Majority of Pan-Asiatic Prefectural Councils Ban Drug Use in Public
Neo-Manila Post
September 23rd, 2019

A new survey shows that almost two-thirds of Pan-Asiatic prefectures ban drug use in public. A survey by the State Development Social Research Division shows that despite the national policy of ‘tolerance’ to certain soft drug use, State-Prefectures are clamping down, especially where there are high rates of crime which officials claim, can be directly linked to high drug use.

It reports that roughly 64.8% of Asia's prefectural councils ban drug use through regional ordinances in places like parks, streets and public buildings – sometimes across a whole area, and sometimes in particular problem spots. As a nation, the Pan-Asiatic States tolerate the personal use of drugs such as cannabis, and the Drug Trade Law of 2007 makes it clear that selling weed through coffee shops is tolerated under strict conditions (although growing it commercially is not).

The State Development Social Research Division's research, which mapped the permissiveness of areas across the country, found that places like Pyongyang (DPRK) only ban drug use in specific public places such as the Juche Tower, while Neo-Manila (TSSR) does the same for the Greater East Asian War Memorial. On the other hand, places like Davao (TSSR) ban drug use in public entirely.

However, figures from the Ministry of Justice's local bodies, which implement and investigate the legality of fines for various punishments, show that in 2019 only 769 penalties were issued for drug use in public – almost half of which were doled out in Davao.

Several experts told the State Development Social Research Division that the bans indicated in their report appeared to contradict freedoms laid out in the Drug Trade Law of 2007, but could probably be justified in court for controlling potential nuisance.

MarikinaWind Initiative Seeks Clean Energy Alternatives For Neo-Manila
Yinchuan Rose
September 28th, 2019

NEO-MANILA, State of New Philippines, Pan-Asiatic States—Energy Ministress Ma Guanyu announced this evening that the Tagalog District Assembly (TDA) has provided credit for the Pan-Asiatic Standard Power Concern (PASPC) to ensure the construction of new windmills from the waters of the Marikina River (Marikina District, Neo-Manila) for clean electricity supply to be provided to resident citizens living in and concerns operating in the Pan-Asiatic States' capitol, Neo-Manila. The MarikinaWind Project is estimated by its primary executive proponent, Marikina District Mayor Marcelino Teodoro, to cost approximately 456 million Pan-Asiatic Labor Vouchers, and will be fully-funded by the Federal Renewable Energy Fund (FREF).

Exploiting heavy wind and rising water levels in the Marikina River, the Energy Ministress cited that the large-scale capitol project would consist of the erection of 156 9.5-MW wind turbines that would be installed off the coast of the Marikina River in the coming years.

"The Pan-Asiatic States acknowledges the critical role which renewable energy plays in harnessing our planet's resources in a conservative manner," cited the Ministress. "We hope that through the small steps we take in saving [our environment] ... we may balance it with the development of our [country]."

The MarikinaWind Project would include about 156 medium-standard turbines, and would entail the demolition of several low-end apartment buildings around its perimeter. Yugoslavian engineering services company Yugoslavia Standard Power Concern (YSPC) was announced to be the technical adviser for the MarikinaWind Project in the recent press briefing. As part of the scope of work on the four-year contract, YSPC’s clean energy team will provide technical advisory services including an assessment of design, construction and operation strategies as well as represent the Yugoslavia in international commercial arrangements to support the financing process for the project.

The project is expected to service the growing electrical consumption rates which major city-centers in the Tagalog Soviet Socialist Republic (TSSR) are garnering due to efforts by the local district assembly in subsidizing the information technology sector, without relying too much on nuclear-based energy facilities.

Melanesians Protest Plan To Expand South Pacific Naval Garrison
Eastern Universal Press
September 26th, 2019

DILI, State of Melanesia, Pan-Asiatic States—Student walk-outs across universities in the Papua Confederation ensued State-President Kerika-Rebia Kasi's declaration this morning, whence he affirmed that he has "officially" consented to coordination between the State Government and Federal Government, after "[a] long period of conference between ... [members of his] cabinet, district assemblymen, and fellow statesmen", to a plan laid-out by the (Federal) Minister of Defense, Honorable Datu Jin-Hwan Yurievna, in July, wherein the Pan-Asiatic States Armed Forces would begin the construction of 3 new airbases on numerous claimed (but not recognized) indigenous territories in East and West Melanesia.

Uncoordinated protests later in the afternoon proceeded to incurred several acts of unlawful attrition against the welfare of several officials, most notably, at Dili's central highway, where around 5 p.m, several activists expressed their discontent at the issue by throwing rocks at the residence of the State-President. Keeping in mind the recent assassination of the Pan-Asiatic States' former Supreme Commissary, Fernando Lawrencio III, as a precedent, the Asian Federal Gendarme (AFG) quickly reinforced the handful of People's Cadre for Party Security (PCPS) officers who remained vigilant despite the resistance of approximately ~900-1,200 resident dissenters. 46 dissenters and 16 gendarme officers were wounded and hospitalized during this afternoon's clashes, both sides suffering heavy concussions due to the debris being hurled by the mob, and the pellets being fired by the gendarme.

Several alleyway skirmishes are reported to have involved the minor ordinance of tear gas, and eyewitnesses claim that some dissenters responded by catching the gas grenades with umbrellas, and filling it with water in order to contain the toxic, emanating fluid.

Marches and strikes led by tribal congregations, agrarian and industrial Basic Economic Assemblies of the locale, as well as Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), are foretold to resume until the end of the week.

Pan-Asiatic Chemical Exports In 2019 Hinge On CAPINTERN Tariffs
Caixin Global
October 6th, 2019

After a 4.4 percent increase in the volume of containerized chemical exports from Allanea and Atkemri in 2018, the chemical sector’s health this year will be shaped by the outcome of trade negotiations and global economic conditions, especially that of the industrialized third world.

Allanea and their Capitalist International bloc's retaliatory tariffs targeted about 1,000 products with 2017 sales of about $10.8 billion, according to the State Development Economic Research Division (SDERD), which has predicted a 15 percent cut in Pan-Asiatic chemical exports to Allanea if the tariffs are in place in the short term. Chemical exports could decline 50 percent if the tariffs are in place in the long term, the division predicts. But that was before the latest round of tariffs and retaliation in May, and it’s unclear yet how that will impact the sector.

The Pan-Asiatic States accounted for 14.2 percent of Allanea chemical exports in 2018, according to data from PIERS, a sister company of JOC.com within IHS Markit. Data show Pan-Asiatic containerized chemical exports last year totaled 1.5 million TEU.

On the other side of the ledger, exports will likely get a boost from the rapidly growing resins sector, which accounted for 45 percent of the export total in 2018, the PIERS figures show. Resin volumes rose 13 percent year over year in 2018 to 677,000 TEU and are expected to accelerate in the fourth quarter of 2019. The State Development and Planning Commission (SDPC) predicts Pan-Asiatic resin exports will reach 1 million TEU by December 2019.

PIERS data show a year-over-year decline of 2 percent in exports to China last year. Exports to Samporna jumped 20.7 percent, TEU volume to Skyhooked increased 8.3 percent, and chemicals to Khataiy inched up 1.5 percent.

According to the company, he will also join the State Development Directorate with effect from October 14, 2019 onward.

His predecessor, Maiele Inthisane, aged 78, has decided to retire from his responsibilities due to deteriorating health conditions. During the press briefing, he stated that, whilst he has been getting treatment for his Type 2 diabetes, he wishes to spend the remainder of his life with his family and close acquaintances in the Nghe An prefecture.

Lâm Nhật Nam had been the EED and previous member of the State Development Directorate at his previous employer, Beihui Technology (北惠科技), where he had served an administrative post from 2012 to 2015. Before joining Beihui, he held senior management roles at Anggriawan Wholesale Distribution Concern and Souvannaphouma-Phankham Limited (SPL).

Federal Commissary of the State Development and Planning Commission (SDPC), Ryang Dong-Wook, with whom Lâm Nhật Nam went to university with, has expressed his eagerness to work with the new director, saying in a tweet this afternoon that "[Lâm Nhật Nam] is industrious and innovative." The Rising Threat of One-Nation Conservatism
Pravda Asiatica
October 11th, 2019

In the 19th Century, workers began to demand equal rights and support socialist movements, culminating in events such as the establishment of the Paris Commune in 1871. The capitalist elite were worried for their power, and whilst the Commune was crushed support for the left continued to grow as oppressed workers grew tired of exploitation. However, in recent years, King Alexander Blaken-Kazansky of the "Free" Kingdom of Allanea created a despicable ideology which pretended to appease the poor and downtrodden whilst keeping power firmly in the hands of the elites - One-Nation Conservatism.

One-Nation Conservatism claims to benefit all in society, declaring the belief that people have an obligation to help one another and that the wealthy should aid the poor. In other words it justified the wealthy elite controlling the poorer masses, as they could and would help the poor. Disraeli kept up this foul ruse by supposedly offering better protections to workers, as well as factory and health acts, but this form of conservatism like all the others offers little true power to the workers. One-Nation Conservatives claim to deliver social justice, but like all capitalists, they serve only the privileged few.

But this ideology is dangerous to socialism. In fact, it may be its single most dangerous ideological opponent. One-Nation Conservatism distracts the masses with a few meaningless concessions, making capitalism appear beneficial for poorer citizens too not just the ruling class. All the while private business continues to exploit and abuse the proletariat. The true reason the Allaneans have created this ideology is not, as socialism was, to help the poorer people. Instead it was through fear of social revolution. Through fear that the masses would realise their own power and rise up to expel capitalism. Even today conservatives disguise their crushing policies under the mask of One-Nation, to appear caring and humanitarian whilst exploiting workers at every opportunity in favour of supporting business.

The success of Prime Minister Karam Anagatya in Jaragupta, and President Martha Leyner in The Federation of Kendor, highlights the danger of accepting capitalism for the masses. These parties, whilst it is true that they do not currently claim to stand by one-nation principles, have pretended to care for the poor with a compassionate message. As has been demonstrated time and time again however, they care only for business and the elite. That is why the socialist world must fight these poisonous ideologies and destroy this ruse. Only socialism truly establishes equality, only socialism truly cares for the people, only socialism is willing to allow the workers any true power in their nation.

Whilst our nations may have seen the true nature of the right, other nations are being blinded by their lies. It is the duty of all socialist nations, through organizations such as the International Socialist Congress and the Socialist Union of Nations Economic Bloc, to expose these lies for what they are.

Long live socialism! May the capitalist oppressors be struck down and eliminated!

Pan-Asiatic States Purchases 8B PALV Worth of Industrial Machinery From Great Lusung
Neo-Manila Post
October 13th, 2019

SUPREME CHAMBER OF PEOPLES' DEPUTIES, Neo-Manila, Pan-Asiatic States—Giang Viễn Ðông, coordinating secretary between the Asian Communist Party (ACP) and Beidou Industrial Group to the State Development Directorate announced to the press this afternoon that Isayama-Hwangbo Manufacturing Group, the Pan-Asiatic States' largest Manufacturing enterprise and its third largest State-owned for-profit entity (400.887B US$ Revenue in fiscal 2018), will be purchasing more than 8 Billion Pan-Asiatic Labor Voucher's worth of industrial equipment from Beidou Industrial Group to compensate for their extensive plans to expand their operations by opening-up 14 new manufactories in the State of Nusantara.

The Popular Economic Assembly of the Isayama-Hwangbo Manufacturing Group, based on their consultation with the State Development and Planning Commission as well as an extensively-researched discussion, has approved the contract to acquire several top-of-the-line materiel from Beidou Industrial Group, a widely-renowned corporation known for its competitively-priced steel produce, industrial machinery, electronic components, and construction equipment, based in Great Lusung, one of the Pan-Asiatic States' most recently-acquainted allies, and a fellow founding member of the Srivijayan Consortium.

The contract approved by the Assembly covered the purchase of several pieces of machinery crucial to plastic and tin can fabrication. Isayama-Hwangbo Manufacturing Group plans to empower small processed food enterprises in the State of Nusantara, in line with the accords of a conference of the state's elected economic directors conducted last March 2019, where many appealed to larger capitol-based manufacturing groups to exemplify their efforts to industrialize the State of Nusantara. The 14 new manufactories are set to be individual centralized facilities for packaging processed foods, and will cater to the needs of some of the region's largest made-ready-to-eat and snack concerns. The directive is also set to create approximately 4,000 blue collar jobs in the state.

The Nusantara District Assembly (NDA) approved the appropriation of previously-occupied agrarian land through the Ministry of Socialist Agrarian Reform (MSAR). As a consequence of the Isayama-Hwangbo Manufacturing Group's further urbanization of the Pahang region, the directive is also expected to significantly increase the population density. Accomodations for workers migrating from other states and prefectures of the Pan-Asiatic States has also been provided-for by a clause in the legislation.

The Nusantara People's Cadre for Environmental Sustainability (NPCES), a popular Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) dedicated to environmentalist advocacies, shortly voiced protest against the initiative due to concerns over the increase in the use of plastic and industrial waste expected to be levied by the Assembly's approval of the plan via social media, releasing a statement on behalf of their organization calling for a boycott on products from the Isayama-Hwangbo Manufacturing Group, and for local city councils to remain vigilant in reporting acts in violation of withstanding environmental and industrialization laws.

Susanto Hendri Makmur, a member of the Isayama-Hwangbo Manufacturing Group's Popular Economic Assembly, responded in a later communique that the NDA-approved plan was to be "fully supervised and [audited]" by appropriate authorities.

PASAF Drone Strike Kills 32 Farmers In Aceh
Neo-Manila Post
October 26th, 2019

CALANG, Aceh, Federation of New Nusantara, Pan-Asiatic States—A Bacus "Knight Falcon" WZ-6 drone strike initiated by the People's Air Force service branch of the Pan-Asiatic States Armed Forces intended to hit a Free Aceh Movement (GAM) hideout at the heart of the city of Calang as part of the Pan-Asiatic counter-offensive to liberate the city has killed at least 32 civilian farmers resting after a day’s labor in the fields, officials from the Pan-Asiatic Ministry of Defense said this morning, 7:38, in a press release from the Supreme Chamber of Peoples' Deputies.

The attack, which reports indicate occurred around Saturday evening, accidentally targeted farmers and laborers who had just finished collecting pine nuts at the outskirts of the city in the Aceh region of Nusantara, a State of the Pan-Asiatic States, announced Minister of Defense (Honorable Datu) Jin-Hwan Yurievna to members of the international and local press.

“The workers had lit a bonfire and were sitting together when a drone targeted them,” tribal elder Othniel Tumangger told the Neo-Manila Post by telephone from Aceh. 3 officials from the official politburo of the radical pro-Aceh secession insurgency group confirmed the attack moments after the official press release via an online video in which they condemned the excessive bombardment conducted by the Air Force of the Pan-Asiatic military.

“People's Air Force conducted a drone strike against [Free Aceh Movement] terrorists,” said Colonel Nurtanio Xianliang, a spokesperson of the Pan-Asiatic detachment in Aceh to the press. “We are aware of allegations of the death of non-combatants and are working with local and emergency-appointed officials to determine the facts... We are also promoting the involvement of Non-Governmental Agencies to aid in the ... [procurement] of humanitarian aid and resources. The Pan-Asiatic States Armed Forces, moving forward, vows to exercise restraint within its own command structure to halt the further loss of [non-combatant] lives.”

About 9,000 Pan-Asiatic soldiers are approximated to be deployed to Aceh by the end of this month, actively participating in the counter-offensive to take-back key cities from the terrorist Free Aceh Movement. In less than a few months since conflict recurred, more than 97 civilian casualties have been recognized by the Pan-Asiatic Ministry of Defense, although insurgency leaders claim even higher estimates, with some unofficial reports indicating that as much as over 150 innocents have been caught in the crossfire of the rebellion.

A survivor of the drone strike said about 200 laborers were sleeping in five tents pitched near the blast site when the attack happened.

“Some of us managed to escape, some were injured but many were killed,” said Titus Pardede, a resident of the northeastern Aceh region who had traveled along with laborers to harvest and shell pine nuts this week.

“Such mistakes cannot be justified. Asian forces must realize [they] will never win the war by killing innocent civilians,” said Cahaya Sugiarto Lesmono, a resident of Calang city.

Scores of local men joined a protest against the attack this morning as they helped carry the victims’ bodies from the area of conflict through negotiation with and permission from the Aceh insurgency's officials; and then to a proper burial site.

Air Commodore Abihu Sarumpaet, a spokesman for the People's Air Force, said the aerial attack was meant to target militants who often use farmlands for training and recruitment purposes, but had hit innocent civilians.

Dozens of civilians have been killed in fighting across Aceh and Nusantara after the collapse of P.A.S-G.A.M peace talks this month, when militants demanded for nothing but secession from the People's Federation of Pan-Asiatic States. Leaders of the Free Aceh insurgency have warned that Pan-Asiatic officials will regret their "No Settlement Negotiation" policy to abruptly call off talks that could have led to a political settlement to end the war.

Committee for the Liberation of Jaragupta (CLJ) Holds First Ever Public Forum
Yinchuan Rose
October 20th, 2019

SUPREME CHAMBER OF PEOPLES' DEPUTIES, Neo-Manila, Pan-Asiatic States—The Committee for the Liberation of Jaragupta (CLJ), a work-in-progress organization assembled by the Pan-Asiatic Ministry of Foreign Affairs (PAMFA), a group formed by acting Secretary-General of the People's Federation of Pan-Asiatic States Guanyu "Abra" Abramovich Jr. to organize workers in the Kingdom of Jaragupta in lieu of attempts by its government to smash workers' unions and suppress dissent has officially gone public after journalists, political commentators, Party-members, critics, officials, migrants, and delegates of the various factions of worker-and-peasant organization in the Kingdom of Jaragupta, the Pan-Asiatic States, and the International Socialist Congress were gathered by the public relations section of the Committee at the 45th floor of the Neo-Manila Hotel this afternoon.

Opening remarks were given by the media-renowned Eshraveer Mahil, a Jaraguptan refugee who first brought the systemic anti-worker abuses of his nation's regime to light when his unconcious body landed on the shores of the Pan-Asiatic States several months ago. Once again recounting the terrible working conditions and de facto slavery he experienced while working as a bat guano miner for Jaragupta's state-owned industry, the speaker called for heightened vigilance in reviewing the factors which necessitated the formation of the committee.

On the foremost introductory events of the forum were re-examined perspectives from both Jaraguptan citizens and international observers on the Mehatar May 12th (2019) incident: when a government-sanctioned military operation conducted against the radical Jaraguptan Marxist insurgency organization, the Hamikh Democratic Liberation Front (HDLF), led to the unprecedented slaughter of several non-combatants, most notably, several women and children.

New uncensored footage confirming the atrocities were unveiled to the public eye. Another exhibit showcased how constituents of the USG Security Corporation, acting on behalf of the Jaraguptan government, arrested every local in their path as they arrived to set-up their FOB near Pradhaan, Jaragupta. Witnesses to the phenomenon once again criticized the inaction of the international community to bring the perpetrators to justice, and rallied to support the Committee for the Liberation of Jaragupta.

The Sailors' and Workers' Union of Jaragupta (SWUJ), one of the largest unions in Jaragupta, represented to the Committee's forum by its political attache to the Pan-Asiatic Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Yadvinder Slaach, and its Undersecretary for External Relations, Premleen Wahroka, was chosen by the Pan-Asiatic committee to commend the status quo achievements of the organization to the public.

"Jaraguptan society has been in the midst of great changes for a long time. Class relations are changing throughout the country. The petty bourgeoisie in agriculture and handicrafts and the bourgeoisie in industry and commerce have both experienced changes. The social and economic system has been changed; individual economy must be transformed into a collective economy, and capitalist private ownership must be transformed into socialist public ownership in the countryside as well as in the cityscape. Changes of such magnitude are of course to be reflected in people's minds: man's social being determines his consciousness," stated Premleen Wahroka. She continued, saying:

"These great changes in our social system are reflected differently among people of different classes, strata and social groups. The masses eagerly support them, for life itself has confirmed that socialism is the only way out for Jaragupta. For the majority of the industry in the Jaraguptan mainland which has yet to be unshackled by the zealots of our cause, we remain under the dictatorship of capital and greed. The quintessential pieces to achieve our end have not yet been fully-realized.

In Jaragupta the struggle to consolidate the socialist system, the struggle to decide whether socialism or capitalism will prevail, will take a long historical period. But we should all realize that the new system of socialism will unquestionably be consolidated. We can assuredly build a socialist state with modern industry, modern agriculture, and modern science and culture."

With over 1,110 attendees, the forum was considered a success by the Pan-Asiatic Ministry of Foreign Affairs. However, many question what this will mean for diplomatic relations between the Pan-Asiatic States and the Kingdom of Jaragupta in the near future.

"This is a blatant attack on [our interests]... By giving the extremist elements of our society a voice, the Pan-Asiatic States commends terrorism," said Baldev Jhalli, a member of the Constitutionalists' Association of Jaragupta (CAJ), one of the most outspoken right-wing groups of the Kingdom of Jaragupta in response to the event during a recent gala speech.

Ironically however, the controversial Hamikh Democratic Liberation Front (HDLF), were not represented by the forum at all. Despite this, the Secretary-General is known to harbor a deep bias towards the work of the HDLF, as evidenced by several communiques in which he argued that long-term stability and relations between the Pan-Asiatic States and Jaragupta could only be made by radical reform on the Jaraguptan end; by fulfilling the demands of its own people to end the unjust violence of the government.

Leaders of the HDLF, when contacted via telephone by the Yinchuan Rose, refused to give any commentary on their side of the issue.

"The formation of this committee signifies nothing else other than [that] the Pan-Asiatic States [is] once more preparing for war," interjected Hoàng Tường Nguyên, a known conservative critic of the Secretary-General and a member of the Politburo of the Asian Communist Party.

Many, including the aforementioned politburo critic, speculate that the increased investment of the Pan-Asiatic States into various international groups such as the International Socialist Congress, and its own party-delegate's vocal support for interventionism in underdeveloped post-colonization capitalist states are signs of a build-up towards future military conflict in the Kingdom of Jaragupta.

2019 Pan-Asiatic States Midterm Elections Deliver Vote of Confidence for Sixth Administration
Eastern Universal Press
November 1st, 2019

While the names of the members of the Sixth Administration are not on the ballot in the November 1st midterm elections, the polls are seen as a referendum on their performance in the first two years of their term. Billions of registered voters headed to polling precincts to select local government officials and members of the Congress of Soviets: the Secretary-General and his cabinet have endorsed some candidates while the political opposition has fielded its own contestants.

Results show that winners of today's vote will allow the Sixth Administration to consolidate power and push through some of their most controversial policies — increasing the number of "re-education" facilities for criminals in Xinjiang, consolidating increased funding for the Pan-Asiatic States Armed Forces (particularly that of the People's Maritime Army), expanding foreign direct-investments in favor of ideologically-alike states abroad, among others — despite international condemnation and criticism from within the Asian Communist Party (ACP) itself. Neither the Sixth Administration nor the State-Presidents themselves were running, but the "pro-Abra" executives in power had made the Secretary-General's picks clear. Federal Congressional seats, seats in the Politburo of the Asian Communist Party, seats in State District Assemblies, and thousands of other local government positions were up for grabs.

Early unofficial results showed a landslide defeat for the opposition in the Federal Congress of Soviets. Candidates who ran on platforms of justice and inclusion lost to former police chief Cui Hanying (transferring from the Chinese District Assembly), who oversaw funding of the "300 Days or Less" crackdown on crime in Northern China, and Vilma Mangaragan, the cousin of Secretary-General Abra herself and a prominent Neo-Sakdalista — a post-war political ideology advocating for an increased presence of "Tagalog" (Filipino) culture throughout the Pan-Asiatic States, with roots from the Japanese Pan-Asianist Movement which propagated it during the former Empire's occupation of the continent during the Second and Third Pacific Wars.

The two were among the Congressional candidates who received the most votes in preliminary polls, and won in landslide victories today.

Vilma Mangaragan will be the third from her family in top-ranking government positions, after her cousin and cousin's wife, Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs Katrina Nishikino-Abramovich.

Another poll-topper in the Federal Congress of Soviets is Sergio Ricarte, a former special assistant to the president who rose to viral fame as a meme after his selfies with world leaders. An independent investigative report found that Ricarte spent more than 30 times his net worth on the campaign, and he has been accused of using government resources to his advantage.

Earlier polls had indicated that the Secretary-General's allies would dominate the elections. The populist leader enjoys a roughly 80 percent approval rating, in sharp contrast to the international shock surrounding his rhetoric and policies, ranging from bringing the Pan-Asiatic States to the forefront of war in the Middle East and Caribbean, to eugenicist advocacies dedicated to expanding the enforcement of the state-arranged marriage program, the "Igarashi System".

Human rights watchdogs estimate that the "People's Wars" waged in the former State of Israel, Samporna, Skyhooked, and New Narsia this year have left at least 125,000 combatants of the Pan-Asiatic States Armed Forces dead; yet popular support for candidates in favor of them remain at an all time high as evidenced by election results.

Allies of the Secretary-General weren't the only ones who were able to harvest political karma — popular support for "Trotskyist" or Trotskyist-leaning Congresspeople with official and unofficial ties to the political advocacies of the State Soviet, Sonya Yoon-Sook, have also won several key seats in the Federal Congress of Soviets. Nerang bin Ahad (transferring from the Nusantaran District Assembly), Elias Fabian, Julian Romero, and Kun In-Suk, all voted-in today, have run on similar campaigns advocating for a more active role the Pan-Asiatic States should take in supporting upsurge socialist nations and creating new ones through "permanent revolution".

The massive hit for the administration’s critics reflects what analysts say is a public perception of the conservative opposition as elitist. From a popular coalition of thirty candidates from Japan, Indochina, and Siam, branded as the “peaceful majority” advocating for a gradual de-militarization of the Pan-Asiatic States and a more open approach to investigations from international human rights groups, (most of whom enjoyed a 60-90% approval rating in their respective districts) only 8 were elected. Reactionary media campaigns drew parallelisms between the opposition and the infamous "Gang of Four" as well as other "crypto-capitalist" leaders ousted during the wartime purges and the 1995 Cultural Revolution, a large factor held generally responsible by the candidates themselves who lost the race.

But popular political critic of the Secretary-General and the Sixth Administration, Hoàng Tường Nguyên, who himself was re-elected as a member of the Politburo of the Asian Communist Party today by a sharp margin, said that in hindsight, opposition politicians could have benefited from a broader alliance with independents and the "authoritarian" far-left allies of the cabinet, rather than promoting their own party principles.

P.A.S Aircraft Carrier Honshu Sunk Off Coast of Jaragupta!
Neo-Manila Post
October 27th, 2019

NORTHEAST WISHTON SEA, International Waters—The P.A.S Type V-322E Jurōjin-Class Aircraft Carrier Honshu was sunk today 20 nautical miles off of the coast of the Kingdom of Jaragupta (8 nautical miles off of territorial waters), allegedly by, according to Pan-Asiatic authorities, "[the] maritime elements of the Jaraguptan military". The Kingdom of Jaragupta's Department of Foreign Affairs has officially denied the accusations, and question what the Pan-Asiatic Navy was doing so close to their maritime borders in the first place. Both sides have thus far refused to disclose any concrete information that prove the true perpetrators of the catastrophe, and the incident has re-sparked conflict between the two ideologically-entrenched nations, with officials from both sides threatening war.

The Pan-Asiatic States Ministry of Defense (MoD) held a press briefing at 8:09 A.M today from the Supreme Chamber of Peoples' Deputies, moderated by the current Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs, Katrina Nishikino-Abramovich. According to the Undersecretary, the People's Maritime Army of the Pan-Asiatic States Armed Forces was conducting routine training in the Northeast Wishton Sea as part of a classified initiative with the government of The Cardwith Islands to build-up the carrier strike group (CSG) tactics of both socialist countries.

The Undersecretary claims that the P.A.S Honshu merely drifted near international waters close to the maritime territorial border of the Kingdom of Jaragupta, and that the main CSG swiftly lost all contact with it half an hour after it detached from the main group. She claims that the attack was conducted over Jaraguptan-sanctioned radio signals, thus proving their involvement.

However, conflicting reports from the Kingdom of Jaragupta claim that the P.A.S Honshu had been stationed near their waters for well over a month, and that it had been involved with numerous operations in coordination with the Hamikh Democratic Liberation Front (HDLF), acting as a mediator and prerequisite information surveyor, claiming that the presence of the Honshu was a precedent to imminent invasion from the Pan-Asiatic States and its allies in the International Socialist Volunteer Corps (ISVC).

The attack could not have been timed worse, as the Pan-Asiatic States had made known its position of supporting several regime-opposition groups in the Kingdom of Jaragupta through the public forum of the Committee for the Liberation of Jaragupta (CLJ) conducted mere 7 days before the attack on the Honshu. The International Socialist Congress (ISC), the political arm of the ISVC, has also been reported to be engaging in talks regarding the formation of an International Socialist Volunteer Navy (ISVN), an initiative largely supported by the Pan-Asiatic States' delegate and Party Secretary of the ISC, Jiang Xuegang.

As it stands, the Pan-Asiatic States has already pledged over 50 million USD to the constitution of an International Socialist Volunteer Navy. While the Undersecretary denies the allegations that the Pan-Asiatic States is preparing to invade the island-nation, she does admit to the general opinion of the Sixth Administration towards the Jaraguptan Kingdom's current capitalist regime to be a strongly negative one.

The MoD reports that over 991 servicemen have been killed in the attack on the Honshu, with a vast majority of the sailors having been salvaged from the wreckage by a rescue fleet from The Cardwidth Islands. The bodies of the sailors, some of which have drifted ashore Jaragupta, are to be returned to the Pan-Asiatic States by the Jaraguptan government next week. Commissary of Army Marshals Zhang Youxia has publicly-stated that all 991 servicemen would be given state-sponsored funerals, with a memorial dedicated to them in the Laurel District of Neo-Manila.

The Politburo of the Asian Communist Party (ACP) have publicly-denounced the Kingdom of Jaragupta in a subsequent press release, calling the event "a national tragedy", one which "[would not] be forgotten by the workers and free peoples of the People's Federation of Pan-Asiatic States."

Currently, the Kingdom of Jaragupta has declared that the country would undergo a state of mass-mobilization by enacting a national curfew and reinforcing national conscription laws, suspending the writ of haebus corpus, as well as conducting mass-purges of suspected communists from civilian and political ranks. Over 500 arrests have been made since this morning, with many of the victims undergoing no court procedure whatsoever.

Recent arrests have sparked skirmishes between the national police and the HDLF, whose pacific political organizations, including the Sailors' and Workers' Union of Jaragupta (SWUJ) along with 23 other Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and political parties previously represented in the Committee for the Liberation of Jaragupta (CLJ), have been outlawed entirely.

New President-Elect of Japanese District Assembly Challenges Federal Bureaucracy
Asahi Shimbun
November 2nd, 2019

NEO-TOKYO, Japanese Soviet Socialist Republic, Pan-Asiatic States—In the wake of his recent electoral victory, Kurokawa Yoshiyuki, President-Elect of the Japanese District Assembly, local plenary assembly of the State of Japan under the People's Federation of Pan-Asiatic States, has decided to speak to members of the public this morning regarding his agenda for his ascribed two-year term.

Comrade Kurokawa, who won with the highest electoral majority throughout the People's Federation (32.56% of population vote) in the 2019 midterm elections and has recently been elected as the Japanese Soviet Socialist Republic's youngest District Assembly President (aged 53), is the poster-boy of popular contractionary opposition against the ruling State-President of the State of Japan, Kazuo Shii.

Comrade Kurokawa, in his 8-year-long term as a member of the Japanese District Assembly, was the leader of a project team within the assembly that did a survey on "excessive sexual education and gender-free education". Among the items to which this team raised objections were anatomical dolls and other curricular materials "not taking into consideration the age of children", school policies banning traditional boys' and girls' festivals, and mixed-gender physical education. The team sought to provide contrast to the impositions of the Federal Congress of Soviets of the Pan-Asiatic States, as well as the Federal Ministry of Education (M-Ed) which it alleged supported such policies.

Controversially, Kurokawa is best known for an incident in 2015, when his home and the office of his supporters in Shimonoseki, in Yamaguchi Prefecture, were attacked with molotov cocktails on numerous occasions over the course of three months. The perpetrators were several yakuza members belonging to the Kudo-kai, a Kitakyushu-based designated boryokudan syndicate. The reason for the attacks was believed to be that Kurokawa's local aide refused to give labor-vouchers to a Shimonoseki money launderer in return for supporting a Shimonoseki mayoral candidate in 1999. Since then, Kurokawa has been resolved to fighting local crime and Federal bureaucratic corruption.

Kurokawa Yoshiyuki's coalition in the Japanese District Assembly has long since been fighting against State-President Kazuo Shii's shipyard-construction initiatives and excessive expenditure on industrial subsidization - which they claim have not been held accountable enough for the many financial crises of the State of Japan, as well as their State-President's policies' lack of impact on the lesser population. Running on a "nationalist" reactionary platform of crime-fighting, job localization, and Japan-centric development, they have long-since called Kazuo Shii a "Yes-man" to the agenda of the Federal Congress. His victory against Kazuo Shii's supporters in the District Assembly has been a decisive blow for "internationalists" in the Asian Communist Party.

Kurosawa addressed his coalition, the Asian Communist Party (ACP), and the people of Japan on his first day as incumbent District Assembly President with the following sentiments:

"Comrades! ... First and foremost, I thank each and every one of you for your service to the people of this nation and on helping us to step closer to communal socialism...

In these last two years, I shall not deny that our great State of Japan has achieved a huge amount of success under the reign of this District Assembly. When I addressed you last, our nation was stable yet incredibly fragile. Reactionaries, bourgeois assassins and imperial crypto-capitalists, all of whom seek to destroy the freedom of our people, were prevalent. Today the situation is far more optimistic. The people's revolution is far more secure and we can now focus on introducing meaningful policy to help our population. The counter-revolutionaries still pose a limited danger but now the government is more than capable of suppressing the imperialist filth and protecting the people's democratic dictatorship!

The Political Unity Act and Crime Classification Act, passed under my coalition, have both defended the revolution but also helped to improve the lives of hard working citizens by protecting the streets and maintaining law and order, something that the old, corrupt Federal bureaucrats who have opposed our consolidation of Japan's intrinsic wealth could never have achieved. The unity and dedication of the people to follow our "Japan First" agenda and their desire to achieve Communal Socialism with Japanese Characteristics have ensured that the People's revolution prevailed above all others.

Our main priority during this period of cooperation is to maintain the safety of the revolution, and we will take further measures to protect and secure socialism in the State of Japan. Aside from this crucial issue we shall introduce legislation to begin increasing equality in our society both industrially and agriculturally, and ensure the workers can finally begin to enjoy the fruits of their labor - away from the thieving hands of Federal bureacracy.

Let us all look forward to another year of outstanding progress. I leave you now, loyal comrades, with this sentiment:

Roses are a beautiful flower, which provide a much needed explosion of colour in a sea of grass. What makes this flower so pretty, so perfect? Of course it is the petals. But if there were only a single petal, flowing in the wind, would the rose still be beautiful and perfect? Of course not. Only when all the petals are together, flapping around the stem in unison is the true beauty of the rose expressed. I am a petal on the rose, and I am proud to be! But I need all the petals scattered across the field to come together and join me otherwise the beauty of our rose shall never be seen! ..."

The newly-elected District Assembly President's spokesperson announced later this morning that the legislative premier is set on meeting with the heads of the State of China's administrative deputies from the Asian Federal Gendarme (AFG) in Beijing as his next priority to discuss how to emulate their crime-fighting efforts in Northern China in the State of Japan.

Together with his increasingly-popular coalition, according to political analysts from the opposition-bloc, Kurokawa is likely going to be able to dictate his "Japan First" economic policy for the next two years without much resistance from within the Assembly itself.

Fuzhou Citizens celebrate the end of 14 years under the Qin clan's mayoral dynasty. (November 2nd, 2019)

COMELEC Division Junks Protest By Re-Electionist Mayor Against Incumbent Mayor
Bagumbayan
November 2nd, 2019

NEO-MANILA, Tagalog Soviet Socialist Republic, Pan-Asiatic States—The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Second Division has dismissed the electoral protest filed by former Fuzhou City mayor Qin Luoyang against incumbent Mayor Mo Zhelan. The executive commissioners decided unanimously, citing the "insufficiency in form and substance" of Qin's protest.

In his election protest against Mo, Qin sought to reopen and recount Fuzhou City’s ballots from the 2019 midterm elections, alleging anomalies and irregularities he attributed to Mo and his supporters. In Mo’s reply to the case, he said Qin’s allegations were "vague, generic, canned and scattershot, and the affidavits attached to the election protest cover a limited number of clustered districts only." The poll body division agreed with Mo, adding that such allegations did not merit an election protest because a recount of ballots could neither establish nor support them.

Mo welcomed the case’s dismissal with a brief statement this morning: "I thank the Commission for the speedy decision on the electoral protest. Now we can focus on further serving our constituents... Let us serve the people."

Mo's victory over the re-electionist in the 2019 Midterm elections ended the Qin clan's 14-year reign over Fuzhou City. Mo garnered more than 63% of the votes cast, against Qin's 37%.

Incumbent Pro-Abra Politburo Members To Take Oath At Malacañang Itself
Yinchuan Rose
November 2nd, 2019

NEO-MANILA, Tagalog Soviet Socialist Republic, Pan-Asiatic States—Politicians who have professed support for Secretary-General Guanyu "Abra" Abramovich have vowed to take their oath before the man himself in the Malacañang Palace, the seat of the Secretary-General's office.

5 incoming members of the Politburo of the Asian Communist Party backed by both Secretary-General Guanyu "Abra" Abramovich and State Soviet Sonya Yoon-Sook will join in an afternoon ceremony sometime this month, as a symbolic gesture of gratitude and loyalty to the Sixth Administration.

First among them was Wamp-Wan Kavanamur, who pledged to do so via a social media post last night. He was a former 3-term Mayor of the Melanesian State-Capital of Dili, a popular climate-change activist and staunch Anti-Imperialist, studied Marxist theory and ideological education in Tsinghua University, graduating from there with a doctorate in law and ideology in 2002. Having also worked with the State Soviet on multiple occasions and has been extremely firm in implementing tighter security laws in Melanesia following the aftermath of the secessionist riots last summer.

Three: the "Yunnan Iron Lady", Long An; as well as the fervent pro-Soviet former Congressmen Chang Jianhong and Hu Zedong, are considered "paramount leaders" of the Asian Communist Party (ACP) according to the Secretary-General himself, who all have decided to return the favor by vowing their allegiance in the premier's Palace. Running on similar campaigns, the three have worked on several projects dedicated to preserving unity of the local party organisation.

Long An in particular, during her term as a District Assemblywoman, pledged there would be no 'purges' during her administration when she won her seat in the Chinese District Assembly, despite the fact many local officials who were thought to have been implicated in multiple corruption scandals by the Chinese public were subsequently demoted under suspicious circumstances following her rise to power.

The fifth, Tokko Jung-Su, was considered the "right-hand man" of State-President Kim Jong-un in the Korean District Assembly by notable members of the Pan-Asiatic press during his 8-year term as a serving District Assemblyman. He was recently sent on a diplomatic mission to Khataiy, and would miss the general ceremony, but has requested that he be provided a special ceremony to pledge fealty to his new position and the Secretary-General who fervently supported his electoral role, as a newly-elected member of the Politburo of the Asian Communist Party (ACP).

The 5 Abra-allied incoming Politburo members are expected to support the Secretary-General's priority legislative agenda and policies in the critical second half of his administration's term. Expectedly, much public lashback has resulted in the seemingly "feudal-like" ceremonial procedure and questionable faithful devotion the aforementioned candidates have put into the Secretary-General.

Neo-Manila editorial journalist Phil Guevara, citing a popular opinion among the opposition, called it "[part of the] ongoing effort to fuel a cult of personality around Secretary-General Abra" in a public article written shortly after Wamp-Wan Kavanamur's online pledge.

On the Dangers of Western Internationalist "Communism"
Bagumbayan
November 9th, 2019

Western Communism is riddled with an imperial mindset causing them to go berserk about concepts like multi-polarity. They only oppose imperialism because it is capitalist. They desire a western communist imperialism which they desperately want to cram down everyone’s throat. All national differences must be dissolved and placed under a single world government where everyone is fully equal and completely identical - that is their communist gospel. They believe countries like the Pan-Asiatic States are temporarily embarrassed until they are developed enough that their tiny brains become enlightened and they transform into the Western idea of communism.

Here’s a tip: “Socialism With Pan-Asiatic Characteristics”, alongside Socialism in One Country and Third-Worldism are not at all euphemisms for imperialist "free" markets. Pan-Asiatic Characteristics is a serious evolution of the Socialist ideology and it is a commitment to never follow Western thinking.

Unlike the West, the Pan-Asiatic States does not export imperialist war, for unjust conflict and violence is the bread and butter of bourgeois states. The Pan-Asiatic States displaces global capitalist hegemony through peaceful and mutually benefit via trade and infrastructure building.

This is all part of the liberal mindset which has infected almost all of western communist theory. Universalism is the bread and butter of liberalism and it is reactionary and oppressive - the same thinking that supported colonialism of “savage” nations. Western anti-capitalist theory all grew inside liberalism and capitalism. In the way that socialism has the birthmarks of capitalism, anti-capitalist ideology is marked with liberal ideology. Even when it comes to support for anti-capitalist and anti-imperialist nations western leftists have to analyze it through a liberal framework. They believe these nations oppose liberalism because they have not developed to the level of the West and once they do they will fully embrace liberalism too.

We must identify and cut off liberalism from anti-capitalist thought if we seek revolution and international solidarity. Do not repeat the errors of the past: the world doesn’t exist as it did then. We must look forward with the knowledge of the past. Actually-existing socialism is a key to developing new and successful theories.

Jakarta Student Rioters Clash Against People's Police
The Voice of Nusantara
November 8th, 2019

JAKARTA, State of Nusantara, Pan-Asiatic States—Riot police have clashed with protesters as thousands of students continue their demonstrations against the extensive violence the Pan-Asiatic States Armed Forces have used, such as the use of chemical weapons and unmanned drone-strikes on non-combatant targets, to suppress the secessionist insurgency in the Aceh regency.

Clashes between rock-throwing students and riot police broke out this evening when police tried to disperse the protesters, ranging from high school to university students, who attempted to storm local soviet council assembly-halls after calm had largely returned to the de facto cultural capital over the past four days. Protesters set fires to tyres and pelted police with rocks, petrol bombs and firecrackers near blocked streets. Riot police responded by firing teargas and water cannons.

Similar clashes also occurred in other Indonesian cities, including in West Java’s Bandung city and in Makassar, the capital of South Sulawesi province, where a student was badly injured on Wednesday after being accidentally hit by anti-riot armor. Several villages, settlements, and suburbanites in Aceh Barat, Aceh Tenga, and Aceh Timur - some extremely near to the militarized zones, have also undergone boycotting of classes by students as well as strikes and demonstrations.

A protest also turned violent in State-President Joko Widodo’s hometown of Solo city in Central Java, where an angry mob threw rocks at police, injuring at least four female officers. In response to the recent upturn of violence, the State-President has announced his plan to increase a wider spread of gendarme in the particularly-violent regions of protest. The State-President has also formally requested a deployment of the Federal military police to act as reinforcements to the regional guard in a communique to the Executive Council (EC).

Another motivating factor in the clashes for demonstrators is the recent passage-into-law of a bill by the Nusantara District Assembly (NDA) reducing the authority of the regional corruption commission, a key body fighting endemic graft in the country. Activists say the revision weakens the powers of one of the most credible public institutions in a country where the police and parliament are perceived as being widely corrupt. They are also demanding the newly-elected lawmakers change articles in the proposed criminal code, including one that would criminalize a variety of sexual activities such as premarital sex, and several vocal critics of Widodo's regional administration have called the Federal Congress of Soviets (CoS) to veto the District Assembly's actions under the pretext of a violation against civil organization.

The protests have grown since last week and turned violent in some cities, with the burning of police posts and public facilities such as a toll gate and bus stops. At least three people, including two students in Kendari city on Sulawesi island, have died and several hundred were injured. The death of the students sparked a national outcry, prompting Widodo to express his deep condolences and order the People's {olice chief to conduct a thorough investigation.

The protests, which underline Nusantara's challenge in changing its graft-ridden image, have threatened the credibility of Widodo, whose supporters were recently re-elected after campaigning for clean governance. The protests are not associated with any particular major ideological association which has organized protests in the Pan-Asiatic States in the past (such as the Jinsuan Society nor the Free China Movement), and instead are led by students, who historically have been a driving force of political change.

Despite attempts to pin the protests on subversive partisans from the Free Aceh Movement by Joko Widodo-aligned conservatives, no such concrete evidence remains to be in the public consciousness.

Widodo told reporters on Monday that the government would not forbid student demonstrations and called-on protesters to avoid damaging public facilities.

Nusantara's de jure capital, Neo-Singapore, the State-President and District Assembly's seat of power, remains largely unscathed thanks to an all-around People's Police presence, though several worker's councils based in the city have publicly-condemned the Pan-Asiatic States Armed Forces and Joko Widodo's administration.
