Sharing a non-WA nation

I have a three part question:
i) Is it against game rules for several people to share access to a single non-WA nation?

and
ii) Assuming it's not illegal, if each of the individuals has their own separate WA nation will the fact that each of them has logged into the singe non-WA nation, and then their separate WA nations cause the game/moderators to think that one individual has multiple WA nations?

and
iii) Also assuming it's not illegal, what happens if multiple individuals try to log into the same nation at the same time?

So long as they're not sharing the WA nations, or sharing computers, it should be fine.

Then multiple people are logged into it at the same time.
