By the order of His Imperial Majesty, Kommodos James, the Most Holy, August and Serene Holy Emperor of the Greater Holy Empire of Tagmatium, etc, etc, the Imperial Government of Tagmatium has seen fit to grant plots of lands and buildings to foreign nations’ embassies, consulates, diplomatic offices and legations.
The Greater Holy Empire has deigned to extend this offer to the nations of the world in the hopes of improving diplomatic standing and easing communication between itself and the nations of the world. The times that we live in can often be troubling, and easier communication cannot be something that is turned down. This, in turn, can lead to greater cooperation between nations, as well as economic and cultural exchanges, as trade and tourism is increased between nations.
Therefore, the Imperial Government is providing numerous plots of land or buildings in and around the capital, Tagmatika, in order for embassies, consulates, diplomatic offices and legations to be set up. It is down to the nations’ choosing whether they wish to take over an already-existing building or select a plot of land that will allow them more freedom in the design of the structure. However, any building must conform to Tagmatine building laws, but the Imperial Government is willing to extend some financial aid to those doing this, as a testament to the generosity and magnificence of the Greater Holy Empire.
Security will, of course, be paramount, as the Greater Holy Empire places much on the rules of diplomacy. Due to this, existing buildings being taken over will be provided with security measures including, but not limited to, cameras, metal detectors, thermal detectors and more. These can be supplemented by the nations that are taking them over, although they must not break the restrictions placed upon embassy security guards (noted below).
