The Note of Creation

Shaped by Maerios in the first moments of the World Between Worlds, the Note of Creation is his hammer, an instrument through which the Forge-Father enacts his divine will - amplifying and focusing his powers of creation and craft.
Type: Artifact
Description: A hammer of differing size, depending on the needs of the wielder, the Note of Creation has a head of brilliant white metal hammered from the light of the Heavens, and a deep sable forged of the boundless void under the Earth. Maerios himself stands between these two, fusing the infinite change of the Heavens and the stolid order of the Earth into the energy of Creation.
Notes: The Note of Creation is indestructible, having been forged out of the raw primordial energies of the Rainbow Mountain itself.


The Locus

The meeting place of the Gods, where the Thrones of Eternity stand. The Locus stands at the apex of the Rainbow Mountain in the First World, and is set about with the Thrones of Eternity, one for each God, none taller or greater than the others. It is a plateau of polished and perfectly flat primordial stone, made perfectly circular, hammered into existence by Maerios in the first moments of the new Creation.


The Godshome Mountains

A great mountain range, splitting the First World in twain along a north-south axis, the Godshome Mountains are the highest in Creation, their snowcapped peaks so high even birds cannot fly there.


The Delving of Tharband

A kindred of the Faithful, numbering five clans at the present - the people of Tharband include the First Man and the First Woman, the First Son and the First Daughter. They live in warm dry caves rich in ore north of the Tropics on the western marches of the Godshome Mountains, where they are aided by the firstborn of the Agaladrim in building a society. They understand the mysteries of prospecting, mining, forging, hunting, agriculture, and masonry.

NAME: Jephri's Grove
God Origin: Jephri
Type: Site
Description: A small grove containing several trees and a small lake.
Behaviour/Personality: Fairly generous.
Purpose: Birthplace of the god, Jephri.
Sacred place.
Natural Abilities: It is always spring in the grove, all year round: fruit trees are always packed with fruit and the water from the lake is always clean. And it rains sometimes.
Supernatural Powers: Healing properties. Those who rest under the shade of a tree in the grove will recover from all sorts of injuries quickly. It's even faster if they eat the fruit and drink the water. However, resting in the grove leaves you open to some strange and vivid dreams courtesy of Jephri himself.
Notes: I was thinking that maybe this could be a location for a heroes quest or something.
As civilisation progresses, the grove will disappear and reappear where it is most needed.
It will become a sort of mecca for Jephri's followers.

Ex-world power that withdrew from most of the world stage after a variety of problems trying to make a comeback.

NAME: Shúilíns (SHOO-el een)
God Origin: Mínadúrha
Type: Animal
Description: A bulging eye with white tentacles hanging from the back of it. The average Shúilín ranges from the size of a fingertip to that of a fist. They are a cold-blooded creature and can be found in a variety of temperate and tropical environments.
Behaviour/Personality: Shúilíns are very basic creatures that operate on instinct. They are little more than insects. They are carnivorous, and hunt each other and smaller animals and insects. They hunt by entwining a creature in their tentacles and squeezing it to death. The don't have mouths, instead they drag their prey to their lair (generally underground burrows) and excrete a weak acid on their prey via a gland at the root of their tentacles. They then absorb the nutrients via their tentacles over several hours.
Purpose: Mínadúrha was bored. She occasionally uses them to see areas her powers couldn't otherwise reach
Natural Abilities: They can stick to surfaces with their tentacles, and use them to jump, burrow, or hunt. They also have taste buds on their tentacles which allows them to use them to smell.
Supernatural Powers: none
Notes: Shúilíns are pretty gross and most cultures will probably see them as disgusting pests, like spiders.

Description Pretty much this:

Behaviour/Personality: Just like most big cats except like lions they live in groups. They are also nocturnal and are pretty good Climbers.
Purpose: Populate the world.
Natural Abilities: Pretty much the sum average big cats. Fast but not as fast as lions. Strong but not as strong as tigers. Pretty agile not as good as leopards. I figure some will learn how to swim based on habitat.

Notes They are a manifestation of the early men's fear of the unknown.

The Stoeat are large birds made primarily out of bronze. They are able to consume copper and tin and convert them to bronze.

While the Stoeat can eat inorganic materials, they prefer organic as it provides more benefits to them. When it comes to organic materials they are ominovores that can consume meat, fish, insects and plant matter.

When they consume organic matter they are able to convert this biomass into oil and biofuel. They produce tar as a waste product of this process.

Behaviour/Personality

Purpose: Avi’s created race.

Natural Abilities:
Stoeat are gifted with a long life, with an estimated 500 year average lifespan.
While they live they are resistant to corrosion, poison and toxins due to their metallic nature.
When they die they are able to reincarnate like a Phoenix, becoming an egg once again.
As large birds they are gifted with the ability to fly. The air sacs and hollow skeletal system make them lighter and aids their flight.
They have good eyesight, powerful bites, sharp claws and talons. When they eat they use their pharyngeal jaw to pull the food down their throat.
They are able to use echolocation.
Stoeat have the ability to use the hand like claws on their wings to grasp and manipulate objects.
They are more vulnerable to bludgeoning because of the hollow skeletal system.
They have enhanced hand eye coordination owing to the decentralized nervous system.
They have strong muscles, and a good ability to pump blood with 2 hearts and oxygenate it with their lungs.
As creatures that sleep upside down their legs are designed to relax while hanging upside down. When it does so it locks their feet shut in grasping form.
Stoeat have a closed circulatory system, that transports hemocyanin blood through their body. This system uses blood cells for the immune response and the plasma to carry the oxygen. Because it is less efficient at delivering oxygen, Stoeat’s have 2 hearts to pump blood into the lungs to get oxygenated at one main heart to pump blood throughout the body.
Stoeat have one sex. All Stoeat are capable of asexual reproduction, provided they have the copper and tin to create bronze within themselves.
Male oriented Stoeat typically have more arginine vasopressin hormone, while female oriented Stoeat have more Aromatase hormone.

Description: The Underworld is a vast collection of tunnels dug underneath the Rainbow Mountain, to which the souls of the dead are brought by the Ferriers. The caves are damp and warm, its walls covered by green bioluminescent fungi. That is not all that fills the caverns, however. Starting at the cavern system’s mouth, its walls register the entirety of time. The souls gather around the part of the caverns that registers the time of their death, where they are also filled with objects from around that period. Any parallel worlds/timelines form a new tunnel that branches out from the main one. Eventually, however, they all end up in a great chamber. What that place means can only be conjectured about...
Behaviour/Personality: The magnitude of the caves is difficult to grasp. For the souls of the deceased, they become a place that inspires contemplation. If anyone enters without Mors’ approval, especially the living, however, the spores of the fungi would cause them to hallucinate so they don’t see the truth that lies in those halls.
Purpose: To house the souls of the dead, to record time, and to house something else entirely.
Natural Abilities: In this place of death, the line between the natural and supernatural gets blurred.
Supernatural Powers: To automatically record time throughout all of existence, and to cover the vision of all those who are not meant to see it with hallucinations.

Purpose: To find the souls of the deceased and to bring them to the Underworld.
Natural Abilities: Once again, natural and supernatural here are the same.
Supernatural Powers: Being ethereal creatures, the Ferriers know no physical limitations. They float through any objects and traverse through worlds as they will. They have the ability to appear only to those they are meant to bring over to the Underworld.

Purpose: When the right time comes, Cataclysm’s duty is to spell the end of this reality and bring about the next one.
Natural Abilities: In order to properly fulfill its purpose, Cataclysm is to become a being of tremendous proportions, unforeseen strength and resilience and voracious appetite.
Supernatural Powers: Cataclysm’s other power is to obscure the sights of all, perhaps to save them from witnessing the end of everything.
Notes: Of course, this monster should only manifest in the RP if the OP and players collectively agree on having a major event, perhaps to spell the end of the RP in case interest dies out, perhaps if they feel like trying to avert it.

Description: The Fortress of Dominion is a great tower of polished, primordial gray and black stone reaching up high into the sky, it's menacing buttresses and archways throw their shadow across the Cauldron Valley. It contains vast halls and rooms and dark hallways while it's bowels are home to dungeons and slave-pits while it's nexus is Hazdralyx's throne room.

Purpose: The Fortress is Hazdralyx's seat of power in the Cauldron Valley, that is where his children, servants, guardians and slaves will dwell alongside his chosen followers after death.
Natural Abilities: It is a grand, towering fortress at one of the Cauldron Valley's ends.
Supernatural Powers: The Fortress is incredibly resilient, crafted from primordial rock strengthened with the rawest power of creation. It was made by a god, it will take a god to bring it down, at least.

Description: The Holy Army of Revered Souls are made up of thousands of humanoid figures made from a gold dust. They take on the facial features of the last person to sacrifice themselves to Nechri.
Behaviour/Personality: When the Nechrians are in great danger, they may be summoned by Nechri. They use spears of light to evaporate enemies, but in line with pacifism, they will first attempt to scare off attackers. They may speak as one.
Purpose: To defend Nechrians.
Natural Abilities: They come fully equipped with swords and shields. They can teleport by transferring there particles, however this may take a long time.
Supernatural Powers: They can make artifacts holy which will give them the ability to summon Nechri remotely. They can also bestow limited mystical powers to Nechrians sages who have mastered the faith.
Notes: When they exist, Nechri is mortal.
