Recently , the government of Riechfallen has watched over the West Troptopian interest , with interest and pity on the behalf of the West Troptopian people , and disgust on behalf of the Hardenburghian and Churchillian governments. The unwarranted destruction of the Nationalist government in West Troptopia , was unnecessary , and prevented the much needed salvation of the country. However , today , his Glorious Highness , our great Furher , Aldoz Hessler , announces his intention to liberate the people of West Troptopia from Democratic rule , and take back the territory , for its nationalist government. To obtain this goal , 350,000 soldiers have been mobilised , along with 15 armored divisions. We urge the Hardenburghian and churchillian forces on the island to lay down arms now , as there is nothing you can do to prevent this advance , your forces will be given a safe passage out of the territory. This can be considered a 24 hour ultimatum , and if you fail to respond positively , within that given time then we will be forced to use force

TO: Riechfallen

Hardenburgh , although it despises fascism in any form or shape , realises that this is a battle , it simply doesn't have the manpower to win. Hardenburgh will accept Riechfallens ultimatum regardless of the actions of the rest of the Federation , and will have its soldiers withdrawn from the territory 48 hours , until Riechfallens forces arrive on the island , we will keep a small five hundred man strong force deployed on the island and active to prevent any looting. However , the government of Riechfallen should be reminded that the actions of other Commonwealth members are beyond our control , and they may choose to engage you in open warfare
