General Directorate of Migration

Welcome to Nova Kartago, a country that has always been a receiving country for immigrants who participated and contributed to its development.

Within the framework of the Law on Reception of Immigrants and Returnees to Nova Kartago, a reception network is being established based on several informational and orientation schemes for new immigrants. These schemes aim to strengthen our self-reliance and facilitate the coexistence process.

The reception includes all the necessary means and procedures to make Nova Kartago a future and incubator society, and helps the newcomers to integrate into the Cartaginian society and culture, in order to facilitate the access of everyone to the stage of citizenship.

The door to immigration to Nova Kartago is open to all nations, nationalities and ethnicities without exception, regardless of orientation political, religious, or the like.
To register in the immigration program offered by the General Directorate of Migration of the Carthaginian government and to all nations looking to have a community in Nova Kartago please fill out the following code :

We thank Mario Diaz-Balart - Minister of Immigration and Citizenship.
Carlos López-Cantera - Vice Minister of Immigration and Citizenship. The Greater Miami Shores state for all the statistics that you provided regarding the Carthaginian community residing in your country. This information will definitely be included in the national immigration data.
According to the current political events, we acknowledge that there is a general lukewarm effect on the relations between our two countries that is due to the irresponsible statements that your government made against the institutions and the governmental system in our country, which we consider as an insult and interference in foreign affairs, and yet you refused to make any official apology.
We have built our country on democratic traditions that we adhere to above any declaration or external pressure that serves its political interests.

The following information has been supplied by the F.C.S. C.A. on behalf of the Commonwealth for the purposes of facilitating the free movement of Australic citizens, which is a constitutionally guaranteed and protected right. It shall be noted that, as Australia is not at present privy to a dual citizenship program with the Respubliko de Nova Kartago, that Australic citizenship would be forfeited upon the assumption of Kartagonic citizenship, though returned immediately should the former citizen later relinquish Kartagonic citizenship - with the caveat that certain capitalistic activities overseas (i.e. landlordship, speculative trading, et al) can bar a former citizen from resumption of citizenship, or cause a citizens to lose their citizenship, until such activities are ceased and those affected provided restitution.
