After the previous years, several events have caused the Team, and I personally, to reassure newcomers that we are what we set ourselves out to be. Your safety and privacy are respected at all times and we welcome any faces to the Orion Corporation from many backgrounds and countries and will do everything to make you feel at home. As of April 15th of 2017, the Orion Corporation is officially re-opened for a new launch of recruiting. Recruitment sessions and interviews will be held daily for up to three recruits on that scheduled day. If you are unable to attend the session(s) at that time, you may be replaced with another recruit for that time and you may have to reschedule. The Orion Corporation is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items, baggage, or devices that may have been on your personnel during the trip to New Amaira. The Orion Corporation is not expected to provide for the arriving person(s) until after being accepted into the community. Because of this, a hefty amount of food goods, clothing, and communication devices should be brought with you on your trip here so that you are safe and nourished at all times.

If you are interested, feel free to ask any questions or get involved with the Orion community in New Amaira. Trips can be planned for as soon as the following week or weekend and will be given to any persons who so choose to become a member of Orion. If accepted into the Team, you and your family will be given monthly compensations for your efforts and your willingness to help out. Even if you are denied, you will be given a trip back to home at no cost to you.

All requests are open as of currently. Not all applicants will be accepted. Questions may be asked on this thread and will be answered based on IC and OOC factors. Anyone who posts an application will be friended so that I know when you are online when I am. Tech levels are anywhere from MT (Modern Tech) to FT (Future Tech). Telegram me if you have any private concerns or any specific inquires. An IC thread will be created once at least one applicant is accepted. The Orion Corporation: A New Chapter is based on the previous threads for the Orion Corporation RP ran by me several years ago. Non-serious applications will not be accepted; this includes unexplained or unrealistic (determined by me) characters. You do not need a lot of detail (Such as your Bio) for your character in this phase, but write some extra notes down for future use in the RP because you will need it. Interviews and recruitment sessions will only be held if you check the OOC [X] Include Recruitment Session on your application form. An unlimited amount of people can post applications, but note that only three will be interviewed/checked that or the next day. There is only an age limit for IC characters (18-30).

Important: Please include the OOC times you are available for RP purposes on your application. This will help me know when we will be online at the same time.

If interested, please take this time to read the below rules, guidelines, and regulations of the Orion Corporation. The following information is there to help you understand as much as possible before beginning your trip.

Guidelines
As instructed by several managerial members of Orion, a new set of guidelines and procedure of recruitment has now been set into place for future use. To avoid any conflicts during your trip to the OCOM, you should follow the steps below in order. All other non-essential questions can be answered within an allotted time period during your recruitment interview.

1. Firstly, clarification on the terminology use and the basic understand of the OCOM. A Zeppelin is an undersea powered transportation mechanism. It is not airborne, nor will it ever be. All passengers are required to be seated and in use of the safety harness to prevent injury during travel. No passenger, not even administration, may be permitted at any instance to enter the pilot room. This is for your own safety. OCOM stands for Orion Corporation Complexa. This references all of the stations and staff members apart of them collectively. The terms "stations", "sites", and "complexes" all refer to the structures in the OCOM, such as Alpha and Beta.

2. You are expected to respect and follow the chain of command and all staff and administration members of the Orion Corporation. Refusal or failure to do so will result in a punishment specifically based on the situation. In most cases, you will no longer receive compensation or attend those activities.

3. Any discovery of a verbal threat, harassment, or physical fight/dispute must be reported as soon as possible. In any physical or repeating event of the stated situations, involved participants (even in the case of antagonization) will be removed from the Orion Corporation without hesitation. You are on camera except in your private quarters. Even so, security may take some time to reach a situation appropriately. Your courage to step up and tell someone is greatly valued.

4. In the case of a potential flood, alert a member of administration, your crew captain, or a security officer. Cameras may not be able to visualize any cracks or damage to a window, wall, or door until it is too late to act. If the flood does happen, gain the highest elevation you can so the water does not reach you. However, this is unlikely except in very few cases where the automatic doors do not close and seal. It is still better to be safe than not.

5. In the case of a door malfunction, alert the nearest member of administration or security, they will be able to unlock the door. If there are none nearby, analyze the problem. If the door is stuck open, do not touch the door. You may cause the door to close prematurely and injure yourself. Leave the area or room until the door is repaired. If the door is stuck closed, the sensors may not recognize you. There will be a key input panel on the right side of the door. Type your full PIN number to open the door. If you are a recruit and have not received your PIN, contact your crew captain. If the door is still not responding, the circuits may have water or electrical damage. Do not touch the door until it is repaired.

6. In the case of a zeppelin failure, have the highest staff or administration member on board the zeppelin contact Zeta Zeppelin Management via communications terminal. An emergency dive crew will arrive shortly to repair the zeppelin. If a dive team does not arrive within the hour, the highest member of staff or administration will order an evacuation. There will be a large supply of rebreathers, pressure stabilizers, and other diving equipment in the two supply bins at the rear of the seats in the zeppelin. While evacuating, stay safe and stay close to the others. The highest staff or administration will escort the passengers to the nearest station. Stations have exterior cameras, which will automatically alert a security and medical team when you arrive.

7. As a member of the Orion Corporation, you are agreeing to the above rules and statements and offer to supply Orion with your knowledge, experience, and understanding of several concepts in return for monthly compensation. During your stay at Orion, you understand that your safety, wellbeing, health, and availability of food, water, and clothing are provided by the community. If you ever feel unsafe or desire unpaid time off, advise your crew captain. You will continue to qualify for monthly compensation until you take your leave of absence or fail to meet the rules, guidelines, and regulations set in by Orion.

Procedure

1. Before your trip to the Orion Corporation Complexa, make sure you have packed all the necessities of your time here before setting off. This includes a large supply of water, food, and clothing. Devices like personal phones, tablets, earpieces, laptops, storage containers, eyewear, and accessories may be packed as well. It is highly recommended to plan your flight near the time of your interview.

2. After arriving in New Amaira, you will be searched for weapons or dangerous items and then escorted to a private transport vehicle with the logo of Orion displayed. The vehicle will bring you to the OCOM Recruitment and Staffing Building.

3. Once there, you will be granted access and interviewed within the scheduled time listed on your application.

4. If accepted, you will be considered an Orion Corporation staff member and will have access to a basic number of things provided, such as clothing, food, and the OCOM. If you are not accepted, you will receive a free trip back to your own country.

5. The only way to get into the OCOM is via zeppelin. A zeppelin shuttle will be waiting at the OCOM Entrance in the OCOM Recruitment and Staffing Building. The shuttle will make several stops at various stations. Do not leave the zeppelin until you reach your designated station.

6. Your first objective is to speak with the crew captain to know what work you will be performing and when. The first day, though, is completely up to you. Ask any security officers or other staff members to get to know where you are going.
