Hello and welcome to the official program of the Democratic Republic of Rinia.

  The Democratic Republic of Rini is a small and populous nation located in Antaras. Officially bilingual.

  After the nation ended the long-suffering and cruel dictator more than two months ago. The Democratic Republic of Rinie is led by a democratically elected president.

  The Democratic Republic has a constant attitude of neutrality in most global affairs. However, despite this neutrality, we are not an isolationist country, and we call on the peoples of the world to formally establish an embassy in our great nation, to trade with us and establish alliances.

Embassy Information and Guidelines
To start, please familiarize yourself with the following table, which summarizes the basic rights your ambassadors or ambassadorial staff will have within the Democratic Republic:

• All embassies will be located in our nation's capital of Rinie City
• All embassies and their grounds will be treated as the territory of the nation they belong to, with this sovereignty being respected by Rinie authorities
• Embassy buildings are restricted to a maximum of four stories in height with a maximum of one below-ground level
• All embassies are granted the right to display their flag or other national symbols on embassy grounds
• Ambassadors are permitted to bring their immediate family (spouses and children) to live with them at the embassy, with all members of their family living with them having the same diplomatic immunity as the ambassador
• Embassies are limited to a MAXIMUM of twenty-five (25) administrative staff, twenty (20) service staff, and twenty-five (25) security staff
• Security staff are limited to the following weapons (per person): - Two (2) handguns, One (1) automatic rifle, Three (3) other non-lethal or melee weapons (including, but not limited to: knives, batons, pepper spray, tasers)
• All embassies may have a MAXIMUM of eight (8) motor vehicles assigned to the embassy. All motor vehicles assigned to an embassy will be issued diplomatic license plates and be granted diplomatic immunity
• Vehicles MUST be ground vehicles and civilian, they may be lightly armoured for security purposes
• THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF RINIE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO ESTABLISH AN EMBASSY WITH A NATION FOR ANY REASON AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CLOSE AN EMBASSY AND EXPEL ITS AMBASSADOR FOR ANY REASON

5 ESL eight shot 40mm non-lethal grenade launchers with 20 40mm tear gas grenades and 10 rubber ball grenades will be in the armoury as non-lethal weapons. Each officer will carry a tazer, standard knife, and a soft armour vest with a plate vest and helmet in the armoury for each.

Any special requests for the embassy?

Requesting, if possible, for a specialty socialist Macronesian built Hornet man portable air defence launcher system, along with a very secure 3 key triple custody box, to be installed in the armoury for last resort defence purposes only. The launcher would not be able to be removed unless the Head Security Officer, Head Surveillance Officer, and Dr. Jesse all together used their keys to open the secure container.

We would also request a secret intelligence operative to monitor within the embassy for fraud/corruption. He would not interfere with any day to day operations of the embassy.

If the request for the Hornet is denied we would still be willing to open the embassy without it in place.
