman export models to the international market. HAD ensures a high level of customer satisfaction with loading, unloading, and delivery designed to be fast, safe, flexible, and reliable. As demonstrated by years of successful operations throughout Europa and the international scene via it's military sales.
Features: * Strategic operations (long range, large capacity, high cruise speed). * Tactical missions (soft-field performance, autonomous ground operation, low speed / low level operations, aerial delivery). * "In-Theatre" tanking operations (receiving as well as dispensing fuel). * Fly-by-wire Flight Control System with side stick controllers. * Flight envelope protection system, already proven in commercial aircraft. * Advanced structural design incorporating extensive use of composite materials. * High performance turbofan engines, allowing operation in civil air traffic control environment. * High flotation landing gear, allowing operation from short, unpaved airfields.
Air-to-Air Refueling * A two-point trailing drogue system can be installed within two hours by fitting two standard air-to-air refueling pods (optional) to the multi-role attachment points on the wings. Each pod provides a fuel flow of up to 1.200kg/min. * A centre-line pallet-mounted hose drum unit can be fitted in the rear cargo bay. It provides a fuel flow of 1.800kg/min.
